The passenger lift is very far from room and hard to find i I will get lost for first timer no signage As only one small lift if peak period difficulty to take. Room is spacious with balcony and amenities is basic toiletries.

I had a pleasant staycation at Goodwood Park Hotel. The branding remains strong, and it was reassuring to see many long-serving staff, which speaks well of the hotel’s established reputation and service culture. While the open-air carpark feels a little dated, it is understandable given the hotel’s heritage, and it appears that upgrades may be planned in time. The location is slightly set in, which makes the pricing reasonable. I stayed in one of the apartments—although they are older in style, they are well maintained and comfortable, making for an overall enjoyable and restful stay.

Nice hotel, located in the Orchard area, very convenient. The room was spacious, nice bathroom. Bed: king-size, good, but I prefer soft mattress and the pillows were nice, but I would prefer a set of 1 firmer and 1 softer. Air-conditioning control worked very well, I was able to select the room temperature to my preference. Facilities: large pool. Gym good enough: had 3 cable machine stations, complete dumbells rack with 1 bench, and 2 (or 3?) treadmills. Had breakfast at Coffee Lounge restaurant at the hotel, and the buffet had a wide selection of Western, Chinese, and local food. Had dinner at Coffee Lounge restaurant.Took the 4-course, not a complaint, just that the tenderloin in the menu was replaced by rump steak. Aside from that all was quite good. I didn't ask, but they gave me a discount for that...

Enjoy our Xmas eve to Xmas staycation. Though the hotel is at its full capacity, we still feel peaceful and enjoyable.

They upgraded us because the deluxe rooms were fully booked for the day and gave us a nice cake for my husband’s birthday. Hotel room was clean and spacious! Just that it’s a little difficult to walk to the hotel from the entrance.

Great facilities and food in the hotelbut no netflix etc. Still value for money

Beautiful hotel, you can feel the history. Not far from MTR and shopping and dining options.

This stay has been a wonderful experience. We visited Singapore several years ago and stayed at this hotel, and for this trip we chose to return. The experience was just as great as before. In particular, we would like to thank the lobby manager, Thomas Wong. 👍👍He always greeted us with a warm smile and responded to our needs with great care and attention. On the day of check-in, he noticed that my daughter’s birthday would be at the end of August and thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake for her as a surprise. She was absolutely delighted! Our family truly enjoyed a pleasant 4-night stay at Goodwood! 👍👍👍😊😊

Very old hotel under renovation, mainly focused on catering then room hospitality. You will find yourself in a multistories noisy, disturbing and smelly dining mall with plenty of outside guests rather than a 5 stars pleasant hotel area. The rooms are no view or simply parking or inner messy courtyard view since is only two stories hotel with high rise buildings all around. The rooms moquette are dirty and never cleaned, full of ants 🐜 every where coming from the front courtyard. The main pool water is always too hot to swim since have white paved surface and no shadow, also you will be surrounded by all restaurant kitchen smell that are just in front off.  There is a secondary pool thankfully which is more quite but the design is awful cause more then half is less then 40cm high so impossible to swim! Resuming for the price range and hotel quality better stay at any Hotel81 or Ibis hotel at least you will save money and be less disappointed. Good luck to those whom may book Goodwood for their next stay!

Am a cleanliness freak and this hotel exceed my expectation, enjoyed our stay, will definitely come back for more!

Had a wonderful surprise when hotel provided a nice birthday cake for my twins. Thank you so much! Makes the celebration even more unforgettable! Our family enjoyed our time at the pool and location is very convenient, within 3 minutes to Far East Plaza.

The room is great. It’s spacious and it’s just like in the photos. Super close to a lot of malls and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Parklane suite is on a seperate side of the hotel compound. It not the most convenient especially when its rainy season in Singapore at this time of the year. Staff attitudes differs greatly. Some are very nice and some are nonchalant. Appliances in the room are new and of good quality. Furnishing is old though.

Great location! Excellent food at the Coffee Lounge! Very clean with a majestic, old world charm vibe. :-)
