Bartenders Cru y Cat son gente guapa. Son verdaderos profesionales. : Muy atento, atención a los detalles, amigable y grandes sonrisas. Cru me ayudó a asegurarme de que elegí un vino que quisiera y recomendó el pollo y el camarones grilados, que se demostró ser cada vez tan bueno como dijo que sería y aún más comida que lo esperaba. El bar del bar es grande con un gran diseño. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y me gusta que tengan un ventilador de techo. Muy cómodo dormir la noche. Me encantaría quedarme en este hotel de nuevo.

Muy bien situado si va a Astros o Rockets juegos, o al centro de convenciones. El edificio se ve bastante nuevo y moderno. Parece que necesitan otro par de ascensores ... a menudo hay una línea en cualquier momento del día. El hotel está en una zona de 4 estrellas, donde se encuentra el 4o de la ciudad. El desayuno era uno de ellos ...servado de dos lugares de viernes a domingo, uno de lunes a jueves. El desayuno estaba en el mejor lado de la marca estándar. Dejó la caja cerrada abierta (que se reparó muy rápidamente), el frigorífico abierto, así que fue caliente ...totó durante la noche para volver a resfriar, y el baño se acopló, que tomó 6 horas y 3 peticiones para ser reparado. El personal de la mesa delantera parecía un grupo generalmente desafortunado. Los servicios de mantenimiento de la casa sólo se ofrecen a petición.

There’s so much good to say about this place! This place is a petite venue full of vibrant vibes! Right in downtown with proximity to nice restaurants and bars. Hotel location is APT! There’s just right enough things to do, starting with the neon lights at the entrance to being greeted by Brian the Barista - was delighted to have his world famous The Brian coffee, just perfect at any time of the day! He explained about the history of this building and showed us around. Lobby area, elevators, hallways and room were all clean and neat. It always felt fresh, be it any time of the day. I loved how they have a nice touch of welcoming on the mirrors of elevator and vanity. Was there with 2 other friends of mine and we had such a comfortable stay. Honestly, it was my first time at a Moxy but I must say the people here are GEM! Nelly, the housekeeping manager was sooo lovely, she was super friendly and made sure all our requests were answered in time. Love her, would definitely be back to experience this kind of hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and best! I was back in Houston after a year and she made it feel like home here. They restocked their shelf everyday by the elevator to make sure extra towels were there when required. The rooms were well lit, the gym was good enough and their pretty M lounge was perfect for work. It’s been a while since I have seen such clean rooms, housekeeping was top notch! Thanks to Mirna for all the tidy work. Met the GM by the lobby area, was such a nice gentleman! Overall 10 on 10. Not to forget, Ramon the public area attendant was always seen doing his job dedicatedly with all his efforts in and a ever green smile on his face. Valet was kind enough to help with bags! Preserve these gems! Missed the party by the bar but we will definitely be back the next time we are Houston. Thanks Moxy was this amazing stay!!! Thanks Nelly and team!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked. It seems that for business travel is 2022, this has become the ceiling instead of the floor for expectations. Everywhere is understaffed and doing the best they can with who they have. That said, this was close to a pre-COVID experience. Also, there’s a Hilton Home2Suites next door. I stayed there a few months ago - avoid it at all costs. The HGI has an on-site restaurant with good food. It shares a parking lot with PF Changs.

Nos encantó el hotel. Nuestra primera vez en un Marriott. Kirsten en check in súper amable y en alimentos y bebidas todos súper eficientes y comida deliciosa. Solo les mencioné el detalle de que era asociada(empleada) Marriott para que me hicieran mi descuento correspondiente en alimentos y bebidas y me mencionaron que al realizar el check out ellos me lo harían. Al momento de realizar el check out el chico muy serio no si quiera me pregunto cómo estuvo la estancia. Le comenté si me podía realizar mi descto de alimentos y bebidas ya que fue bastante lo que se consumió en a y b. Y simplemente me ignoró imprimió la hoja y no me dijo nada más. Muy cortante. Pero religases a Las dos meseras del Restaurante de desayunos y al supervisor Gracias.

Just returned from Europe and took a Lyft from George Bush to the Doubletree Hobby. Customer service was over the top, we were recognized as Diamond even received a gorgeous suite upgrade. The breakfast was covered by our breakfast credit, the buffet was wonderful, the wait staff was over the top attentive. The hotel was clean. The shuttle was available and it is a quick trip to Hobby airport. We will return. The cookies are always wonderful. Love Hobby airport, Houston International is awful. Just sayin

Soy Diamond desde hace 10 años y uso regularmente la aplicación para checar antes y escoger mi Habitación la cual fue 1202 , al llegar y pasar al Front Desk me piden mi identificación la cual mostré y sin mas me mandan al cuarto 1227 sin dar explicación alguna , la diferencia de cuartos es bastante , al bajar y pedir una explicación solo dicen que la habitación estaba sucia , Yo llegue al Hotel a las 5PM , lastima la persona que me atendio con cero criterio y sin interes , personas asi mejor que no trabajen en Hilton

Bueno, era la noche del Día del Padre todo estaba bien sin problemas directamente a la habitación que a la mañana siguiente me desperté y salí de la habitación alrededor de las 8 a.m. Era muy incómodo, especialmente estando desnuda. I booked this hotel based on stars and without looking at the actual reviews. I should have looked at the reviews and pictures. I was in town for a stressful reason so I didn't have the time or energy to complain and really, there wasn't any sense in complaining. This place has been run down for quite some time, and complaining wouldn't have made it better. I figured I would just make do but I also discovered I had only hand towels in my room. I called the front desk and the person who answered had to ask me what room I was in, so obviously, even their phone systems are so outdated that it didn't tell her that information. I waited about twenty minutes and called again. She let me know that they were waiting for the dryer. !!! I used a hand towel because I had to leave. When I returned, no towels had been delivered. I went to the office to get them myself. The phone no longer worked - it only gave a busy signal. The person in the office looked like she was half asleep and sitting on her own phone but she kindly gave me towels. The unit itself was filthy with grime on the doors. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. There was peeling paint and damage to walls and furniture. There wasn't hot water. It got just barely warm enough to tolerate. All in all, it's just awful and needs a complete overall. The fact that this is a Marriott property is incredible. Someone needs to do a site visit and then begin the renovation process.

En 2/7/2022 He hecho una reserva en línea para un estancia de 10 noches en el Hampton Inn Houston-Katy. En 3/8/2022, he modificado la reserva para un estancia de una noche. Al ingresar en 4/13/2022 a las 11:00, Brenden confirmó que sólo estaríamos estancia de una noche. En 4/14/2022, dejamos el hotel. No se dejaron pertenencias en nuestra habitación. Desde covid, hemos recibido nuestras recetas por correo electrónico para nuestros registros. Dejamos las llaves en el hotel y pensamos que nada fuera de la norma. Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero no en el hotel. El director, Stephanie, se nega a devolver el dinero. Me llamó ”lie” (su palabra) y dijo que cuando nos inspeccionamos dijeron a Brenden que cambiara la reserva a diez días. También dijo que los bienes estaban en la habitación. Si estuviéramos 10 días, habría modificado la reserva para asegurarnos de que tuviéramos una habitación con una cabeza de cheque. En lugar de admitir que cometí un error honesto, insultó mi integridad y basicamente robó mi dinero por servicios que nunca quise o aprobó. Tengo la confirmación para confirmar la estancia de una sola noche. No quedaban pertenencias. Cuando miré mi reserva en mi teléfono en 4/13 fue una noche. Ellos deliberadamente lo cambiaron a 10 y me llaman el mentiroso. Le aseguro que cualquier estancia futura estará en el Comfort Inn. Quiero que mis fondos se devuelvan a mi tarjeta, pero todavía estoy esperando una llamada de vuelta .... no me mantenga el aliento.

This is a random hotel in a random location. I booked it because I have had good experiences with the Autograph Collection. It was clean. It was located where they say it is, so shame on me, but there is hardly anything around there. There is a LifeTime gym next door - I assume they get access, which is nice. Check in person was nice. We got upgraded to a larger room, which was great because even that was not very big. Cons: Only decent hotel where I’ve not been offered help with our bags (normally you have to fend off porters if you don’t need them). We pulled up to the $41/day valet at a reasonable hour. We had two large bags with us and nobody even offered to help us wrestle them out of the trunk. When we wheeled them down to check out the valet asked us whether we wanted help getting them in the trunk — well, yeah. That made for a sour start. Water temperature in the shower was really problematic, either really hot or cold, very very hard to modulate. We were not going to mention but management sent us a “how’s things” text and we mentioned it and they fixed it! On Saturday morning there were lots of takeout food bags (obviously trash from dinners ordered the night before) up and down the hall - gross. How hard would that be to pick those up in the middle of the night? Ironically, the nicest guy we met at the hotel was a housekeeping guy who was vacuuming the hall and was delightfully courteous - I wish I’d gotten his name. Bar was understaffed. Sorry, Laura, you won’t see me again.

Sinclair, the bartender made me a delicious lemon drop it was so good! She has a wonderful spirit! Her birthday was yesterday as well. Then my sister and I ate breakfast at the restaurant in the front of the hotel, Amelia was our waitress. She was phenomenal! I came downstairs first and told her that my sister was coming soon and that she would want an Americano coffee. As soon as my sister sat down, Amelia told her coffee was on the way! My sister LOVED that. Made us feel welcomed. I appreciate both of those ladies. Now,let’s talk hotel. Overall, the decor is very nice, it makes for great photo opps. We had two rooms. We had one king size room which had a lot of space and then we had a room with double beds which was a little smaller. The rooms are decent. The only thing I found peculiar was there was no ironing board, iron, or microwave in the room. I had to request an iron/ and board. The microwave is on the first floor, to the left of the elevators. But my main concern was the water only stayed hot for a very short period. You have to shower fast or wait 15-20 minutes for it to warm up again. Aggravating! Outside of that it’s a decent hotel.

Recepcion me trato bien hasta que vio que era ***, de repente cambio el tono, dejo de ser simpatico y cuando preguntabas algo no te dejaba claro la respuesta. El desayuno no es Bufet libre, te dan un tiquet para un plato caliente... Nunca havia visto esto en un Hilton. Ademas solo servian sabado-domingo, miercoles-jueves, el resto de dias no hay desayuno... Porque? pues resulta que el jefe del hotel lo decidio asi... fue uno de los motivos por los que me aloje allí, porque incluia desayuno, menos mal que no lo pago yo. El bar, mas de lo mismo, abre lunes a miercoles, no se porque. Habia partido de los Astros y havia aficionados durante el finde... pero no, nada. Ademas el jefe da la orden de aparcar una furgoneta del Hotel en una de las salidas del parquing de atras, de forma aleatoria. Esto a partre de ser ilegal por qüestiones de seguridad, es molesto porque me gusta aparcar donde pueda ver el coche desde la habitacion... Preguntas a recepcion y otra vez, me tratan raro y me dicen que el jefe lo quiere asi, les dices que es ilegal pero dicen que no... I’ve stayed with this place before, and I had a bad time with it which was never remedied. Normally I wouldn’t be back, but location pretty much required I use them. On this trip, so far, things have gone much better. The property is somewhat off the beaten path, but not far from a major highway. It looks good, and the facilities, furniture and fixtures were in good condition. Everything in the room was working as designed, and the beds and towels adequate. The employees don’t have name tags on, but I do want to compliment the African-American lady working deep nights on July 03 and 04. She went well beyond the call of duty to correct incompetent guest problems, and very promptly. From the customer side of the desk she is an outstanding performer and I was more than grateful for the professional help. I could only suggest that the brand’s choice to use a black colored key card is not the best, as they are easier to misplace. The pricing was very appealing for a holiday weekend, but it’s obvious there were not a lot of guests checked in. The elevator farthest from the desk makes some unsettling noises that are not reassuring to the guest. They don’t serve free breakfast, but they do have a bar open in the evenings, even though they don’t have enough customers to operate it profitably. I write a lot of reviews, and pay attention to details. I don’t find much wrong with this place. It’s not young, but it’s been kept fresh and appearing to be new. And, the traffic patterns around it are certainly easier to maneuver than some other brands just across the freeway. There was a tiny spec of mold in the tub area, but nothing to get excited about. The overall facility was very clean, including the common areas and my sleeping room. I can’t say much about housekeeping as I specifically asked them to pass me by, but SOMEBODY is going the extra mile to keep the place looking good. However, the pictures you see on Trip advisor look nothing like what’s actually inside – they are way out of date. I can recommend them for what they are, although I just don’t like the brand for non-hospitality reasons. I certainly got what I paid for, and there’s no complaint with that. I’ll probably be back someday, which remains to be seen.

La Quinta, una propiedad más antigua, segura, tranquila y un excelente valor para un trabajador de collar azul con un presupuesto amigable. Mis puntuaciones y calificaciones se comparan con la media de La Quinta ser un 5 y un motel de roca de madera de fondo ser un 1. Muy bueno para mí, pero no llevaría a mi esposa a nada menos que un 5 calificado Laquinta

Esta propiedad no parece increíble desde afuera, pero es hermosa desde dentro. El personal fue muy útil. Las habitaciones son muy buenas y limpias. El desayuno fue muy bueno. La cocina y los aparatos estaban en forma perfecta y limpia. El lugar perfecto para quedarse si visita la NASA o la playa de Galveston.

No me gusta que el ppl se ponga sobre .. parece que me estaban espiando. Estaba muy cómodo en la cama. La TV y el café estaban bien. Me disfruté de los lugares de estacionamiento, aunque fue decente quería mi dinero de vuelta
