El hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, en la que el hotel está situado a la mitad de la costa. La comida era bastante ingustosa y no una gran variedad. terminé hambrienta. Hay un buen camino desde el jardín a Bad Aussee. Es un paseo muy fuerte hacia arriba. La primera noche que estuvimos aquí a medianoche un camión de niños se volvió a tener una fiesta en el parque de coches. No estaban en el hotel, pero nos mantuvieron hasta las 2 horas. Esta noche fue muy perturbada. El personal no era muy amable. La sauna que no nos molestamos en usar, como usted tendría que esperar 30 minutos para calentar. Si no quieres usarlo, puede ser muy difícil tomar todas tus maletas en la parte superior, ya que no hay ascensor. Las toallas de nuestros dormitorios no se fluyeron correctamente y había constantemente sonido de agua de tricking toda la noche. Si quieres jugar a la piscina de mesa es 2 Euros por juego. We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Spa Hotel Erzherzog Johann. Our room was very spacious and nice, as was the bathroom. We also had a nice sized balcony. We didn't realize that we had half board and received dinner each night but we thoroughly enjoyed it as it was plentiful and delicious. The breakfast was also excellent with a very large selection. We seemed to be the only English speakers staying at the hotel in this rather remote area, although most of the staff spoke English and were very nice and helpful. The indoor/outdoor pool was lovely and we took a swim everyday. The only bad experience we had and it was NOT the fault of the hotel, was on the Saturday night we were there, someone had a wedding reception right outside the hotel, which went on, with very loud techno music, until after 3 in the morning. We would highly recommend this spot!

Nos alojamos una semana con mi familia en un apartamento y el único servicio que nos dieron fue el cambio de toallas una vez en la semana. No hubo limpieza de ningún tipo ( baño, cocina, cambio de sábanas) en toda la semana. La basura se acumuló hasta que preguntamos y nos indicaron que teníamos que sacarla nosotros mismos. Por otro lado, falta un playground para los niños ya que sólo tienen un espacio cubierto para jugar y nada al aire libre. Lo demás, ubicación, piscina climatizada y spa, todo muy bien.
