Hotel in a nice university area ! We arrive frontdesk 2:55 PM and after a hello the frintdesk madam on a very bad attitude told that she is jot sure if room is ready as it's NOT 3 PM .I told its only 5 min to it and I didn't force we can wait .I told what a nice welcome :) . She recognize and cool down after Form and paying we got the keys. Room functional and minimum , bathroom same and wash sink was blocked we had to pump to get release it seems nobody attend to clean before our stay as not recgnize it and clean dry. The WC seat whipping also. Good is spacey free parking and coffee/tea set .

Un extraño lío: reservado y prepagado por Priceline (su filial de ******** creo) dicen que la reserva fue inventada por la calle en Twenthe U!! Sin embargo, al ingresar, no tenían registro de la reserva Priceline!! Sólo después de que les di el teléfono # para llamar, resolveron el problema! ¡No real!! Una vez en la habitación tuvo que llamar al servicio a. Cerrar una extraña ventana abierta b. Localizar botones ocultos en la lectura de luces c. Reemplazar el teléfono roto! ¡El segundo día tuvo que volver a la recepción 2x! Cuando mi tarjeta de clave no funcionó!! El personal fue amigable y ayudado inmediatamente, pero ¿por qué estas cuestiones ocurren? No lo hacen todos los días y saben comprobar los problemas? Ok, supongo que me quedé en demasiados hoteles... Aún así, muy acogedor y dulce hotel y me quedaría definitivamente otra vez!

Muy buena ubicación y el trato muy amable, Las habitaciones tienen excelente vistas de la ciudad, y en solo 1 minuto caminando estas en el corazón del mismo centro de la ciudad. A solo unos metros de la Estación de trenes.

Nos encontró el hotel durante 5 noches. Inicialmente, sólo estaban disponibles habitaciones sin balcón, pero a petición en el día de llegada nos dieron una habitación con balcón. Nos impresionó lo espacioso y limpio que es la habitación. El área de estacionamiento era muy grande. La gente de la recepción era muy amable y atenta.

Tuvimos una estancia corta en este hotel. El personal es amigable. Reservé el desayuno, pero tuvimos que irnos temprano. Así que lo cambié por un paquete de almuerzo que estuvo bastante bien. Tuve la opción de elegir entre grande y pequeño. Elegí grande. Tiene 6 sándwiches 2 piezas de fruta, agua y una chocolatina. Casi 20 euros cada uno, lo cual no es barato. Sin embargo, desayunamos y almorzamos con él, así que si lo ves como tal no está nada mal. Las camas son cómodas habitaciones bien. Máquina de café también, eso es genial. Otras comodidades que no puedo comentar ya que mi estancia fue muy corta.

The location is great. In the woods, very calm and idyllic, we really managed to relax well. At the same time, very close to Enschede and Hengelo (in case one wants to go shopping). The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The heating was perfect. The balcony giving access to the yard was just marvelous. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The restaurant was exceptional - everything was very delicious and prepared with high quality products (probably the best coffee I've ever had at a hotel). The rib-eye steak we had for dinner was the best ever, especially in a combination with a cold Grolsch Weizen. Keep up the good work!
