El hotel es muy antiguo con muebles muy antiguos, como ubicación hay sólo la vista sobre el río que es agradable pero el resto es completamente decepcionante. No es que mucho profesional después el precio que es extremadamente grande en comparación con lo que ofrecen. Este hotel no merece 4 estrellas y no le recomiendo ir a su restaurante (lobnane) especialmente durante el fin de semana como obligar a los clientes a pagar el menú de compra 350mad por persona y luego tomar una bebida tales botellas ( it means it’s a kind of variety foods on tables no more for starters then only one small plate to share on the table for all people sharing the same table). Añadiré que los alimentos para el desayuno no son tan grandes variedades. Recomiendo hoteles como Sofitel, Amphetrite (en la ciudad de shkirat) o hotel de viajes de hassan con el mismo precio de este hotel. En el lobby, o en una piscina, no fuma el restaurante todo el tiempo, sino más clientes observando en lugar de observar al personal para mejorar sus habilidades. Luego, el último punto , por favor, tenga cuidado con las fotos de las habitaciones y el título, porque estaba pagando 300€ por una habitación con muy pobre calidad de la cama, baño luego carpeta en el piso sin hablar de ruido en la calle después huele mal de canalización. Si quieres una habitación muy buena y de alta calidad, tendrás que añadir un costo de 120€ (como yo hice), es decir, 2 noches en este hotel 420€. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.

Estaba en el Mercure como parte de una visita de Marruecos. La visita nos había reservado en 4 hoteles de estrellas, pero teníamos una experiencia muy media y subpar, así que esperaba quedarnos en un hotel Accor que garantiza un cierto nivel de estándar, profesionalismo y limpieza. Al entrar en la habitación, había un fuerte olor a pintura a base de aceite. El baño tenía un baño de agua ********** en él, el champú y el condicionador sólo estaban medio lleno, se rompió el gancho para toallas, no había toallas de baño y lo peor de todo, había orina en el baño sin aire. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. La primera habitación no fue, pero la segunda no fue. Me gustaba realmente quedarme en los hoteles de Accor, pero no recomendaría este hotel. No es hasta el estándar habitual de un hotel de Accor.

La ubicación del hotel es maravillosa, si buscáis tranquilidad este es vuestro sitio. El personal es super amable y está a vuestra disposición. En la recepción Soukaina os atiende y os proporciona toda la información que os haga falta y es servicial y super amable. El desayuno es super healthy hay una gran variedad de legumbres, frutas y verduras, el camarero Yves os atiende super bien se acuerda de cada pequeño detalle y en la cocina se encuentra Jihane que os prepara los platos que queráis es una delicia. Si os encanta el deporte como a mi, el gym tiene unas vistas increíbles mientras os ejercitáis y el coach Marwan os ayuda con cada duda y se encarga de que tengáis un entrenamiento ameno y sientas que tus músculos han trabajado bien y después podéis terminar el día en la piscina con vistas a la marina mientras descansáis y tomáis el sol. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo! Repetiría
