Nos quedamos en Pensacola y nos quedamos mejor por la inesperación. Afortunadamente, tenía un libro de guía que mencionó este brillante motel renovado en los años 1950 justo en el centro de la ciudad. Los bares y restaurantes están a una distancia fácil de caminar tan conveniente para el conductor cansado de viajar, y que significaba tomar una copa sin preocuparse. La habitación no es grande, pero la cama era muy cómoda, es insatisfactorio y llegamos justo a tiempo para la cerveza, el vino y las snacks en el lobby. Yogur, barras de energía, té y café, etc. Es un gran valor y no podemos recomendarlo más alto - de hecho es uno de los paradas favoritos a lo largo de nuestra larga viaje por carretera.

You do NOT always get what you pay for! Sometimes you get SO MUCH MORE!!! I normally choose more expensive, hotel style places to stay, but stayed here a couple weeks ago and was very pleasantly surprised! The room was perfectly clean, sheets and blanket were obviously clean. We needed plasticwear and I called desk to see if they had any. The man kindly said yes. So, I headed up to get it and he was walking it to me! Never had that happen in my normal hotels! Irene, the housekeeper was very attentive when I stepped out in the morning for a cigarette. She asked if we needed anything, if we had any issues at all, made sure that we were well taken care of. Best of all, she was very, very sweet and acted as if she loves her job! I could keep going on and on....they should keep Irene and the rest if their staff forever!!

El escritorio del frente era corto, no amigable y no se molestó en saludar, pero se apresuraba a “Nombre? ! !” Cuando fue nuestra turno de inspeccionar. La habitación estaba muy bien, pero no estaba muy bien. Los tejidos eran una mierda. Creo que trataron de hacer un diseño pero parecían una mierda. No había cuerpo, etc. un pequeño jabón para lavar tu mano Y usar en la ducha! La ducha no estaba limpia en absoluto y tenía MOLD por todo el viejo, sucio parada de ducha. No nos molestamos en decir nada a la dama en el escritorio delantero, basándose en su actitud cuando nos inspeccionamos. Había tres mujeres que no se importaban que otros esperaban pero que tuvieran una larga conversación con una dama que se salía y la ayudara a imprimir algo para su trabajo. As multiple business owners we pride ourselves on how we and our staff treat clients. We have also stayed at numerous hotels in the Pensacola and Destin area and this is by far one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. La señora llamada Sara escuchó mi preocupación por la moldeada y dijo que le dejaría saber a la GM. Ella estaba al menos un poco más preocupada que el resto del personal. No estoy seguro de cómo otros piensan que este es un hotel de calidad. Quizá si tienes grandes perros que vi por todas partes. No nos quedaremos aquí nunca más. Hilton se ha ido a la colina. La visita de Lou Gomez, el director de On Dury, fue excepcional. Lou ofreció ese servicio con un sonrisa y estaba ansioso de agradarlo. El desayuno fue de 6 a 9 horas los días de la semana, y se le da una hora y media extra los sábados y domingos. El domingo por la mañana, le preguntamos sobre los muffins, y el empleado que habría sido más bien respondido en otro lugar con una “no” sternal cuando le preguntamos si tenían más muffins. Y, asegúrese de traer sus propias plátanos porque “van mal” en este hotel. Y, no esperes café! Es ingustoso y te hace creer que estás bebiendo agua caliente. Nos quedamos cuatro noches, y la tasa aumenta cada noche. No recibimos un buen valor por nuestros dólares. La unidad de aire acondicionado se aplasta en la cama, lo que hace que el sueño sea incómodo. La matrícula era muy incómoda, y ambos nos despertamos con dolores de espalda cada mañana. No hay duchas en la cama, y sólo proporcionan un tocador ligero. Puedes pedir más. Nosotros miembros de diamantes nunca volveremos a esta ubicación.

Realmente disfruté hospedarme en este hotel cada vez que me hospedo.¡Siempre me quedo y vale la pena! Un servicio de limpieza amigable y la recepción solo tienen cosas negativas que diría es que el ama de llaves estaba golpeando la puerta ruidosamente el día de salida y tengo niños pequeños pero lo encontré frustrante porque no quería que ella los despertara. Y también hubo cierta confusión entre el hotel y trip.com y nos trataron mal hasta que se solucionó todo el tiempo que no tuvimos acceso a nuestra habitación nuestras cosas mis hijos estaban inquietos mi esposo estaba cansado trabajó toda la mañana fue bonito tratamiento frío y luego se solucionó, lo cual fue increíble y agradezco que se disculpe conmigo a la mañana siguiente.

El gerente del mostrador cuyo nombre escribí fue claramente la persona más profesional que he encontrado en un hotel de menor precio. Se llamaba Dangster Dean. El hombre local que tenía dos o tres condones en la playa que alquila cada verano a los vacaciones. Piense en esa gente ... cuán rico crees que puede ser. Vamos a pagar un condones en la playa en el Golfo. ¡Si este hombre estaba satisfecho con este lugar, eso era lo suficientemente bueno para mí y tenía razón! 50 pulgadas TV, nevera, microondas, paredes limpias, techos, piso, baño, pared acolchadas, increíble cómodo cojinetes y camas y excelente servicio de internet. No bromeo ... este lugar fue maravilloso. Quien escribe una mala revisión porque tenían una mala experiencia aquí probablemente trajo el drama extra sobre sí mismos. Hay una manera correcta y incorrecta de hablar y tratar a las personas. La mayoría de los que trabajaban aquí me di cuenta eran de Jamaica. Tenía una habitación justo al lado del ascensor y nunca oí moverse ni me molestó el ruido o cualquier riff raff que se vaya afuera. Un estadía muy agradable. Como dije si no me crees, entonces me envíe. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Nos vemos pronto.

Al ir al Museo Naval local, así que reserve allí, el aeropuerto sale alrededor del cuchillo uber20. En la renovación, nuestra habitación era un poco elegante pero aceptable. La habitación era muy grande, la cama era muy cómoda, el desayuno era sencillo pero caliente y sabía bien. La anciana estaba muy entusiasmada con empacarnos dos pasteles para que comiéramos en el camino, las frutas son plátanos y manzanas. ¡satisfacción! Hay un centro comercial en los alrededores para salir, pero no esperes grandes centros comerciales en lugares pequeños.

The Good: • The staff were all pleasant. The maid and maintenance staff were great, especially Manny. More on why we spent time with Manny below. The Bad: • This was the most minor issue: The TV was stuck in demo mode. The remote didn’t work with it at all since it was for the cable box. It could only be turned on/off at the source. 2 maintenance men helped, but Manny set it up again like it was new. Thanksomuch! • I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be pet friendly (albeit, at an additional cost). They knew in advance I was bringing a pet (a 15-yo cat who can no longer be boarded because of her age). But when I checked in and reminded the clerk that we had a pet (there’s always extra paperwork and the fee to pay), she told me, ”We don’t take pets.” As I’m mentally scrambling to try to figure out where we’re now going to stay, I questioned her about it, and in the end, she told me my pet would be okay, as if she was doing me a favor. That was not a great start. • The halls of the main hotel area, which is a separate building from the lobby & breakfast area, were vacuumed, but the outer and fire doors were so black with dirt, we carried wipes for after touching them • The room was tidy, but it had not been properly cleaned. — The the previous guest’s trash remained. — There were still pee drips on the floor from a previous male guest in front of the toilet — There was only 1 set of towels, and they were were still damp, seemingly previously used. One was still wet and drying on the side of the tub rim. — The floors were so dirty we bought swifter floor wipes to wipe them down because my pet, a cat, left black footprints across the bed sheets whenever she jumped on the bed. That wasn’t just gross, but a health issue for my pet. — Oh, and speaking of the beds — we reserved a king, but got 2 queens. Tho honestly, that’s not a really big deal, it just adds to the rest… especially the fact that there was only one pillow in the whole room. AFTER 3 REQUESTS (One in person) FOR AT LEAST ONE MORE PILLOW, WE GAVE UP AND WENT OUT AND BOUGHT OURSELVES PILLOWS & CASES!!! We don’t expect pristine or new anything from a budget hotel. But we shouldn’t have to wonder how long it’s been since it’s been properly cleaned. Much less have to buy pillows. I once cleaned hotel rooms, so I totally understand the difficult job it is. ¡El personal era increíble! El desayuno era muy variado y muy sabroso. Tenía un problema con la TV en la habitación primero, pero ellos se levantaron y lo repararon inmediatamente. Definitivamente se quedaría de nuevo.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y una habitación muy espaciosa. Nos gustaba nuestra estancia, pero la falta de atención a los detalles de la limpieza de las habitaciones no era 100% podría haber hecho con un buen polvo y la habitación huele a cigarrillos así necesita una limpieza profunda. El olor permaneció en nuestras ropas y podía oler cuando llegamos al hotel siguiente
