Good services and nice location, feeling comfortable but room temperature control is not much enough warm in Winter, and also, the bathroom shower has damaged, the water was running out from the shower pipe, please improve with thanks!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, however the cleanliness of the hotel especially the rooms were poor, and unfortunately a very strong smell of urine In the stairwell leading up to the bedroom floors

Lovely room, nice and big really nice shower. Loved that there was water and hot drinks in the room provided. Such a nice location close to the town. Would 100% book again

The hotel has very good bathroom, the worker there are so nice and helpful (They are willing to help with refilling hot water before checking in)
The breakfast is good and the environment is good.
Yet the room service throw away my personal items (in a paper bag) so need to be careful place your items so that room service won’t clean your thing away.

Great location to explore the city centre of Bristol and go shopping in Cabot Circus. Room was clean and service was great. Would also recommend if staying in Bristol to fly from the airport.

The location of the future inn is excellent. The receptionist also friendly and helpful in check in. The breakfast is great too. The only thing can be improved is the facilities, it keep the tastes around 1990s
