This Hotel was very modern and nicely designed. We had the room with a King bed and it was super comfortable. The room was also a nice size to fit our luggage. There is a safe in the room also and a mini fridge. The bathroom was completely updated, but the one thing I didn't care for was the all in one shower/bathroom. And the bathroom had a funky smell. The staff is most worthy of mention. Everyone was SOOO very helpful and nice and the lobby had a wonderful smell when you walked in. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel in the centre of Athens, close to all the action. Less than 5 mins walk to an area with lots of restaurants and a lively, almost mediterranean-holiday-resort feel, buzz to it. Also well situated for the main sites in Athens. Free continental breakfast, along with coffees, capuccinos and some fruit juice provided every morning comprising a variety of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, croissants, danish pastries, as well as some scrambled eggs, cooked mushrooms and toast for those who prefer something warmer. It's not a full english breakfast, but it is more than sufficient. Served and provided by a delightful french lady who home makes the apricot jam to accompany the breads. All the staff, and I do mean ALL the staff, we interacted were super helpful and friendly. It's got a great rooftoop bar with really good views of the acropolis. It was a bit lively on Friday & Saturday night (we had stayed from the Friday until the Monday), with some noise transference, but that didn't bother us as we were also out late ourselves. And on the one night we got in a bit earlier I just put some ear plugs in and it didn't disturb me. The surrounding area was a bit scruffy, with lots of graffiti everywhere, but thst seems common to a lot of Athens. Having travelled a fair bit in the US, I can see why at first it might alarm American visitors (as can be seen in a lot of the other visitor comments), who might think the area sketchy, but we were a group of old friends on our annual reunion, all sadly much nearer to 60 than 50 and we never felt bothered, worried or intimidated in the slightest. Even when wandering back after midnight. Like any city, there will be some areas best avoided (and I was told by a Greek friend to avoid the municipal market area late at night), but, aside from adopting the usual level of caution and sense when in a big city you didn't need to go there from this hotel to get to the restaurant area. Probably, the best comment I can give is that, ironically, I came back to Athens a week later with my wife, prior to going on a cruise. My wife and I had already pre-booked our hotel for that stay, in a supposedly better area and paid £50 extra a night for the priviledge. The Apollo was better, as ws its surrounding area! I have already recommended this hotel to other members of my family and would stay here again if I ever come back to Athens.

For the 3 of us, we had a decent size room with a tiny bathroom. The reception staff was friendly and assisted me with date changes before our arrival. Un piso excepcional. Estaban limpiando nuestro apartamento y cambiaban las toallas todos los días. Incluso las toallas y las sábanas eran de una calidad excepcional. Personal muy educado y con ganas de ayudar. El desayuno no era realmente variable pero tenía calidad. También está ubicado en el medio de todo. El único inconveniente fue que la tubería de al lado era muy ruidosa. Una vez nos despertamos en medio de la noche por eso.

Bed Bugs, Scams, & No Hot Water Let me begin by saying that I had no intention of writing this review until Adam’s Hotel marked us as a “no-show” so that we could NOT possibly write our review on the website that we booked. We just left Adam’s Hotel after a 3 day stay, and we were ready to just let everything go and put it all in the past…but this devious way of controlling their reviews made us change our mind. First off, let me just say that the staff and cleaning ladies were very nice. No problems with check-in, so there’s that. This whole reservation started out suspiciously when we received an email a few weeks from our arrival date on the platform we booked. I cannot say the website that we booked here as google will not allow it, but it is the biggest and most common hotel booking platform that everyone uses. We had already paid in full, but we received an email asking for our credit card info so they could put a small charge on our credit card, and then take it off again. Some sort of verification. We have used this platform for over 10 years, and something sounded very suspicious. It sounded like they were hacked or something. I replied asking if their account had been compromised and that it was very weird that a hotel do this. I told them I was going to contact customer support. I then received a reply saying, “Oh don’t worry about it.”. That was the first suspicious thing, and I still don’t know what this was all about. I would show the screen shot of this, but since they marked our reservation as a no-show within the platform, the entire conversation has disappeared and I cannot get it back. Again, really weird. Anyway, we checked in, no issue. Keep in mind it’s about 5 degrees in Athens at that point. We went to take a shower, and it was all cold water. We were freezing…but again…I can easily put that in the “funny travel story” category. Woke up in the morning hoping for a warm shower…again, all cold. I went to the reception to ask about it, and they said they would send someone to fix it. So that night, when shower time came…again, cold water. I went back down and asked a different receptionist more clearly about possibly the limitations of the hot water supply…and he kindly admitted that other hotel guests had complained about this in the past. So, ok…hot water is limited at peak times. Got it. So, the next day we tested at 7am, again at 11am, evening at 7pm, evening at 11pm. Cold. So basically, yea…cold showers in Athens. Not fun. All of this is not optimal, but again, we are really easy going and can let this slide. We are in Athens right? The buildings are old, and it’s not easy running a hotel. We get it. Not fun, but ok. While we were drying off, we noticed a bug crawling up the curtains. I looked carefully, did a quick google search for bed bugs, and low-and-behold…it was one of them. I tried to crush it, but those things just don’t want to die! I had dealt with bed bugs once in my life like 20 years ago…and boy was

Some girlfriends and I visited Aeros Hotel Athena in the middle of summer months , temperatura in Athena about 40+ degrees. Front staff very friendly and went beyond to meet needs. Location of this hotel is very convenient since squares with all sort of nice restaurants are at walking distance . Rooms are spacious, neat and well Kept; however, AC is short from efficient, mine said 16 degrees and it was far from that. Felt like 80+ in the room. Front office staff leaves at 5:00 PM and there is literally no one to assist if not having to be persisten with phone calls. They also turn the lobby AC off when they leave so it is extremely uncomfortable and hot from the moment you walk in , using guest card in front hotel door. Elevators seem Like bank safes, very small and claustrophobic so if that is an issue , ask for 2nd floor Took a to use the stairs, which are also very hot. Besides staff and nice spacious rooms, I was not comfortable at all with the temperature throughout the hotel. There is no restaurant but 2 vending machines for drinks and coffee.

This is an exceptional hotel in Athens. First and foremost it’s greatest asset is its staff. Without exception superb. Our room a deluxe double was large, tastefully decorated, large comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Facilities in the room again sufficient and of good quality. The breakfast had a large selection continually refreshed. The restaurant comfortable with good food.

Se tarda alrededor de 20-30 minutos a pie, pero también vi que hay conexiones de autobús si no te gusta caminar (AMO caminar, porque también te ves más de los lugares y puedes llegar a veces a través de tiendas, parques, etc.). La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. No había un personal de la calle en la vista (el personal del hotel en algunos lugares del Reino Unido podría aprender de esa amistad!). En el hotel, el personal de la habitación estaba muy bien informado, pero no me gustaba la atención. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no me ha hecho sentir molestado como puede ocurrir en otros hoteles. El baño fue HUGE, y déjame decirte: las duchas son maravillosas. ¡Realmente apreciará una buena ducha después de un día activo en Atenas, especialmente en verano! La habitación era agradable y tenía mucho espacio.El escritorio era perfecto porque soy escritor y siempre necesitaba un espacio así. Por supuesto, también el habitual objeto como una TV (con acceso Netflix!), champú, todo lo que esperaba de un hotel de alta calidad. Hay un gimnasio (no lo uso, no me fui a las vacaciones para trabajar) y también un spa si estás en eso. Maravilloso hotel, con bonito diseño y amplias habitaciones para familias. Las duchas son para qued**** a vivir dentro. Nuestra hija adoró su litera en la zona del armario abierto. Y la habitación cuenta con un sofá en L. Camas comodísimas y todo muy limpio. Lo más incómodo son las luces, un poco incomprensibles todos los interruptores. Y en nuestra habitación una de las lámparas de lectura alumbraba bastante menos que la otra. Ubicación un poco alejada del centro monumental, pero a distancia de un paseo. Mejor, si buscas estar más lejos de las zonas más turísticas. El buffet está muy bien y completo. Perfecto para comenzar el día. Personal atento, dinámico y simpático.

Recomendación fuerte. El lugar del hotel es de primera clase, en la colina de la ciudad de Guangzhou, a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la ciudad de Guangzhou, y la mayoría de las antigüedades están a 20 minutos a pie, cuatro y ocho. Hotel situado en una colina, está cerca del acrópolis, buena elección si como nosotras estas de paso por Atenas solo una noche para ver el acrópolis. Habitación bien, con aire acondicionado que no hacía excesivo ruido, minibar, y balcón ( a nosotras nos tocó uno con muy buenas vistas en la planta 6) cama cómoda, lo único que a la 8.00 de la mañana ya andaba la limpiadora por el pasillo haciendo ruido. Desayuno aceptable. No hay cosas individuales, solo la mantequilla y azúcar y descafeinado. Lo demás es de uso común no cumpliendo mucho las medidas COVID. No había personal en el desayuno tú te lo guisas tú te lo comes y suerte para encontrar mesa limpia cuando llegues. ( por lo menos nuestro día) No elijas este hotel por su piscina, para refresc**** y d**** un baño un rato ok. Para pasar el día no. Han metido la piscina a presión en el hueco que había, y no hay paso para un par de hamacas que hay al otro lado de la piscina. La zona está retirada, y hay poca vida y pocos sitios para comer y supermercados En general normal. Para una noche no está mal. Pero no volveré.

We stayed at Great Living apartments for a long weekend. We are a family of four, the children were on a pull out beds in the lounge. The apartment was very clean and beautifully appointed with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The location is within easy walking distance of the Acropolis and downtown Athens. The staff were efficient and the apartments were always quiet and peaceful. A really fabulous place to stay.

Mientras estábamos haciendo el Chek inn en el hotel, una amiga que viajó con nosotros dejó una pequeña mochila arriba de un puf que había en el hall de entrada. Luego del realizar el trámite de ingreso el mismo había desaparecido del lugar, en el mismo tenía su celular y unas joyas que había comprado un poco antes. Totalmente sorprendidos de esta falta buscamos por todos los rincones pero no apareció. Como el Hotel tenia Cámaras le pedimos que chequearan los videos de ese momento. Al día siguiente nos mostraron unas fotos y pudimos ver que un hombre entró sin nosotros percatarnos de su presencia y había tomado la mochila pequeña que introdujo en un bolso y volvió a salir. Nos habían robado Adjunto las fotos donde se ve a la persona entrando, el bolso en el puf y como lo mete en su mochila.

Solo puedo decir que es similar a un hotel de apartamentos como Airbnb. No sé si es la causa de la epidemia. El desayuno estaba reservado, pero el desayuno fue cancelado. Incluso la recepción no estaba abierta las 24 horas. La recepción solo contaba con personal después de las 10 en punto y cerraba a las 6 en punto de la noche. Cuando me registré, había comida dejada por la última ola de invitados en el refrigerador de la habitación. Después de quedarme una noche, cancelé mi reserva y me cambié a otro hotel. Aparte del jacuzzi, no hay otras ventajas.

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación en pl. Karaiskaki, al lado del transporte (metro, autobús, taxi). Servicio: NO-EXPORTACIÓN 1. En primer lugar, nos dio una habitación con vistas a Acropolis. Después de que lo indicara y me dijeron que lo arreglarían hasta la tarde, esto fue sólo después de mi repetida llamada a la recepción. La nueva habitación se vio muy bien en Acropolis de Atenas - como yo pagué por ella. 2. La primera habitación que recibimos tenía una puerta de baño ”inflamada”, lo que resultó en no ser cerrada. 3. I sadly only had one night at this beautiful hotel and cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly and efficient checkin staff who informed me I was given a complimentary upgrade to a suite! When I arrived to my room I was blown away by how beautiful it was aesthetically and there’s even a jacuzzi on the patio which I took full advantage of! I came downstairs to the lobby for their complimentary wine tasting and sampled some amazing Greek wines. From there I went to the rooftop and watched the sunset while sipping on an aperol spritz. After a long travel day I chose to order room service and the Greek salad I had was fantastic. I poured some wine and got in the jacuzzi and it honestly was the most perfect day. I’m so sad I was only at The Modernist for such a short stay but most definitely will make it my home away from home next time in Athens. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for such an amazing stay.

Tanto la recepción como los baños de lavandería son educados, pero parecen carecer de algunas especialidades. Las instalaciones que el hotel puede ofrecer no se han dicho claramente y cada vez que se necesitan ir a la recepción para preguntar. La habitación es grande, pero hay camas, ropa interior, TV y cajas de televisión, no hay tableros. Sentí que dormir la noche es apropiado, pero si es una habitación de viaje, es un poco incómodo, no es conveniente querer algo caliente 🍽️. No hay agua caliente. La decoración es posible, y el agua caliente en la habitación es indefinida. La recepción no nos ha recordado y informado de la hora y el lugar del desayuno, lo que nos ha llevado a quedarnos sin desayuno durante cuatro días. Tal vez esté acostumbrado a que el hotel le recuerda a los huéspedes que usan la comida. Esta vez, nadie lo ha dicho, lo que nos ha llevado a leer nuestras cuentas para descubrir que nuestro consumo incluye el desayuno. En resumen, es una decoración, ubicación del hotel y entorno de la noche básica Los hoteles son buenos, pero todavía hay muchas carencias que merecen ser mejoradas.

El Amazon Hotel está situado cerca del Parlamento y del distrito de Plaka. El alojamiento es limpio, limpio y muy moderno. El desayuno es delicioso y servido entre 7-10:30am. El baño está separado de la zona de baño, así que funcionó mejor si dos se preparaban en la mañana al mismo tiempo. Amazon está a la calle desde nuestro restaurante favorito, Ella. Nos quedaremos de nuevo seguro.

Ficamos nesse hotel no nosso último dia de viagem à Grécia, depois de retornar de Santorini e Creta. Resolvemos ficar uma noite a mais em Atenas antes de voltar ao Brasil, para diminuir a correria, já tendo ficado outros dias em Atenas semanas antes, em outra hospedagem. Dessa vez optamos pelo Alekos para aproveitar e conhecer outra região da cidade. Foi interessante conhecer outro pedaço de Atenas, mas não sei se voltaria a me hospedar aqui. Relato os motivos a seguir. Primeiro, se você está vindo a Atenas pela primeira vez, é melhor se hospedar na região de Plaka/Monastiraki/Praça Syntagma. Facilita o turismo por diminuir as distâncias a pé. A partir do Alekos ir a pé para os locais é um pouco mais distante e mesmo a estação de metrô mais próxima está a uns 500 metros ou até mais que isso. O Alekos não possui uma recepção propriamente dita, parece mais um apart hotel, mas com um senhor que dá apoio quase constante no que tange a checkin e outros serviços do hotel. Ele costuma ficar em horário comercial nas dependências do hotel e mantém contato por whatsapp e telefone. Às vezes até demais. Ele nos encaminhou todas as informações previamente por texto, até aí tudo bem. Pouco antes de chegar no hotel, entrou em contato por voz para repassar todas as mesmas informações que já tinha enviado por escrito. Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade com o sotaque, mas ok. Só achei desnecessário. Chegando no quarto, há um documento contendo todas as senhas de wifi que atendem os pavimentos. A nossa não funcionava. Nem a do quarto ao lado. Consegui login numa senha que atende o andar de cima. O administrador insistiu que a nossa senha estava correta, e que a do quarto ao lado realmente precisava de correção, informando assim a senha certa. Resolvi por conta própria reiniciar o roteador do nosso apartamento, e a do nosso voltou a funcionar. Na manhã seguinte, o administrador foi pessoalmente bater a campainha do nosso quarto perguntar se estava tudo bem, se estávamos gostando do quarto e se precisávamos de mais algo. Sei que a intenção é a melhor, mas achei que nesse momento a proatividade já estava atrapalhando, pra não dizer um pouco invasivo. Abreviei a interação e disse que não precisávamos de mais nada. Sobre o quarto. É amplo, com cozinha completa e utensílios. Tem mesa, sofá e cama satisfatórios. Os travesseiros são bem baixinhos mas eu pessoalmente gosto. Há tábua e ferro de passar à disposição. O quarto tem uma televisão que é pequena demais para a distância da cama, fica muito difícil ler as legendas. O problema maior é o banheiro. Apesar de fornecer produtos de higiente, o ”chuveiro” é naquele esquema de ducha removível que você pendura na parede e usa dessa forma. Só que há duas questões: a pressão da água é ridícula, muito fraca mesmo, e o suporte onde se pendura a ducha foi instalado numa altura totalmente inadequada. Talvez pessoas de 1,50m de altura consigam tomar banho ali. Nem sou tão alto assim (1,70) e tive de flexionar os joelhos em posiç

We stayed at Be My Guest Athens for 6 nights in their superior bedroom with a balcony, and had a fantastic time! Our flight to Athens was very early, but reception was very helpful and prioritised getting our room ready to check in early, which was very much appreciated! Spacious room with air con and a lovely sized balcony. Honestly felt like we had our own apartment as we never heard nearby guests. Waterfall shower which was powerful and could always get to a good temperature easily. Daily housekeeping service with new towels everyday. We did have a drink on the rooftop bar, it was a lovely space and you can get a drink at the reception downstairs. Wouldn’t call it a bar so to speak, more just an area to enjoy in the hotel. Location is lovely in our personal opinion, downstairs is a supermarket and a bakery across the road. The next street along had some fantastic restaurants that we tried (Funky Taverna, Abibayo and Underdog) and in 5 minutes walk you can get to loads of coffee shops. You are close to Monstraki too which is about a 10 minute walk, near enough to enjoy without trying to sleep the noisiness. You are actually really close to the Acropolis too, if you walk! It’s about a 15 minute walk, you will have to change to a different line if you get the metro, and it’s a nice enough walk!

Great hotel close to restaurants. Rooms were clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Transport is very accessible and it’s easy to get everywhere. Office staff were helpful and knowledgeable. No restaurant or drinks on site but there is a street vendor just outside selling drinks and snacks. Rooms were serviced daily with fresh towels and coffee.

This is an extremely nice hotel situated in a perfect location. Our stay and review are based on a Superior room You would be hard pressed to find an Athens hotel in a better location. You are right in the middle of all the action with shops and restaurants nearby. You are spoilt for choice. Although in a busy area we found the excellent double- glazed doors/windows kept any noises out and it was not an issue at all. Our Superior room came with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities although that is not listed on their website. It may be worth e-mailing them if this is important to you. There was air-con but in March there was no need to make use of it so we cannot comment on its efficiency. The toilet/bathroom came with those tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash which we refuse to use on environmental grounds so we brought our own and used that. There was a sign saying that if the used towels were hung up then it was assumed that we were happy to reuse them. The cleaners replaced them daily regardless. The rooms were kept very clean. This hotel has much going for it. We grabbed a deal here at a very attractive price which included breakfast. The breakfast arrangements were in a fairly small area but we felt that a good selection was provided considering the space limitations. Plenty of fresh vegetable choices and delicious too. The Tomatoes and Cucumber just tasted so much better than we are used to. Cereals, bread, cakes, fruit and coffee from a machine. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning and didn’t grow tired of it. Minor gripes (being very picky). The over the bath shower was a mini battle in so much that it was prone to shoot water out onto the floor if you weren’t being careful. It could have been better but all we had to do was to adjust our showering habits and all was ok in the end. Our room had a balcony facing out to the street below. It would have been nice for a couple of chairs out there rather than just a large pot plant and the air-con unit for company. I did notice that no other balconies on other building had chairs out so perhaps that is just the Athens way. We had a Fridge in our room. Very welcome. A very close mini supermarket was the cheapest place we could find to buy water. E0.39 for 1.5 litres as I recall. We loved this hotel. All the staff were so nice and so helpful. I can’t remember all of their names but Irena and Eva come to mind. They helped make our stay wonderful. It had a curiously homely feel about the place. March time was a great time of the year as it was a pleasant day time temperature with it getting a bit chilly in the evenings. You could still dine outdoors but with a patio heater nearby. We loved Athens and have decided to return next March with the flights already booked. We will stay at the Plaka Hotel again. 5 stars from us

Excelente ubicación, cerca del metro, el precio de las comidas y bebidas aquí es muy bueno, no se pierda esta hermosa piscina en la azotea con excelentes vistas de 360 grados y el restaurante junto a la piscina, el desayuno es uno de los mejores para este hotel de precio。

Mi esposa y yo estuve aquí 4 noches. Teníamos un cuarto de balcón de tercer piso desde el que podíamos ver la frente del edificio del Parlamento griego. Teníamos algunos problemas con servicio, pero tan pronto se le dio a conocer a la mesa delantera que se le cuidó. También recibimos artículos de complimentación del hotel por el servicio de habitaciones para los problemas que tuvimos. También tienen un buffet de desayuno fantástico. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel y plan para quedarse aquí la próxima vez que esté en Atenas.

這是雅典巿內歷史悠久裝修輝煌精心維護的最佳酒店，沒有之一。地點位於市中心的憲法廣場，方便步行前往市內各景點，樓頂天台花園餐廳更是觀賞雅典衛城的美食美景去處。可惜分配給我們的客房，剛好面對樓下的Cigar Lounge, 濃濃煙味也隨漫長歲月浸淫到房內榢私床品，我們實在不能耐受，致電前台，只派出一名女士到場，她了解情況即回，我們靜心等待未有下文，一小時後再致電話前台，要求換房，然後另一人說為什麼你們不和我們說，那人只是清潔女工。我們真不知道她是誰，只是知道她是被派來解決問題的人，但再等待一小時，前台也沒有再派人來，只好聯絡攜程，十分鍾後，前台即來電同意升級換房。此外，新換街景房間空氣清新，但隔音不好，整夜車聲嘈雜。
