Nos alojamos en este hotel porque estaba “más o menos cerca” del aeropuerto y teníamos que madrugar… y la verdad es que no es mala opción por el precio. Además, está a unos 10 minutos den centro en coche. Se trata de apartamentos con salón, cocina (no usamos), baño y habitación. Es todo bastante amplio y funcional aunque la cama era algo incómoda y solo había aire acondicionado en la habitación, dejando la zona de salón-cocina con mucho calor… el baño era correcto aunque la presión del agua era bastante baja. Aún así, por el precio, me parece que es una buena opción barata en Larnaca.

La habitación era muy limpia, la cama era tan cómoda, toallas hermosas, ducha tan caliente y buena presión. El desayuno era delicioso y de buena calidad! ¡Yo tenía la feta cocida, mi marido la cocina tradicional y mi madre en la ley el queso de haloumi. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no me gusta la habitación. Si alguien como yo, le gustan los gatos, eso sería un hotel perfecto para ellos, ya que hay gatos de calle cuidados locales cerca en una zona verde, que mantiene a ratas y bugs lejos.

I’ve spent 3 nights there. It is located outside the old town, but you can get there within 15-20 minutes. There is a bus stop nearby, some small grocery stores and a few restaurants. The room was ok, quite comfortable bed, balcony, fridge and bathroom with bathtub. On the premises, you can find a pool, bar and gym. They also offer breakfast. In general hole is ok but could use some renovation as everything is really old. It wasn’t bothering me at all but I’ve heard people complaining. Anyway, for this price it was a very decent stay

OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. Well done Hai Hotel and thank you Nadia!

Location location location. This hotel ticks al the boxes. Close to boulevard, restaurants, bars and beaches. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice swimming pool with roofbar. Breakfast has lots of choice’s to choose from. The roofbar has great views over Larnaca. It’s quiet but in the center of town so occasionally you will hear a motor cycle with a hysterical exhaust.

Stunning hotel I cannot fault a single aspect. Each and every member of staff were so warm and helpful (special mention to Eva and Andre). The suites themselves are extremely well designed and appointed, they have thought of everything from nespresso machine, to mini shaving and dental kits in the bathroom. Beds are really comfortable and the balconies spacious. Make sure you check out OLIV the deli cafe adjoining, really delicious fresh food. Thank you all at LIV we are beyond grateful for your hospitality and will be back

We had a wonderful stay at St. Lazaros Studios! It’s a perfect small and cozy hotel. My husband, son, and I stayed in a lovely apartment at a great price, with a vast terrace, a comfortable bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen. The atmosphere was beautiful and heartfelt, and the terrace was a fantastic spot to spend our evenings. The Wi-Fi was fast, and housekeeping was provided regularly. On top of that, I accidentally left some belongings when we checked out, and the staff took great care of them until I returned to retrieve them. I highly recommend this place!

Loving it here in lock down went to see a local doctor today by the name of Harold Shipman he gave me the local jab I said doctor Shipman will I survive he said of cause you will your not over 65 got to see him in 12 weeks time for another jab loving it here at the hotel so friendly nice and clean WiFi is so good cleaner's are very good I can't say nothing bad why is it when I say I could murder a pint everyone runs off I feel like I am at home I've got plenty of head and shoulders in the bath room can't wait for lock down to lift so I can see my mate jack the ripper best hotel the sunflower is

The room was clean and well outfitted. The bathrooms recently renovated and had all necessary amenities. The breakfast was outstanding! Freshly made spresso coffee - latte, capucino, whatever you prefer - and wonderful full breakfast with home-made hummus, olives and olive oil from the farm of a family member of the waiter & cook - nice juices. It is also located 5 minutes from the city center and the sea. Great hotel at a great price.

This hotel has superb reviews. It is a very good hotel, but not without a few flaws Firstly the positives: 1 it is in a great location (notwithstanding the ugly outlook from lower floors over a car park and graffiti buildings) 2 the rooms are very nice 3 the breakfast was excellent 4 nice bar area with a lovely courtyard But I couldn’t give this hotel a 5 rating for number of flaws , albeit non individually significant: 1 out check in experience was not good at all. We had booed through an agent and booked a non-cancellable rate where we had to pay upfront. When we arrived, the lady at reception asked us for our ‘voucher’. We didn’t have a voucher, simply an email confirming our booking. The receptionist then asked that we needed to prove we had paid to avoid being charged twice. We spent 20-25 minutes at reception having to log on to all our email accounts trying to find evidence of payment, and then had to download credit card statements from 8 months ago to prove payment. The hotel must have known we had paid and it wasn’t a great start 2 at check in, the lady at reception advised that ‘every sunbed around the pool has a buzzer, and you use this to call service for drinks etc.’ When we go to the pool, across 16 beds there were in fact 2 buzzers so you had to go up to other peoples beds to borrow a buzzer. Why not just put one on the bar ? 3 the pool wasn’t that clean and had a distinct line of grime around the water line A few other niggles as well , so no way I could rate this 5 stars

We booked this Hotell for our summer vacation, having read the reviews I was preparing for a very basic Hotel that was outdated, and it was, the Hotel is in desperate need of upgrading, this is by far the oldest Hotel I've stayed in, that being said I had a great time anyway, even though the rooms were very basic and worn down, we got some towels with holes in them to add to the experience, don't go here if you love luxury and are used to a certain standar. The pool is awesome, but there was something weird with the water, my hair is completely ruined, had to cut of 15cm when I got home, and even though I've cut it and used a lot of hair masks it's still bad, so I would definitely recommend a swimming cap if you have long hair. There was one thing that was a real issue that I don't think people are aware of, the whole city is basically closed until 29th July for some sort of holiday, there were some stores open on the day time but they closed early, so there is not really anything do do on the evenings other than eating, I love to browse in shops when I'm done swimming for the day, so this was a huge disappointment. We took the buss to Ayia Napa one day to go shopping, and we had to stand all the way home on the bus since it was so crowded, would not recommend doing that, it's a long drive and it didn't feel safe going on the motor way standing on the bus. But the location of the Hotel is very good, you are just minutes away from one of the best beaches I've been on, it was amazing, and the water was so warm. For a stay in Larnaca on a budget this is a good choice, just know what you sign up for, it's old and worn down, but the location is good. Great staff and good pool is the pluss side here, worn down and everything is pay extra is the down side, also the entrance is right out on a busy street, so if you have small children, be careful. I had a great stay in Larnaca even though there were things that wasn't great, all in all a good Holliday.

Not sure, but this feels like a family run place. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was especially nice to have a bathtub. The view is amazing. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as there always seems to be something going on along the beach. So nice to be able to step outside and go for a swim. Can't wait to return.

Negativo: La puerta del balcón no está cerrada. El personal vino a comprobarlo y dijo que no podían hacer nada sobre él y me dijo que no hay criminales y no tenemos que preocuparnos por la noche si no está cerrado y podemos dejar los valores en la habitación, incluso si la puerta del balcón está abierta y los vecinos podrían Nos pasó nada feliz y nos alegramos. La chica de limpieza estaba bien limpia y limpia. No hay vista al mar ni sillas de sol como en las fotos. El personal dijo que no podían hacer nada sobre ella. Pero la limpieza la dama limpió el pájaro y yo sólo el sol se apagaba en el balcón sin la silla de sol y también fue agradable. El sofá estaba un poco roto, los platos estaban muy sucios y el baño huele muy mal. El agua en el duche no estaba caliente, sólo caliente.

What a lovely place to stay. The room was spotless and completely sound proof! Ok, you don't get a sea view, but a short walk and you're there. The breakfast was superb with plenty to offer. The bathroom was a delight including a corner bubble bath! All the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

My feelings about this hotel crystallised after returning home. We stayed for two nights. I did not realise at the time, but while there I was going down with pneumonia; hence I felt ill. On the morning of leaving the hotel we packed, and as usual checked the room carefully. However, probably due to feeling unwell, I did not notice that we had left a kindle charger plugged into a socket. On returning home I immediately phoned reception to ask if they had it. Without asking, the guy on the desk started asking if I had left our luggage unattended. With little grace, he eventually went to see if they had it. He told me the cleaning staff had handed it in and they had it at the desk. I asked them to keep it for us as we could not pop in to collect it for a couple of weeks. Because of being seriously ill, that two weeks became four weeks. The day before collecting it, my husband phoned and was told they did have it. However, when visiting the hotel the next day the reception said they knew nothing about it. All that was there was a cable of ours. The device had gone; presumably stolen. To date they have not contacted us to offer an apology or even to speak to us. I would rather sleep on the street than stay there again.

Me alojé en Larnaca por primera vez y lo reservé cuando vi que este hotel tenía una calificación alta. Llegué el sábado. La vista del hotel al lado del mar es realmente muy hermosa. De hecho, tengo la sensación de que la playa es mía. Las habitaciones son bastante merecidas, más pequeñas de lo esperado pero también limpias. Los acondicionadores de aire son todos de tecnología de ahorro de energía, y las puertas y ventanas deben estar cerradas para comenzar. Mantenerse de buen humor, el servicio también es muy bueno. Como resultado, vino una pesadilla. Por la tarde, la gente empezó a reservar una boda aquí. La música y los gritos continuaron desde las 3 de la tarde hasta las 12 de la noche. Más tarde supe que esta es una costumbre local y debe ser hasta las 12 en punto. Pueden imaginarnos que volé aquí durante 15 horas, ¡qué roto está mi corazón! No puedo dormir y solo puedo salir y seguir la carretera. La música sigue temblando y me duele el corazón. Nunca volveré a elegir este hotel. Después de ser recomendado por un amigo, encontré uno mejor. Esta vez gasté dinero para comprar una lección. La experiencia general es demasiado general. Los amigos que quieran vivir aquí deben evitar los viernes, sábados y domingos. Realmente se derrumbó a tiempo para la boda ... Está a solo 5 minutos en automóvil desde el aeropuerto, muy cerca, pero ya no elegiré aquí.

Parado por una noche. La entrada al hotel no es fácil de encontrar, nada se distingue en absoluto. Reepshchen es pequeño. Hay varios pisos, hay ascensores. El hotel está cerca del embarque. La habitación es grande, con una pequeña cocina y un pequeño balcón que se ve a la ventana del hotel cercano. Un cómodo mattress. Hay todo lo que necesitas
