Se trata de un gran hotel, bien situado para visitar algunas zonas del país. Los apartamentos son muy espaciosos, nos dieron uno con 6 camas para 4 personas. El personal es amable y educado. Lo mejor, el equipo de animación y entretenimiento, muy implicados con la participación de todo el mundo en sus actividades, que son variadas y cubren gran parte de las horas del día. La comida nos ha encantado, hay variedad de productos, cocina local y también internacional, con algunos platos cocinados insitu. Tres días a la semana se puede cenar un menú degustación de cocina local servido en mesa en un restaurante aparte del buffet. Las bebidas no están mal, pero hemos estado en otros ”todo incluido” con mejores bebidas para elegir. Dispone de varias piscinas, incluso una climatizada, también spa, pistas de pádel, tenis y acceso directo a la playa.

Resort con buenas instalaciones, con playa privada y gran piscina. Excelente trato del personal de los restaurantes, muy simpáticos y atentos. Especial mención a Mahmoud Farjallah. La limpieza ha ido mejorando durante nuestra estancia gracias a la Sra. Hamida, que además tenía bonitos detalles en nuestra habitación. El personal del centro SPA L’Olympe Thalassa nos ha tratado muy bien (entre ellos, Abdel y Aida). Muy recomendable. Para mejorar: la atención del personal de recepción.

El hotel es un personal de clase, muy sensible. Me gustan los alimentos, los jugos frescos que se desmayaron. Se ofreció un asentamiento temprano (un par de horas antes). La única cosa, que se pidió un cumplido el cumpleaños con antelación, no se le ofreció. No ha golpeado aún el masaje, ya que todo estaba programado para 2 días más, considere esto al reservar. En general, todo es limpio, agradable, hermoso!

Bienvenido a este hotel, muy bien situado. Una hermosa piscina con un toboggan donde los niños se han esparcido bien. Es una lástima que 3 canales de televisión, pero el ambiente sigue siendo maravilloso Recomiendo con firmeza este hotel.

Estuvimos 3 días un día primero y dos días después. El primer día pedimos cambio de habitación porque el baño estaba con charco por una avería. La nueva habitación no estaba limpia,había manchas en el inodoro. Cuando volvimos pedimos que se asegurasen de la limpieza. Según ellos lo hicieron. La cama solo tenía sábana. Tuvimos que llamar y la camarera de piso nos dio dos mantas. Por supuesto no las puso. Faltaron también gel y toallas. La toallas que había tenían pelos y manchas. También las sábanas. El tercer día a las 14h tuvimos que reclamar que nos hiciesen la habitación. Hotel muy deteriorado, pero lo peor es la suciedad y lla dejadez. La comida no estaba mal del todo, pero los camareros no podían ser más desagradables. Estuvimos a primeros de enero,por lo que el hotel estaba vacío. No me puedo imaginar cómo será en temporada baja.. espantoso. No lo recomiendo para nada por la sociedad,dejadez y el mal trato del personal

I have been for the third time in Sentido Bellevue Park (then RIU) and 15 th time in Tunisia. Through Sun @Fun Polish tour operator I bought standard room with a view garden as there was no any other option. On arrival I was accomodated in level -1 (minus one acc. to lift info.), one meter below the ground, in the left wing of the hotel, eclusively offered to several other Polish tourists. The right wing serves for variuous hotel services as storages, loundry etc. My room no 1510 was situated with view on local way, opposite to construction works in progress. It was not a view garden. Apart from this it stunk with musty, mold and fungus and not only in the toilet. There was torn dirty, old,brown carpet in the corridor too.I refused sleeping in that room and wanted to pay for an upgrade but there were no rooms available . After an hour or two I received room no 1510 on the same level with lawn view, but on the real garden side. The ”new” room has no tv pilot, lock to its ”terrace” was broken and curtain torn but at least it did not stink. Two days after I was offered standard room with view garden on”0”-level in corner (under reception level), next to storage room and laundry. Being fed up with the receptionists ” empty promises” to give us a nice room I decided to stay in room no 1510. During 10 days of our holiday I found 6 cocroaches (7 cm. long) of which three were killed on my request by cleaning staff and three were delivered by me to the reception. My previous two locations in that hotel were on the first level, pool view and second level with sea view and last experience was unpleasant astonishment. The garden,pool,food, cleaning and waiter team staff was very good and as good I remembered from previous holidays. Apart from beautiful lobby, garden, drink bars and restaurants the hotel needs further renovation (carpets, doors, beach umbrellas, deck chairs etc.). In my opinion the Hotel and tour operator agreed on such poor lodgging for Polish tourists and misled them by describing basement accomodation as ”a standard room with garden view” Peter

En primer lugar, quizá no para las personas con problemas de movilidad como muchos pasos. El personal es muy amable y nada es demasiado difícil. No muchos británicos aquí, nosotros eramos los únicos allí durante ocho días. La comida era divertida, pero no se puede esperar un tiempo para platos limpios y comida extraña y maravillosa, pero siempre hay algo bueno para comer. El equipo de animación que se ha puesto en buenas obras habría sido mejor si supiéramos lo que dicen, pero los visuales dijeron lo suficiente.

Encore un séjour parfait en famille hôtel très propre personnel très agréable du directeur aux femmes de ménages , la réception parfaite , les repas beaucoup de diversité ,nous invitons les français a y venir , car franchement vous y serez très bien accueilli , malgré les différents commentaires négatif que j'ai pu lire sur ce site je pense qu'il faut y allez pour ce rendre compte du réel , personnellement nous y allons 3 /4 fois par ans est nous sommes a chaque fois surpris agréablement .

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Muy buen hotel, precio de spa razonable, 20% de descuento para los huéspedes del hotel, técnicos especiales están en el lugar para cumplir con la ley, Ctrip también ofrece una cena y desayuno buffet a tarifas bajas, lo cual es realmente una agradable sorpresa. También hay una FIESTA de karaoke en el vestíbulo del hotel por la noche. En resumen, ¡esta es una experiencia de alojamiento perfecta!

Stayed in this hotel with my mum who is 73 yrs old … unfortunately we came on the 1st September unbeknown this is when the Algerian holidays were … we were the only English in the hotel and were shown where to eat which was in a makeshift area not the main restaurant as this was only for soft bands .., not all inclusive … felt we were not worthy . The Algerians were given priority !! After a discussion with managers we were told we could eat anywhere we wanted however no food as the Algerian people took all food then left it on the tables !!! Disgustingly wasteful , we are out at hard rock most nights and other restaurants. The beach restaurant was lively during the day . Staff amazing and waiter service … the best place in the whole hotel to eat. Staff on the beach lovely but had to pay for mattress for sunbeds !!! Or lay on a plastic broken sun lounger !!! Also the drinks at the bar not good … handed out cans of beer as no draft !!! If wanting bottles of water they were at a charge even tho all inclusive !! These should be free however charged for water by bar staff!!! Bought 10 bottles to put in room as ran out of water. Snack bar in lower lobby between 3/5 small sandwich . Nothing left for other guests as only sandwiches made by 1 member of staff was like being in a prison getting rations Wifi sporadic only worked in reception area not near pool and intermittent in room …. Staff tried to be accommodating however Algerians took over the place . Even the children were disgusting and so rude. Very clean in communal areas and cleaners work hard to keep hotel Clean … however clientele very dirty leaving cig ends and rubbish all over even tho bins to use, communal toilets also dirty and no paper towels or toilet roll to use. Rooms need updating as old, we were on the reception floor very spacious however wardrobes and dressing table area infested with ants . Also in the bathroom . Shower in bath enamel in bath all chipped and very sharp when stood in bath to get a shower had to put a towel in bath to stand on as not to cut feet !! Clean towels daily in roomshowever only 1 large towel daily had to ask for more towels as 2 persons in room. All in all I think we chose the wrong week which put a total Dampener on our holiday. The Algerian rude people were everywhere and totally took over the hotel and they were gready and wasteful with food … Love this area of Tunisia however this hotel Not the best … would never return to this hotel however have stayed at the other Mouradi hotels which were a lot better booked to return November so will walk past this hotel and put it down to experience!!!
