Geschäftlich war ich in drei verschiedenen Hotels hier in Konstanta. Alle hatten vier Sterne aber nur eins konnte mit Service, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Kundenservice überzeugen. [Das On Plonge Junior]. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich. Das Zimmer immer top sauber. Essen und Getränke waren wirklich gut und günstig. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen ist hier die kinderfreundlichkeit und die Möglichkeit für die kleinen zu spielen. Eine extra eingerichtete Spielecke und Bolzen vor dem hotel war zu keiner Zeit ein Problem. Wäscheservice wurde auch angeboten und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Alles im Wäschebeutel abgeben und 48h später gewaschen und zusammengelegt zurück. Ich erwähne das hier da in einem anderen Hotel zwar auch Wäsche gewaschen wird aber nicht die Unterwäsche. Ganz ehrlich, was soll das denn. Abschließend ein ganz dickes Lob an das ganze Team vom On Plonge, macht weiter so.

La habitación era muy limpia y en buenas condiciones, el personal era agradable y útil. Cuando estuvimos fuera, las camas y toallas se cambiaron. A pesar de todas las opciones en una ciudad como Constanta, hemos elegido cenar en el restaurante del hotel y no podíamos estar más satisfechos. La comida fue increíble - nos tomamos en el camarote, la recomendación de Daniel para nuestro curso principal y dejamos que el chef decidiera nuestro dessert.

Super Preis - Leistungsverhältnis! Das Frühstück hat uns überrascht und war reichhaltig und in guter Qualität! Der Kaffee aus Österreich von Julius Meinl einem der besten österreichischen Kaffeehäuser war eine Sensation und hat mich sehr begeistert es am Schwarzen Meer zu finden. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut, einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre härtere Matratzen zu nehmen. Aber das Schlafsofa war super und mein Mann hat dann auf der Couch geschlafen die etwas härter war und auch ausreichend. Zum Strand kommt man über eine Treppe und wir werden definitiv nächstes Jahr öfter hierherkommen und unsere Wochenenden hier verbringen. Toller Service und hervorragendes Personal dass immer freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Das Hotel war sehr sauber was einen Pluspunkt verdient hat.

Impecablemente limpio. No hay restricciones sobre el uso del spa, puedes quedarte mientras quieras, la temperatura está bien controlada en todas las áreas del hotel, no me sentí molesto en salir del spa para llegar a mi habitación, perfume constantemente el Air , hay música de bajo volumen adecuada para relajarse total. La habitación se limpió todos los días y las toallas, los baños cambiaron y el champú relleno, todas las demandas se cumplían rápidamente. El desayuno era variado, saboroso, bueno expresso. Y el masaje, sorprendente. ( Felicia y su colega somos profesionales y agradables) Siempre un placer de permanecer en este hotel

A menos de 20 minutos a pie de la estación de tren con equipaje de mano de ruedas, este hotel se encuentra en una carretera ocupada y una zona muy distinta pero elegante y invitante de hogar y recepción me sorprendió en mi entrada al hotel. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de Gales, donde se encuentran los niños de la ciudad. La habitación está muy bien equipada y está muy bien equipada. Con acceso por un ascensor o por una escalera, me llevó a mi habitación, no 110, por el receptor utilizando las escaleras (sólo un pequeño número de pasos y no en todas las escaleras). Con mi tarjeta de llave y de la llave para la electricidad en la mano, abri la puerta a mi habitación y qué primera impresión como el diseño, diseño y color es realmente atrapar los ojos de una manera positiva. It was the best way to celebrate love. 😀. Lovely party, with everything that is needed to spent quality time. We danced, we laughed, we enjoyed the food and drinks. All staff members did their best to make us have the best time spent. The SPA was like a cherry on a cake. The rooms are spacious and clean. Keep up the good work you do. See you next year!

Hotel Central is located in the center of the seaside resort of Mamaia only a few meters from the beach and is a typical communist-era seaside hotel that has been renovated and upgraded in recent years The hotel can offer a pleasant garden, private swimming pool, bar and restaurant. All rooms have a balcony and there is a well-functioning free wireless network in the hotel. On arrival, it took some time to get in touch with the employee at the reception to check in and I missed some smiles and commitment to me as a guest. The same also applied when checking out and for other inquiries to reception. This lack of service is something that is most likely left over from the communist era and which has still not improved much despite other changes in society. The guest room was simply furnished, but in addition to the beds, had a fridge, desk and well-functioning air conditioning. The balcony was equipped with two chairs and a table. However, I missed a small drying rack to dry clothes. The beds were in good condition and had clean linen. The cleanliness was otherwise very good and the room was cleaned every day. The bathroom was simply furnished with a shower, toilet and sink, but appeared to be clean and well maintained. The towels were clean and in good condition. Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes, including fried eggs, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. The buffet was regularly replenished and there were no empty serving platters. The selection on the buffet was good, but still far from the standard of the breakfast buffets served in Scandinavia and Germany. It was possible to eat breakfast outside. The hotel's swimming pool was open from 0900-1800 and included a small pool, deckchairs and parasols, lifeguard and toilet facilities. The pool area was clean and in good condition and it was observed that the employees regularly took samples of the water quality, which was perceived as positive. The staff at the pool area were cheerful and service minded. The hotel had a nice location, pleasant rooms and walking distance to most everything. There was something lacking in the service part of the staff, but in relation to the price I felt I got good value for money. NB! They charges me 60 EUR to wash a few t-shirts and shorts.
