The worst hotel I have ever experienced! Missed my connecting flight and so my children were already tired and irritable, but was trying to comfort them that it's not such a bad thing to be in hotel in Istanbul. To be honest for a 5 star Sheraton hotel - by far my worst experience ever!!!! It looks beautiful and well, but reality is different. The basics such as tv, wifi, telefoon, didn't work that evening. they had sent technicians for 40 mins in room, until I requested the manager for another room. Room got changed. My room key didn't work half of the time, had to leave kids in my room and run up and down to change key. I am milk and egg intolerant. For them to understand this, seemed very impossible to fix a meal....had to cross a dangerous crossing next to hotel to get to the mall to get my basics (clothing for that evening, charger etc) Next day mentioned a complaint to manager. The manager was trying to talk to me smoothly, but didn't do a thing to make us at ease. He had mentioned that his wife is delivering a baby soon and that he is sensitive towards childen. He then wanted to present a little gift....but then didn't appear at all:) wasn't expecting him anyway....It's also such a men's world in there. You feel like you are taken for a ride perpetually, system in that hotel is sooooo bloody messed up!!! We had organised a driver during our one day in Istanbul, which then took us for an extra 30 mins ride as well. All in all the worst, hadn't eaten one good meal either. For me this should get a zero!! Thought I should warn people at my end.

La suite donde me aloje era enorme y totalmente equipada con camas y almohadas comodisimas aunque la cocina esta de adorno, no hay menaje de ningún tipo. El desayuno no se corresponde a las 4*del hotel (escaso y poca variedad) pero el restaurante es muy correcto para comidas o cenas. Lo mejor:el spa. No lo aconsejo para turismo en Estambul por la distancia (30km) y el tráfico (hora y media cada trayecto). Si lo necesitas, en recepcion te pueden gestionar un transfer, me salio mejor que coger un taxi.

En una situación perfecta, era un lugar donde se acogeban las partes de Istanbul, y también con una cara de risa, y me alegro mucho. Es una ventaja que se acercaba al aeropuerto. Aconsejo a todos los que quieran ir, sin duda debe experimentar ;)

Este hotel debe ser el hotel más barato durante la exposición. Hay un estacionamiento, hay una plaza que puede pasear a pie en un lugar cerca del hotel. Hay un sabor de hotel que es muy compatible con el sabor chino y el camino puede pasar. A unos 20 minutos de la exposición, se puede llegar, muy conveniente y muy costoso.
