When booking and looking at the photos on the booking website I used I was very much looking forward to this stay. When I arrived my first impression was I couldn't wait to leave. We were shown to a small dark dingy room but told we could upgrade to a superior room. Thankfully it was much better, but still nothing like that shown on the booking site. Don't get me wrong this place is very inexpensive and in a nice location but it could be so much better. It was dirty, we had to go to Lotus's to get cleaning products. The bed may as well be a sheet of chipboard, I'm not sure there was actually a mattress on it? In the three days we stayed the room was not cleaned, bins emptied or anything. The pool area was dirty, people sitting around smoking ****, coughing and spitting; again the photos on the website make it look awesome - in real life not so Definitely not a boutique hotel. On the positive the desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Excelente, el hotel es muy bonito, el ambiente es muy bueno, apto para vacacionar. La ubicación es remota, pero el hotel puede recoger y dejar a los huéspedes en la ciudad de Nathon de forma gratuita en cualquier momento. La pega es que el restaurante tiene pocos platos y el precio es elevado. La playa es con la marea baja por la mañana, y se puede caminar mucho, hay un camino de tablones de unos 50 metros que llega al mar, y se puede tener una vista panorámica del mar.

El agua en el duche era demasiado caliente, llevó un tiempo para que el agua fría se ahorrara. La piscina estaba bien, pero vi a los niños nadie nadie en las piscinas que es un tipo de crudo. No hay teléfono en mi habitación, las instrucciones para la caja fuerte eran incorrectas que tuve que tener la ayuda del personal para conseguir que la caja funcione correctamente después de múltiples intentos. Cuando compré la playa, es una zona rocosa con bayas ubicadas alrededor con peces muertos. Las villas son las únicas habitaciones junto a la playa. El personal fue agradable. Este lugar es a 20 minutos a pie de la Villa Fisherman. Este lugar no es un hotel de escala superior. No me quedaría en esta ubicación de nuevo.

El entorno es muy bonito, este apartamento es adecuado para vacaciones de larga duración, prácticamente no hay nación. Aunque la habitación es vieja, el equipo está completo, hay tableros de computadora de balcón... El desayuno de la piscina de la sala de fitness está completo, también puede ser guapo, el papel de la recepcionista es muy bonito, le hemos preguntado una serie de preguntas, y le hemos preguntado que no entendemos lo que dicen en inglés. En la playa de Bophut. Reservado el King Deluxe Sea View y no podía haber sido más feliz. Increíble vista, gran terraza privada con cama de día. Increíblemente cómoda cama / duvet. Grandes instalaciones. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, y el hotel está muy cerca de la habitación. En la noche, Koh Samui no tiene muchas opciones de entrega, pero en general, una estancia increíble y muy cerca de la Village Fisherman, que fue un explosivo (grandes masajes, restaurantes, mercados, bares de playa, actividades de agua, etc...). Sería sin duda el caso de volver aquí.

Ventajas: el estilo de decoración del campo francés es tan profundo que mi corazón. Mi habitación está abierto hacia el mar. ¡Es incómodo abrir la puerta que puede bajar directamente al mar! El servidor del hotel también es muy entusiasta. Especialmente recomenda el restaurante de su casa. El chef teme que no sea de nivel Michelin. Aunque no salga del hotel, no se engorderá. Haha, y su sabor de baño es muy avanzado. Porque decidimos que la suite es relativamente amplia cuando se reserva Escribieron 2 adultos y 1 niño para quedarse. Colocaron una cama individual más junto a la cama grande 1.2. Si es la habitación normal, no dijo que estaba bien añadir la cama Defectos: el agua potable ofrecida por el hotel tiene un sabor. No es muy común. Todos van a comprar agua en 711. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento. No es bueno estacionar.

Difficile de trouver mieux rapport qualité prix ! Ça été notre camp de base pendant presque 1 mois et vraiment l’emplacement est top. Par quoi commencer : Gilles le patron, toujours dispo pour vous apporter ses bons conseils et vous aider à organiser votre séjour. Il prendra également soin de vous réserver votre scooter. Le staff, 2 sœurs, des amours qui s’occupent de vous au quotidien avec une telle gentillesse représentent vraiment une valeur ajoutée. C’est jamais non, et tout est possible si nécessaire. Vos réservations : taxis, restos, bateaux vers les îles etc… Vous déposez votre pressing le matin, il vous sera restitué le lendemain sur votre lit (50 bahts le kilo !). L’accès au Karma un petit resort attenant au white cottage et juste toppissime, c’est beau, c’est bon et c’est pro. Adressez-vous à Benoit ou à Francis, les managers,ils vous réserveront le meilleur accueil. La proximité de Fisherman village 5’ en scoot 15 minutes à pied en passant par le night market open 4 jours par semaine. Nos incontournables : The Treehouse, Guston Italiano, le Maithy pour le Sunset, le Baobab chez Greg Lamai Beach, Jungle avec sa vue incomparable de Samui et bien d’autres… Bon séjour à tous 🍹🏖😎🌞

We stayed 6 nights here The location was good shops and Resturants near by. The Resort is very large and well spread out and grounds are looked after, some of the staff are welcoming to you others are not. The room was fine good space and a outside bath and porch area bathroon was open and ok. There staff at the reception were great helpfull and i did not get a name but a young man who went out of his way for guest and always had a smile. My let downs we arrived at the pool area twice tom find there were no towels so you would have to go up to bar area and ask straight away someone was sent to get more. Breakfast most morning as you went to get food there was none again you would have to ask this happened most mornings even the bread baskets run out. as the breakfast areas were hot in morning again we would have to ask for fans to be turned on to move the air around just small things but frustinging at same time. If you do stay there go to the night markets down the road they are great Mon, Wed, Friday night well worth the effort great food cooked fresh

Muy agradable empleado, pero un público extraño (turistas). Se nota a los tailandeses que no tratan de infectarse por los baños vibes de los turistas. Super desayuno, enormes instalaciones. Me perdí la primera noche y no pude encontrar mi habitación porque la numeración de la habitación era exclusivamente en tailandés. Para ello, el hotel ofrece muchas actividades de ocio. Soy un viajero solitario y me sentí muy bien con los tailandeses. Pero una vez que llegó un turista 08/15, se notó la nerviosidad del personal, ya que casi todos los huéspedes están casi en la cabeza. Por lo tanto, me alegro de sentir bueno vibes en otro lugar después de ocho noches. Y eso es lo que Tailandia es. En resumen, los tailandeses no merecen estos turistas de alto nariz.

Cucharas es un hotel común de dolor tailandés. Pero en este hotel super cómodo! El lugar también es muy exitoso. Además del ruido y al mismo tiempo en 3 minutos de la playa, café, 7-11. Todos están a la vuelta! Estamos muy felices! Si alguna vez es conveniente para salir en Samui, definitivamente nos quedaremos en este hotel!

La isla está tranquila, incluso con muchos bares y restaurantes, y se está abriendo para la temporada alta. El resort Am Samui no tiene ningún cambio antes y después de Covid 19 en términos de naturaleza, calma, pechuga y ahora con la nueva gestión del equipo liderada por el Sr. Leo mejorar la calidad de los Servicios como lugar de 5 estrellas. El restaurante está situado en la playa durante mi estancia el jardín festa de bodas con románticos. El cuarto es razonable en octubre y todo es limpio, paisaje amarillo y verde. La playa se cuida todos los días. Gracias a Leo y a su equipo por cuidar de su bienestar y le recomiendo al máximo a todos el Am Samui Resort.

El personal y los nuevos operadores son realmente muy amables y hacen un trabajo muy bueno aquí. La planta y el bungalows son muy limpios y todo se mantiene bien y se repara bien. Restaurante con vistas al mar y delicioso desayuno y otros platos. Todo muy apetito.

I don’t often write reviews, but always use them to make choices when looking to stay here. I booked this hotel to stay at for my son’s 10th birthday in January 2024. The room I booked was no refundable, but having read reviews I was happy to take the risk. 2 hours before we were due to travel there we received an email to say that their pool was closed due to unplanned renovations. Let’s be honest, this is the hotels only real selling point and the whole reason I booked it in the first place. Disappointed, we had no choice but to travel to the hotel to discuss things with their team in person. Arriving at the hotel it was a mess, almost looked derelict. Whoever took their hotel photos needs a pay rise, put it that way. It was clear that the work wasn’t unplanned, and in fact had been going on for some time. Letting guests know on the day they travel is obviously a ploy to prevent confrontation. We were told that we had the use of a pool at their sister hotel, 15 minutes away by shuttle. This runs every 2/3 hours. Not the fairy tail birthday I had in mind for my son if I’m honest. To compound things, the hotel refused to refund me my money and I had to pay again to stay at a hotel that was able to provide the facilities it promised. Looking back at the hotel, there were clear signs. They haven’t had a positive review since 2021, that tells its own story. If you are thinking of staying here, please don’t. You will end up disappointed as we were

Quite simply one of the best hotels and locations we have ever stayed at! We had a Beachfront apartment and at times it felt like we were on our own tropical island with the sun beds outside our room so close to the sea! The hotel was doing a soft re-opening so the Spa & Pool bar were not open but this didn’t matter as the staff were so attentive and looked after everything for us. (Especially Diane) We would highly recommend this hotel if you want peace & tranquility in luxurious surroundings with the added benefit of not being too far away from the action in Fisherman’s village. We will definitely be back.

La mejor estancia que he tenido en Tailandia hasta ahora. personal realmente amable, relación calidad-precio increíble ya que el hotel es muy moderno y extremadamente limpio y bien cuidado. El personal incluso nos preparó el desayuno después de que llegamos 5 minutos tarde para el buffet de desayuno. ningún otro lugar ha hecho eso por nosotros. Definitivamente reserve este lugar si lo está considerando.

The property is located on top of the hill so views are amazing from everywhere! Would definitely recommend that. I had two different rooms (both Oceanview suites), overall room is great some finishes a bit old/used but clean. The view is fantastic but I had issues with the shower/bathroom. My first room had decent shower/water pressure but still very low. The room had a bathtub and that was one the main reason we paid extra for it, but it was impossible to use it! It takes hours to fill up and by the time it does the water is cold... unless you are looking for a cold tub you won't be happy. Also the second room we had was even worse, no water pressure at all, raindrop shower head didn't work because of it (( we reported the issue, technician came to check if but it was never fixed (we stayed for 7 days). Another issue was some bad smell coming out of the drain every so often, it would goaway once some water gets through it but still was annoying and taking time to go away once it's there. So great bathroom on photos only )) like in many of those hotels... Very steep hill so walking would be hard if you are older or out of shape, but we enjoyed it and hotel stuff always there to give you a ride! So it's not an issue, just worth mentioning. Food was OK, the only thing I would probably get again was fried rice )) everything else is to forget... nothing worth mentioning at all, good ingredients very poor execution. So overall you are paying for nice clean rooms and fantastic views. Still have to try more options to compare and see for myself if it's worth the money but we did have a good time overall and I know it could be much worse)) So good luck to everyone, hope they fix some issues and hire a chef so I would definitely come back!

I stayed at the Waterfront Boutique Hotel for two weeks and found a diamond of a place that has a calm relaxing vibe- The room was basic however, a good size with a comfy bed, air con, fan, small bar fridge and walk in open shower. The room faced the ocean, and the garden was lined with hedges of beautiful red ixora flowers and other colourful potted plants. There were two large nut trees facing the beach that provided deep shade and sun lounges were provided. It was a great spot to read , catch the sea breeze that comes through every 10 mins and have an afternoon snooze- The pool overlooks the Gulf of Thailand and you can see other islands, speed boats, yachts, sea eagles, herons, swallows while sipping a cocktail, smoothie or beer in the pool or at the pool bar. Watching the storms develop in the Gulf was exhilarating and feeling the wind followed by rain to cool the landscape- Yoga classes were being offered on the lawn three times a week - The night markets are only a 7 min walk up the road and good for buying gifts along with many amazing restaurants serving very tasty food- So yes, if you like a friendly, quiet, calm relaxing place to stay, love to swim, look at the sea, love nature and like value for money - this is the place for you-

¡Barato pero realmente pequeño! Si no va a tener una estadía prolongada, es una excelente opción. El personal es amable y servicial. No hay hervidor ni secador de pelo, pero puede tener 2 botellas de agua gratis. Bonita piscina en la azotea, pero es extremadamente pequeña. También hay un restaurante y un bar en la azotea. Todos los martes, jueves y domingos puedes tener comida buffet gratis (tanto como quieras) si compras alguna bebida 🍹 Hemos reservado una habitación con balcón, la tenemos en el primer piso y todo hubiera sido perfecto si hubiera no había sido un estanque o cuenca maloliente, lo que sea. Desafortunadamente, era imposible quedarse en el balcón y disfrutar del aire fresco. La ubicación es excelente, la playa está a 5 minutos, hay muchos cafés y restaurantes agradables cerca del hotel. Si quieres tener un desayuno perfecto, ¡tienes que encontrar Doi Chaang Coffee! Tienen el mejor desayuno en esa zona por sólo 129 batt. Por lo tanto, recomendaría este hotel para una estancia corta, ¡excelente relación calidad-precio!

On arrival we were given cold drinks reception very small. Had to wait for room to be ready. Our room was on third floor over looking the pool. Room a good size and bathroom good size and very clean. The resort very cold and no Thai character. Was like a resort in the Mediterranean to much concrete and alley ways. Also a lot of waisted space. Beach kept very clean and crystal clear water. Sun beds hard to get some days. Breakfast reasonable and the breakfast lay out a bit strange. Stayed seven days and the WI-FI NOT THE BEST KEPTED BREAKING DOWN. One girl on reception had good English SEEMED TO DO MOST OF THE WORK. The man on the reception also very good when there. One girl on reception could not understand English very well and became a little aggressive. The resort is at the far end of beach and a Twenty minute walk to Samui central. Strange set up with beach towels, had to return to reception to get clean beach towels and leave old ones. Over all Ok but not our type of resort.

We liked our stay in this place very much! The hotel is right on the beach, very green terrotorry, small bungallows surrounded by palms and greenery, 20 m to the beach from our bungalow. The sea and the beach very good,better than other hotels nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpfull. Breakfasts were good, the only thing I missed is cheese abscence, everything else were very good and delicious. There is a beach bar in a hotel, possible to order drinks and coctails, they offered different promotions and happy hours every day.

Inmejorable trato. Bonitas instalaciones. Buen desayuno. Escogimos este hotel por estar cerca del puerto ya que llegamos de noche. Nos vinieron a buscar al mismo y al día siguiente nos llevaron a otro hotel que teníamos (este trayecto pagando). Escogimos la cápsula ya que solo pasábamos por allí para dormir, pero las villas se veían muy bonitas. La piscina muy bonita también, en medio de todas las villas. En las cercanías no hay apenas ambiente, es para estar relajados. El desayuno es en frente del hotel y tienen 7 variedades diferentes, no es buffet. Se nos rompió la maleta y el dueño nos ayudó a arreglarla. ¡Muy recomendable!

Quite hard to write an objective review in the context of the limited pandemic reopening . In line with most establishments in Thailand , many facilities like the restaurant hadn't opened at the time I visited . Well located , only a few hundred yards from the beach , and a few minutes walk to the main road , where you will find a good selection of shops and restaurants . Nice , well maintained , decent sized pool . The rooms are modern , comfortable , and spotlessly clean . Didier , the owner , was charming and welcoming . I just hope that business picks up for him ( and other owners ) .
