Hacía tiempo que buscábamos un buen hotel en Timisoara. El año pasado lo encontramos y este año nos sorprendió con pequeños detalles de mejora que sugerimos el año pasado. Su directora, Elena Zoocan, está muy comprometida con la formación del personal y se nota. También quería agradecer especialmente por su excelente trabajo al personal del desayuno, a Cristina de recepción por ayudarnos por encima de sus obligaciones y a Razvan del restaurante.

We stopped for one night on the way to Croatia but during & after dinner we felt we should have booked more days here. Beautiful eclectic garden with beautiful energy. The food was .. delicious. Umami in most dishes culminating with lamb stew with rosemary potatoes which was out of this world. Deserts were also.. plenty and super tasty despite us not usually having deserts. An early dinner experience I would reccomend to foodies, not to mention that the wine list hides some great labels and years covering most demands. Zaalto glasses too so… chapeau! A piano too in the garden for those enjoying it.

En el hotel, el hotel se llama Hotel Continental, y tengo que estar de acuerdo con muchos viajeros que se ha dado una cita, pero no nos importaba que nos quedara una noche. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a 10 minutos a pie de todas las atracciones. La habitación era muy buena, se regaló el baño. Televisión por satélite y minibar pequeño, camas medias, AC fijada para max - no podía desactivarlo, así que era caliente como en la sauna. El desayuno era bueno. La piscina es justa en tamaño, caliente, pero muy sobrecrowded - parece que también los no invitados pueden usarlo. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

Nosotros dormimos sólo una noche en este hotel, sin duda nunca volveremos. El techo es sucio, con pinturas, como son las ropas de cama. El baño debe ser renovado. No entiendo cómo este hotel tiene 4 estrellas, parece mucho peor que en las fotos. El desayuno es pobre.

Very nice hotel. Clean, cosy, modern, very comfortable room, super nice restaurant with quality and great food and professional staff. A real joy to stay here and a great choice for dinner. Our stay was more than a joyful experience. The infos in the hotel tv system aren’t updated, but this is just a small detail- only to have a negative remark :) I’m strongly recommend this place!

We spent two nights at the Hotel Reghina Blue. We have some very positive comments about some features and enjoyed our stay, but it could easily have been made much better. The hotel is situated further than we anticipated from the city centre. It is a good half hour's walk to Victory Square. We discovered later that there is a useful tram line (no 6) but there was no information about this at the hotel. There is free parking in front of the hotel and in a car park at the side. The hotel is modern and is decorated with interesting old photos of Timisoara buildings of the past. Our room was large with plenty of space for our luggage. It was clean and stylish. The bed was a little firmer than I like. The bedside lamps did not direct light to the bed and so it was not possible to read in bed, and it was necessary to get out of bed to turn them on and off. Otherwise it was a pleasant and comfortable room. The bathroom was fine and the shower worked well. Wifi was free and the signal was strong. On our first night we dined in the hotel. We had only just arrived in Romania and did not have any local currency and so thought it would be easiest. We had a very decent meal. The atmosphere was somewhat lacking as we were almost the only people there, but the hotel could not do anything about that. Breakfast was included in the price and was a self-service buffet. Some of it was very good: cold meat and cheese, bread, cakes and fruit. The hot offering was less appealling. It looked as if the fried eggs had been on display since the restaurant opened at 7am and were still there an hour later. The sausages, too, were lukewarm. If these items had not been present I would have thought it an excellent breakfast. The staff could have been more helpful. Only the breakfast waiter made an effort to be welcoming to guests. We found on our first evening that the safe in our room was not working. Perhaps it needed new batteries. We told the receptionist who came to have a look. She was not able to solve the problem herself and said she would get someone to come and deal with it the next day, but this never happened. We were given a map of the city which was very useful but we were given incorrect information when we asked about changing money and buying a ”vignette” to allow us to drive in Romania. We were directed to a bank along the road but this was closed and looked as if it had closed down a long time previously. Fortunately a very helpful lady in the travel office next door helped us to buy a vignette online and directed us to a nearby exchange office. The staff in the hotel really should have done this. They could also have told us about the tram mentioned earlier in this review. We only found out about it when we went to the tourist information office in the centre of the city. There was a pleasant courtyard garden and an outdoor swimming pool which we would have enjoyed if we had visited in the summer.

La ubicación y el desayuno eran muy ricas. Las habitaciones eran a tiempo y tenían todo lo que necesitaba. Los huéspedes eran muy guapos y siempre estaban allí 24/7 . La comida era grande y el lugar estaba muy cerca del centro comercial. Es muy cerca de la ciudad de Timisoara. Volveríamos porque no tenemos nada que quejarnos de ello.

Yo estaba allí sólo para dormir y desayuno por una noche, pero todo fue perfecto. El estacionamiento es grande, seguro y por nada, la recepcionista amable me ha esperado extra, aunque el cheque fue tarde. El hotel está cerca del centro y está tranquilo, hay una estación de servicio y un McDonalds en la esquina. El desayuno fue muy bueno, incluso Moussaka había! En realidad no puedo criticar nada, fue todo lo que esperaba por el precio!

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy limpio, muy tranquilo. 10-15 Está a pie de cualquier ubicación interesante. El restaurante fue el mejor (encontré) en la ciudad. La piscina es agradable, no calentada, demasiado fría para finales de mayo. Muchas habitaciones de aparcamiento!!! NO ES QUE BUENA. No hay servicio de habitaciones, por lo tanto no es un hotel 4*, como se ha publicado. La sala de cenas está fuera del hotel, así que en un día lluvioso hay que caminar y mojarse. No quiero vestirme completamente durante una estancia de invierno sólo para tener mi café de la mañana. En la habitación, el aire acondicionado funcionó como un fan. La caja fuerte se rompió. El servicio de recepción era amable, pero no podía ofrecer ninguna solución. Después de dos noches, por un pago adicional, tuvimos un ”apartamento”, con una terraza sin una mesa para poner un vaso. Los ciegos venecianos estaban en parte funcionando. El aire acondicionado estaba muerto. El día siguiente alguien lo reparó. En el baño no funcionó una bola. La habitación estaba a punto de entrar. La habitación estaba a punto de entrar. El otro, con una llave electrónica que sólo se puede usar después de salir del ascensor y subir las escaleras en un solo piso. I have booked the penthouse located on the last floor and the experience was outstanding. The suite is extremely spacious with an absolutely fabulous interior design. I highly appreciated the large area to relax or work during the day with large sofas and elegant tables. I enjoyed a comfortable sleep due to the large bed that was perfectly designed to have a great night. The bathroom was also astonishing, extremely spacious, well designed, equipped with both shower and tube which created a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were perfect and I found everything I needed (plenty of high quality Rituals cosmetics, amenity kits for everything and the Harmon Kardon sound system). The large outdoor terrace completed the breathtaking experience, thanks to the amazing view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, rich and all dishes were well designed in order to have each day a different breakfast selection. The restaurant is clearly an international one providing a fine dining atmosphere. Of course, everything is done by the highly professional staff and I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Florin and his amazing team: Dani and Pavel from front desk (for always being there to support me with everything needed for a great stay); Fabius, John and Nicu from the restaurant (for their friendly attitude, pleasant discussions, good vibe and great recommendations for a fine dining experience); Mirela and Roxana from breakfast (for creating the perfect atmosphere to start the day with a great breakfast).

El hotel tiene una recepción 24/7, ya que cualquiera que tenga que cruzar la frontera sabe que nunca puede estimar ese tiempo. La oferta de desayuno es muy buena, desde huevos a diferentes tipos de queso y hambre, etc. En general, si quieres comer bien en la mañana el desayuno que ofrecen es una buena variedad. El hotel no está situado centralmente, así que quizás no lo recomendaría a alguien que quiere visitar Timisoara ( a menos que quieran tomar el coche y conducir), pero para nosotros como parada a lo largo de nuestro camino la ubicación era perfecta - cerca de la autopista y el gas Estación y fácil de llegar a una de las periferias de las ciudades.

it is like a 4.49 star I would give, it is a very nice option, most things are there but 5* (option is to pick a 4* or 5* room) needs to have a bit more attention to detail. On the first day I arrived there was a strange smell in the lobby, not sure if it was cigarette smoke coming from outside or what, but it was a bit unexpected and pregnant. Otherwise, hotel and room looked nice, clean, nothing to say there. In the room there were small things missing, like a broken peg on the bathroom door and the other one barely dangling, the bathroom also looked a bit outdated, with the plaster spotted in the corners, and the sink was slightly stuffed. overall these were small things, the room was really OK otherwise, an honest 4* for me. Cherry on the cake : LOCATION.

We had an amazing experience with this Tresor Le Palais last weekend for our wedding. The service was outstanding, and the event was exactly what we had hoped for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Cristian (Head Event Manger) leading up to the wedding and throughout the day. Catalin (Reception Manager), Dragos and David the team on the Reception gave us the luxury service expected for a 5* hotel throughout our 4 day stay. Helping myself and our 17 guests continue the wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Tresor for your luxury stay or event. It is close to the airport and city centre.

Molto datato nell’arredo mento ma sicuramente confortevole e funzionale. Vicino all’aeroporto e al centro cittadino. Unica cosa che onestamente non ho capito, è la sala colazione al primo piano. Come mai tutte le finestre chiuse? Creano un ambiente molto “triste”
