What a beautiful hotel.. facade is Medieval painted ..stunning. Very central on a quiet street. The staff are very friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable about the city. Room spacious and comfortable Spotlessly clean Well stocked amenities (Tea/coffee, iron etc) There is a restaurant and bar onsite... perfect ambience Breakfast was an amazing selection of both hot and cold buffet, fresh pastries and a choice of juices. Although quite busy, there was no waiting for tables. Highly recommended

The good things about the hotel were its location. Close to restaurants, a famous Banksy or two, lots of shops and theatres. Is a beautiful hotel with nice places to sit and meet if you are in a group. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The car park, despite being £17 per night, was actually better value than other options nearby and we were able to leave the car there until midnight on the day of check out. The negatives were that we were not able to get a reservation in the hotel restaurant which we found unusual. We had a group from 8 to 80 so we were worried about walking yet had no choice as they couldn’t fit us in. They were also impossible to contact as they didn’t reply to messages. There was chaos at check in with guests waiting for up to an hour to check in and get their keys. There were long queues for over two hours from 3pm to at least 5pm. Their excuse was that the hotel was fully booked but it’s not as though they didn’t know all those people were coming! They should have been prepared and there were a lot of unhappy customers that Saturday evening. Some front desk staff were flustered and sorry but couldn’t do anything about it and some didn’t seem to care. We were there a bit earlier so they could have got the process started but they wouldn’t so we had to queue twice. We were quite fed up. Even after all that and me paying £68 for 4 cars I had to keep repeating that I had already paid that and the next day. Something in the system needs to change as it’s frustrating to spend 2 hours checking in when you are only staying for 1 night. Perhaps if they are expecting so many people again they could put out tea and coffee in the tea lounge with a screen to enter and pay for your car and then have some kind of ticket system where you are called to the desk when it’s your turn. It certainly needs better management as it’s not the welcome you expect when you’ve paid to stay in the Marriott brand.

Excelente ubicación y buen servicio. Recibí una llamada de cortesía de recepción para comprobar si la habitación estaba en orden y si tenía todo lo necesario. Un detalle muy amable. El hotel Leonardo es ideal para una visita a Bristol. Su localización a escasos 5 minutos andando de la estación de trenes (y del bus del aeropuerto) es perfecta para moverte también por otras ciudades como Bath. También está a 10/15 minutos del centro de la ciudad. El hotel es nuevo y con unas instalaciones muy bonitas y eficientes. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas con un baño de buen tamaño y funcional. El aislamiento del exterior y de otras habitaciones es perfecto, no escuchamos nada. El desayuno es completísimo y de muy buena calidad. El personal muy amable. Totalmente recomendable.

También está a 10/15 minutos del centro de la ciudad. El hotel es nuevo y con unas instalaciones muy bonitas y eficientes. Buena estancia y servicio. Incluso tenian adaptador para enchufes a la venta, cosa que nos olvidamos al necesitar el inglés y nos vino de lujo. Esta justo al lado de la estación de tren de temple meads, en calle avon. Bastante tranquilo aunque en 15-20min caminando estas en el centro. Y a poco tienes varios clubs nocturnos como Motion o Propyard pero no se escucha mucho ruido mientras duermes.

Recientemente me alojé en el Hotel Delta durante mi viaje al Reino Unido y quedé encantada. La ubicación era perfecta, a poca distancia de las principales atracciones y rodeado de encantadoras cafeterías y tiendas. El personal fue increíblemente amable y se desvivió para que mi estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Mi habitación estaba impecable, espaciosa y decorada con mucho gusto, con todas las comodidades que pudiera necesitar. El desayuno fue uno de los puntos fuertes de mi estancia: fresco, delicioso y con una gran variedad de opciones para todos los gustos. También aprecié la atención al detalle, desde la cómoda ropa de cama hasta los detalles considerados como el té y las galletas de cortesía en la habitación. The hotel is very conveniently located in central Bristol, making it a great base for exploring the city. The room itself was quite spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a good shower. However, one issue I encountered was the heating— it wasn’t working during my stay, and each room had been provided with a small electric heater instead. This wasn’t mentioned at any point prior to booking or even at check-in, which was disappointing. The heater provided was quite small for the size of the room, and if the weather had been any colder, it likely wouldn’t have been sufficient to keep the room warm. Service at the front desk was also a bit slow. I tried calling reception multiple times using the in-room phone over the course of a few hours, but no one ever answered. The hotel does offer amenity kits, which is a nice touch—especially as many hotels seem to have done away with them. However, the breakfast was a bit pricey for what was offered, which may not be the best value for money. Overall, the location and room size were great, but the heating issue, slow service, and expensive breakfast could use improvement.

However, one issue I encountered was the heating— it wasn’t working during my stay, and each room had been provided with a small electric heater instead. This wasn’t mentioned at any point prior to booking or even at check-in, which was disappointing. The heater provided was quite small for the size of the room, and if the weather had been any colder, it likely wouldn’t have been sufficient to keep the room warm. Service at the front desk was also a bit slow. I tried calling reception multiple times using the in-room phone over the course of a few hours, but no one ever answered. The hotel does offer amenity kits, which is a nice touch—especially as many hotels seem to have done away with them. However, the breakfast was a bit pricey for what was offered, which may not be the best value for money. Overall, the location and room size were great, but the heating issue, slow service, and expensive breakfast could use improvement.
