El hotel no es muy atractivo desde el exterior, por lo que no esperamos mucho, pero el interior es agradable, y nos encontramos muy impresionados y felizes de quedarse aquí. Las habitaciones y camas estaban muy cómodas. La habitación era muy guapa, pero no era muy buena. El desayuno era increíble, con una amplia variedad de diferentes tipos de comida fría y caliente; tés; cafés y otras bebidas calientes, platos para satisfacer toda la cultura. Recomiendo este hotel a los clientes más discernibles.

Este hotel ya me ha permitido visitar en el pasado. Había que ser un poco viejo, necesitaba una actualización y eso fue un éxito! Bella habitación, fresca, agradable servicio y una fantástica vista. Un lugar muy agradable y sigue siendo una buena ubicación. Un consejero, el tranvía y el metro junto a la puerta.

Nos quedamos en el cuarto superior triple, todo estaba bien cuidado. El personal, que estaba en pleno, era muy amable y útil. Las camas estaban bien, han dormido agradablemente. Esta noche comimos en la barbacoa Lido. La comida era muy buena, teníamos un plato de primera con diferentes aperitivos. Aconsejamos compartir porque todo está en gran medida. La comida principal también era muy agradable, pero no se lo recibieron todos. El servicio se dirige rápidamente y también hay espacio para esperar por un momento. Y qué hermosa vista desde el restaurante, muy bonito. Esta mañana tuvo otro desayuno royal, también muy delicioso todo. En conjunto, vamos sin duda de vuelta!!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Situado por el puerto de crucero y por el taxi del agua que es un añadido más ++ Las habitaciones de hotel de alto techo son grandes y absolutamente sin escenas. Las camas, cucharas y ropa interior son fantásticas. Las lavanderías son espaciosas. Los espacios comunes son brillantes e interesantes. Estamos en el restaurante desayuno, almuerzo y cena durante el curso de la estancia y están satisfechos con la calidad y el servicio. No se puede recomendar este hotel lo suficiente! Muy bien! La única razón por la que no pude cobrar el precio completo 5/5 es la falta de facilidad de entrada al edificio con equipaje.

Estuve una noche en el hotel y no pude haberme sentido más cómoda. El hotel se encuentra atravesando el puente Erasmusbrug, muy cerca también de una parada de metro. Es muy fácil llegar. La habitación contaba con muchos detalles, como secador de pelo, Minibar con numerosas opciones, cafetera Nespresso, así como muchos amenities con mensajes muy graciosos escritos en cada uno de ellos. Lo que más me gusto fue el hecho de que cuenten con televisión smart TV, y poder conectarte a Spotify, YouTube, Netflix etc de forma rápida y sencilla. Tienen un lobby precioso y un bar en la primera o segunda planta que es increíblemente espectacular y elegante. Todo en el hotel tiene un toque moderno pero a la vez se desprende una sensación de calidez que se logra con el contraste de los colores. El desayuno igualmente genial. Mucho variedad. Me gustó mucho. Este hotel es de esos hoteles en los que estás y lamentas mucho tener que irte. Me encantaría volver!! Para los españoles que viajáis no hay problema, hay muchos españoles que trabajan ahí, y os atenderán estupendamente.

From the time we walked through the front door to when we left two days later all was perfect. The staff very happy and helpful. The room was very nice and well appointed . We chose this hotel because it is connected to-the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal. It is close too many eateries. Ifwe return in the future we will rebook. This is a five star hotel. Thanks all.

Solemos ir a hoteles Ibis porqué nos gusta la relación calidad precio. En este caso lo que no nos gustó es que a parte de lo que habíamos pagado por la habitación nos cobraron el parking para poder dejar el coche (no encontramos posibilidad de aparcar por la zona a no ser que fuese en el parking privado). Nos pareció que 16€ por una noche era excesivo, nosotros solo íbamos a dormir pero si quieres hacer varios dias acabas pagando casi más para que ”duerma” el coche que la família. La habitación era muy pequeña pero limpia. Habia una cama de matrimonio y un plegatín dentro del armario. El baño estaba bien.

For the money we paid I can’t fault this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had some work materials delivered a week prior and all were stored carefully and the staff knew exactly where they were when we arrived (very often not the case). The rooftop bar is fabulous and to top it off the location is second to none.

vuil onder bed, toiletbril los, geen zicht uit kamer als je neerzit, douche kalk/vuil, We reserveerden een gerenoveerde superior kamer. -Vuil onder het bed....Amai... als dat een GERENOVEERDE superiorkamer is..dat komen we best nooit meer naar vdvalk Blijdorp. -We moesten de bureaulamp met de hand de lamp losdraaien om ze uit te zetten. -Op de toiletbril ontbraken de 2 dopjes, de toiletbril stond los en scheef. -De vloer van de douche in witte strepen.... -De zeepdouchehouder aan de staaf in de douche was kapot... en lag er bij... -niet Alle hangers waren niet bedeeld met een kapstok. -De verf aan de muur schuin boven de thermostaat en de op thermostaat hangt er nog aan... -De scheerspiegel hangt half los... en was bedekt met vinger en stofvuil. -De pedaalemmer in de douche had geen 4 maar misschien wel 10 deuken....we wilden beneden geregeld ons handen ontsmetten, maar uit geen enkele toestel kwam er ontsmettingszeep. We melden het op onze eerste dag (13 juni) aan de receptie.... Ze zouden het doorgeven... We meldden het aan een poetsdame.... En die zou eens nazien. In de drie dagen dat we er waren.... geen opvolging hiervan. -het was frustrerend dat een Vlaming geen enkele TV zender kan nemen uit Vlaanderen, terwijl aljazira, Duitsland, Engeland enz... er wel te vinden zijn. Het getuigt van weinig respect voor de Vlamingen -We zijn steeds ingegaan op hun verzoek de kamers niet te moeten reinigen, (te meer dat wij niet wilden dat ze ettelijke keren zouden komen om de problemen op te lossen) Wij voelden ons de helpdesk.... en bedrogen. -In het restaurant vroegen we de eerste dag om een plaatsje te reserveren aan het venster.... en werd ons toegezegd. 2 maal (van de drie keren) hadden we niet gereserveerd meldden ze ons. afspraken naleven 3 op 10 -Moeilijk is ook dat we in het restaurant vaak in het engels werden aangesproken en de bediening gebrekkig of geen Nederlands praat. -De tafelpoten in het restaurant waar de voeten terecht komen waren wellicht in geen dagen gepoetst. Konfituur in een duwsysteem... 3 maal leeg... zelf te melden.... geen tangen voor de broodjes... alleen na onze opmerkingen... We vonden het storend dat sommige zaalmedewerkers met de spuit rondloopt om de tafels te bespuiten terwijl wij er bij of naast zitten. Dat ze dat op buitentafels doen, kunnen wij er ons in vinden, maar in zo ’n restaurant?! Anderen deden het zeer subtiel met een nat doek. Tijdens het diner hoor je het geroep van de medewerkers naar de keuken.... kwestie van de klanten rustig te laten genieten.:-(

Es hora de que alguien (aka me) escriba un reciente evaluación de mi estancia. Esta era una estancia grande. Este es un pequeño hotel, todo el personal super amigable especialmente a ambos caballeros en la recepción. He visto evaluaciones en otros lugares quejando sobre el desayuno. Sólo recuerda que este es un hotel 3* y el desayuno es más que suficiente para que puedas prepararte para el día y tiene todas las cosas esenciales. La habitación era espaciosa, muy limpia y modestamente moderna, especialmente el baño que tenía mucho espacio para mantener los bienes. El pequeño detalle de atención fue agradable - toallas con el nombre del hotel, tazas de café con mensajes inspiradores/divertidos, 2 puntos de acoplamiento cerca de la cama, reloj en la sala de desayunos en consonancia con el enlace del hotel con la industria portuaria/navegación. Nota, las habitaciones tienen un ventilador (pero están en proceso de instalar aire acondicionado para todas las habitaciones). Sólo tengo sugerencias de que la puerta de la habitación 103 era un poco amarga (sólo necesita WD40), la pijama podría ser un poco menos amarga (pero estaban más que felizes de entregar más pijamas y aún durmió muy bien) La recepción está en el lado caro, pero en todos los puntos pequeños. A 10 minutos a pie de Euromast y a unos minutos a pie de la estación de Coolhaven, qs un poco lejos de la estación central para caminar y incluso Blaak (donde están las salas de mercado y las casas cubos). La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer.

Perfecte ontvangst, we waren te vroeg maar konden onze tas achterlaten bij de receptie van het tegenoverliggende hotel Emma. We kregen een upgrade, super blij mee. Het hotel ligt perfect centraal in de stad, met alle mogelijke horeca en middenstand op loopafstand. De kamer was perfect, het bed heerlijk, de douche krachtig en de koffie heerlijk. Ook digitaal werden we goed bediend, prima televisie met makkelijke link naar je eigen telefoon om te casten. Ook de speakers waren makkelijk te bedienen. Kortom: super tevreden met dit hotel.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El personal del Front Desk fue increíblemente amigable y útil -- tenían un lugar especial para cerrar nuestras bicicletas, nos ayudó a hacerlo, pasó tiempo con nosotros para revisar un mapa de la ciudad para decidir qué hacer y dónde ir, y nos envió una e-mail de información adicional. El hotel está situado en una gran ubicación central, a poca distancia de la estación de tren y a pie a muchos lugares. Las habitaciones son de gran tamaño, completamente modernas (grandes baños!), muy tranquilas, frías (era caliente y necesitamos aire acondicionado) y internet funciona perfectamente. El desayuno está servido en una agradable habitación con una gran vista a la estación/la ciudad; el personal amigable, los productos cálidos están cocinados para el pedido y el bufete está lleno de todo lo que quiera.

Un hotel increible! Personal amabilísimo! Hablan varios idiomas y el trato es exquisito en todo momento! En especial Camino y Berend, que nos atendieron a nosotros y ambos fueron encantadores. El hotel tiene espacios gigantes para descansar, y un bar que funciona 24 horas. Las habitaciones funcionan con un ipad y ofrecen un amplio servicio de peliculas y canales totalmente gratuitos. Está situado muy céntrico y es más que recomendable. Repetiremos seguro! ❤️

Una habitación normal con los equipamientos básicos de la habitación. Las luces de la cama tenían una iluminación muy potente que molestaba por la noche. Tuvimos el tapete y una toalla para el cuerpo, por lo que creo que faltaba una toalla para las manos. Él baño es un poco justo, si hay alguien utilizando el retrete no puedes abrir la puerta para la ducha. Creo que estaría bien que en vez de tener una gran puerta para entrar, la dividieran en dos. El colchón un poco duro para mi gusto y los cojin es no tenían mucho relleno, pero pudimos dormir bien igualmente. Una cosa positiva es que tienen aire acondicionado que funciona bien. La primera impresión de la habitación es que parecía limpia, pero luego nos encontramos algunos pelos y un trozo de plástico que no era nuestro.

If you're looking for a place with great beds and friendly staff to get your head down, then I can't rate the Emma Hotel highly enough! After checking in and taking the lift, (yes I said lift, something which isn't easy to find with reasonably priced accommodation in Rotterdam), up to our floor, we made our way to the 'Superior room'. Upon first entering the room we were very pleased with size of it. There was a small entry hall with a shelf for your bag and hat etc and hooks for your coats. To the right was the bathroom and ahead the main room equipped with the bed, TV, chair, desk, coffee machine and mini fridge. The large, almost full-length windows give the room an even more spacious feel with lots of light and a nice view over the street of this great central location, which was great for people watching or looking at some of the crazy driving out there!! The bed looked clean and comfy and the requested extra 2 pillows had been added :) The bathroom was one of the highlights of this accommodation, it was large with sufficient towels and toilet paper and a large radiator which kept the room warm and your towels toasty for drying off after enjoying some relaxation in the amazing bath!!. Though not long, it was deep and great for some recharge time, with a glass of wine, after walking around exploring Rotterdam through the day. The shower was small but sufficient, I would say the water was rather cool from the shower and couldn't be put up any higher. A bit of a shame, but certainly not a deal breaker if I was to visit Rotterdam again. After a long day and a great bath the bed was next to try and I will say I slept like a baby. The bed was very comfy. I have back issues and some beds aggravate it terribly, but I had absolutely no problems in the morning after sleeping here. The pillows may be a bit too thick for me, but this is a subjective view and I think many places have these overly fat pillows. The staff were always very friendly and there were never any issues getting in or out of the hotel, even outside normal hours. Your door keycard works until the evening, when for security you need to ring the bell for the receptionist to let you in. You can also use the Emma website. By entering your booking within the website, you can open the front door to the hotel and also your room door. I found this a very very handy addition. If all this wasn't enough to convince you to stay with the Emma Hotel. The coffee in the foyer will. It's free and honestly some of the best coffee I had while in Rotterdam. There is also tea and biscuits on offer. I made good use of this facility and was grateful for its presence. Overall, I rate the Emma Hotel 5/5. Great location Friendly staff Lovely room Reasonable price Lift aaaannnnnndddd Great FREE Coffee

I stayed in this hotel twice in a little over a week. I hadn’t been here for a few years and hadn’t been here anymore since Fletcher took over. When I went to my room during my first stay my room wasn’t cleaned. I had to go back to reception, because of this and wait in a long queue while I had already checked in. I did get another room and they apologized, but it is a big mistake of course. A week later I got a room in which the safe didn’t work. This time I also got another room, which was the same room as I stayed in the week before. In the bathroom the cleaners hadn’t emptied the bin and there was still a flickering light in the bathroom, which had been there as well the week before. So there’s definitely room for improvement in the cleaning department. Rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are good. The bathroom is nice and there are extra things in the room, like a hairdryer and a safe for example. However, the rooms could do with a make-over, because the carpet and walls are full of stains and the furniture looks old too. Wi-Fi at the hotel is good. The breakfast buffet doesn’t offer that much choice, but is okay and tables are cleaned quickly after someone leaves. Compliments to the staff at reception; everyone was very friendly and helpful.

My experience in this hotel was really nice. It's located near the city center and the metro station and you can practically have everything you need (supermarkets, shops, food) within a few minutes on foot. All the stuff is really kind and helpful for anything it may occur during your stay in the hotel. Breakfast has not a big variety of drinks and food but it's still really good. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is no fridge in the room, which you really going to need if you are staying for more than 5 days. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay in days inn and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel with extraordinarily helpful staff. The check-in was prompt and very much appreciated as we'd had a long journey from Canada. The room was beautifully appointed and had an amazing view of the Erasmus bridge. The morning staff at the restaurant were warm and friendly. Make sure you have tap on your credit or debit card; the snacks and umbrella rentals required this!

We stayed here as 2 friends for 2 nights. Positives - The communal area is bright, airy and modern - The staff were very friendly and helpful - The hotel allowed us to keep our bags there once we'd checked out before our train home - The hotel is relatively well positioned in the city, about a 15 minute walk away from the centre - The air con was a real positive! Cons - The room itself reminded us of a room in a hostel. It was relatively basic (no chair, a tiny TV) - There were some very questionable stains on the way into the room (it looked like someone had vomited prior to our arrival). There were also some stains on the skirting board by the bedhead. - The room was not ready at 3pm when we arrived and we had to wait about half an hour for it to be ready. Overall it was pretty cheap so we couldn't complain too much but it'd be nice to have the stains rectified for future guests!

Nos quedamos en el cuarto superior triple, todo estaba bien cuidado. El personal, que estaba en pleno, era muy amable y útil. Las camas estaban bien, han dormido agradablemente. Esta noche comimos en la barbacoa Lido. La comida era muy buena, teníamos un plato de primera con diferentes aperitivos. Aconsejamos compartir porque todo está en gran medida. La comida principal también era muy agradable, pero no se lo recibieron todos. El servicio se dirige rápidamente y también hay espacio para esperar por un momento. Y qué hermosa vista desde el restaurante, muy bonito. Esta mañana tuvo otro desayuno royal, también muy delicioso todo. En conjunto, vamos sin duda de vuelta!!

El hotel está situado en un precioso terreno con árboles y un largo arroyo en la parte trasera. La imagen muestra los gansos afuera de mi habitación. Sin embargo, esto significa que no es aconsejable dejar la ventana abierta por la noche para intentar que entre aire fresco (el aire acondicionado funcionaba), ya que los mosquitos entran. El baño es agradable a la vista, aunque el lavabo no es práctico. Había muchos canales de televisión y un control bueno y fácil de usar. Aunque la iluminación es pésima. La luz del baño funcionaba y había una luz en la puerta del dormitorio. Había luces de lectura encima de la cama, pero el resto de la habitación está en una penumbra estigia. Cuando llegué, me encontré con la persona de registro menos amigable desde que estuve en Moscú hace 16 años. Dicho esto, todas las demás personas en el hotel fueron amables.

Muy bien situado. Caminable de la estación central si no le importa caminar un poco. Me sentí segura en la noche caminando las calles relativamente ocupadas. Pros: gran ubicación, hotel y habitaciones interesantes, y diseño único. Cons: aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación (sala de spa) no funcionaba y la habitación estaba cocinando. Llamaba a la mesa delantera sobre el aire acondicionado y su respuesta fue insertada la llave y esperar 30 minutos. Pude ser americano, pero ya lo hice antes de llamar (eso no es mi primer rodeo). Después de esperar otra 2 horas, intenté 4 veces llamar al escritorio delantero sin necesidad. Finalmente me renuncié y apenas dormimos esa noche. escritorio delantero. Además de llamar 4 veces, estaban demasiado ocupados para estar molestados con mi problema con aire acondicionado. ¡Después de la experiencia de checkout más larga que he tenido, descubrí (después de haber dejado la propiedad una vez que el folio fue enviado por correo) que me habían facturado por una tarifa de minibar!! No era mía. Era una llamada 10-minute para resolver el problema. El agente tenía el nervio de decirme (oh, olvidé que eres americano) después de pedirle inglés (aunque ya le hablé en inglés durante toda la llamada).

Me cobraron 13 yuanes por bicicleta por un día y 25 yuanes por dos días. Me cobraron un total de 100 euros en efectivo. , de los cuales 50 yuanes fueron el alquiler de 2 días más 50 yuanes el depósito me lo entregaron con un recibo. Al final decidí añadir un día extra para montar en bicicleta hasta La Haya, así que cuando regresé a La Haya. hotel a eso de las 5:00 del día 21, le dije a la señora de turno que quería alquilarla por un día más y también le mostré el número de clave de la bicicleta. Solo pídeme que te dé 25 euros. Le di 25 euros en efectivo. Pero ella no me dio el recibo. Solo dijo que no teníamos el recibo del tercer día. Sólo danos un depósito de 50 yuanes a 26 yuanes. Devuélvenos 24 yuanes. No tuvimos más remedio que pagar 26 euros extra. Nuestro inglés no era bueno y no pudimos evitarlo porque no recibimos el recibo. Aquí se menciona que todo el mundo necesita un recibo por todo. Este hotel me decepcionó y me enojó mucho al final😤😤😤.
