The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

Se solicitó un depósito 2000 y le darán un pequeño papel que se le presentará al comprobar. Por lo tanto, no olvides traer dinero extra para el depósito. Situación: 4/5 Hotel está a unos kilómetros de la ronda. No hay vista de idioma. Fácil de acceder si viaja por coche. Aunque hay triciclos en todas partes, es fácil para los comutadores también. Habitaciones: 5/5 Lo que ves es lo que te da. La habitación era muy confortable, pero no tenía ningún olor. Completa con minibar, armario, TV, mesa de comedor, sofá, caldera eléctrica, agua en botella y café instantáneo. La limpieza: 4.5/5 Como parte de la industria higiénica, rara vez valoramos una habitación de 5 estrellas.No se trata de cuántos productos químicos usas, se trata de hacer sentir a los huéspedes y ver que la habitación es limpia. El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy cerca de la ciudad.

|A 4.25km del centroHave been traveling throughout SE Asia for the past month and a half and have stayed in a variety of hotels, but this place takes last place so far. Upon checking in, we were shown to a room with a kitchenette - Room E (not that we needed it, but that's all that was available when booked). There was a fridge, a microwave and a sink and not much else. Plenty of cabinet and counter top space, but no way to cook anything. Not sure why they were so excited about the kitchenette. It was a nice sized room, but the smell of urine and sewage from the bathroom was overwhelming. Really tried to deal with it, but when the wi-fi wasn't working, had to inform the front desk agent. She came to the room and agreed it smelled bad and immediately moved us to another room by the front entrance - Room B, which we appreciated. Wifi worked there also as we were so close to the front desk. Only issue was we had to move to a different room after 2 nights as Room B was booked. No biggie. We moved to Room H (I think) which is further down the hill and one of two rooms directly below a very nice look out pavilion. The room was much cleaner than our original room and smelled as though they used a gallon of bleach to clean the bathroom so we opened the front door and the balcony door to air it out. Front desk brought a wifi box for us, but it only worked occasionally. The water pressure was terrible in the bathroom sink and the shower and the water temperature in the shower changed from hot to cold to hot no matter what setting you had it on. Quite the showering experience. The wall between this room and the one next door was so thin, we could hear the conversations in the next room. Further, whoever decided to build two guest rooms under the lookout pavilion needs to be fired. Guests were going up there at 6am and running around with kids and created so much noise, we had to go out and ask them to be considerate of those sleeping. There was also construction noise at 10pm on a Saturday evening - drilling and hammering - appears some kind of a new structure was being built just down the hill. Perhaps construction could be done during daytime hours?? At check out, we were quite surprised to learn we were charged 50 pesos for a bucket of ice. Not too worried about the 50 pesos, but being told there was a small charge would have been appropriate at the time of ordering. The agent at check out seemed to care less about it and continued to press for final payment. The views are also not quite as advertised. While you CAN see the Lake, it would be best described as a ”partial view”. Overall, not very satisfied. Most staff seemed to try their best to make guests feel welcome and I'm sure many of the issues are a result of ownership or management decisions. Sad because this place could be a lot better. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

Lo pasamos muy bien con un masaje en el dosel verde y una demostración del jugo orgánico de yoga Qigong proporcionado por el hotel.
La comida del restaurante también es perfecta. No me refiero a que haya mucho desayuno.
Es un menú donde se transmiten los pensamientos del creador y se llena el corazón. La mermelada de manzana hecha a mano fue increíble.
Quiero volver a visitarlo solo por el restaurante.
El aire que fluye por todo el hotel es increíble y definitivamente volveremos aquí.

En conclusión, One Ta***tay Place no puede ser una estancia perfecta en el cuadro, pero ofrece una experiencia decente, orientada al servicio y utiliza su ubicación a gran ventaja.
¿Volveré? Sí, aunque espero ver algunas mejoras la próxima vez. Para el precio, el servicio y la ubicación, todavía es un gran negocio.

The room was of good size, it has a large balcony with an excellent view of the lake and surrounding countryside. The staff was very accommodating. There were a number of negatives though... (1) there were no glasses in the room, either for drinking or brushing, (2) the shower takes forever to heat up, (3) the restaurant closes at 9pm, (4) the tv is placed smacked in front of the work desk, so you cant work and watch tv at the same time, (5) wifi is weak inside the room. Other than these though, the view and comfortable bed makes up for whatever the hotel lacks

|A 0.22km del centroI was staying for two nights in Tagaytay for a bit of a rest and to check out the Alternative Summer Capital of the Philippines as a possible place for retirement: Baguio is the official summer capital, but is a long drive north from Manila. The hotel has a good location on top of a ridge with views of Taal Lake and there is a shopping mall with restaurants on the other side of the road: best access is via pedestrian bridge, as the road is very busy. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance on both sides of the road. My room had two double beds (which was different I guess…lol) and an ensuite. The bed was comfortable enough, but there were brackets at the base (presumably for connecting another bed) which were savage ankle traps when returning from a nocturnal trip to the bathroom: I was rolling around in agony and probably exhausted my considerable vocabulary of swear words…hope there was no-one in the room next door! The bathroom was very average and the shower head / bottom spout setup was of a type I’d not encountered before: if you want to use the shower head you have to grab the nozzle of the bottom spout, then pull and twist. It was apparently faulty as after two tries they replaced the entire bottom spout, but it was still very difficult to use. The free WIFI was almost non-existent: I could not get a signal in my room and the only way to get a signal was to either stand in the doorway of my room, or sit at the table in the corridor…and speaking of the corridors, has anyone seen the movie The Shining? The corridors had an eery feeling and other reviews have made similar comments about being reminded of that film…lol The hotel was clean and pleasant enough, but a bit dated and could do with a refurbishment. I was entitled to free breakfasts for which I was grateful…local dishes, so it may not suit some Western tastes. There was a swimming pool, but it was too cold and windy to use. Staff were great!

|A 6.88km del centro✅ we went there via commute, the place is accessible and easy to find. ✅ staff are friendly and attentive ✅ hair dryer by request ✅ we tried the other resto, bella ciao, a bit pricey but at least their food was decent. ❎ very small room. feels like im staying at a motel. i requested for a room with balcony. the balcony was very small and has a view of i dont know how to describe it. ❎ the hotel resto, organico gourmet, is meh . we ate there upon checking in, my bbq tasted ok and tender. but on the other order, meat was very hard. there are items on the menu that were not available. the coffee is just sad. oh God why!? ❎ a father and son was stucked at the elevator when there was a power outage. they have a generator but i didnt feel the sense of urgency to help them get out of the elevator asap. i felt sorry for them esp for the toddler as he seemed traumatized by what happened and he kept on crying ❎ pool was small and not heated (considering it's location) but it was ok. until it got very crowded because it is shared with the tenants from the residential area (some rented it out as guests). i hope you do something about it. may be have a different pool exclusive for hotel guests only. shower area was far from the pool, doesn't have any written directions as to where it was. so some just went straight into the pool without showering first. it was also very slippery, so i suggest you put something on the floor to prevent accidents. the area behind the glass of the pool was very dirty . not enough resting area or tables and chairs where we can put our things. ❎ since there was no towel exclusive for pool use, we had to bring our towel from our room. i called front desk to ask for a new towel since the other one was soaked already because we used it to dry ourselves from the pool. they are charging 50pesos for an extra towel. i mean really? overall, it was a bit expensive hotel but the experience didn't match the price. sorry but i will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone.

|A 3.98km del centrogood thing the place was wazeable, otherwise there's a bigger chance to lose your way to get there. parking has an uneven surface so you better manoeuvre your car carefully to avoid any untoward event. the function room assigned to us has no comfort rooms of its own. we need to traverse a path that is not fully covered so imagine us trying to walk at the edges to avoid getting wet in the rain. the room we stayed in was too small to fit four people. it was so cramped i could barely avoid not stepping on the pull-out bed of my roommate. it was such a balancing act. the food was average. nothing enticing to share with relatives and friends.

|A 2.1km del centroWe stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

|A 4.41km del centroThis is a good option in case you run out of hotels or other BnB's in Tagaytay. I love their rooms. I think they are newly renovated, spacious, cold and clean. Even their bathrooms are just right. Complete with toothbrush kits, soaps and shampoos. With cold and hot showers. Great food, though I really wish they would expand their menus so that guests would have more choices. Most of all, their staff were so helpful and accommodating. Very warm and effective. Parking is another thing I hope they can improve on. And I hope they can improve on their wifi. But generally, this is a great alternative Tagaytay rendezvous. Highly recommended!

|A 2.95km del centroWe spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing.
In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

|A 1.78km del centroEl hotel está situado en Ta***tay, pero no es muy agradable. El hotel no es muy bueno. Aunque el personal era amable y hospitalario, no había muchas cosas por las que es decepcionante quedarse aquí: 1. Las habitaciones no tienen vistas. 2. La habitación está muy lenta y no hay señal de teléfono. 3. Las herramientas estaban todas disponibles que lo hizo muy difícil comer y beber café caliente. 4. Algunas luces no funcionaban. 5. La única cosa que lo hizo no se sentía como un motel es un desayuno gratuito.

|A 2.53km del centroIt would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us.

|A 3.92km del centroThey gave us a nice and clean room as well. One of the best staycation we had, kudos to their delicious breakfast 🍽️☕. All in one resort and hotel plus restaurant and coffee shop. A walking distance to Picnic Grove, convenience store and church. They are so welcoming and polite.
