Bueno, soy sospechoso de hacerlo porque conozco al Mago Beach Hotel desde joven ... Creo que mi primera hospedación aquí fue con unos 23 o 24 años y hoy ya pasé de los 40 ... rsrs ... son casi 20 años que los conozco. Por último, la atención y la educación de los empleados es fuera de la curva. Todos muy preocupados por atenderte bien y literalmente hacen que se siente en casa. Uno de los diferenciales es el desayuno con muchas opciones y todavía tiene el mimo de la Tapioca servida en la mesa en el sabor que vc elegir ... rsrs ... En resumen, doy nota 5 por todo cariño, atención y la excelente relación Coste / Beneficio!!! El gerente actual, D. Virginia, es un amor de persona!! Felicitaciones!!! Att. , Luiz Terra.

Pasamos tres dias en la posada y nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. Las chicas de la recepcion muy cordiales y dispuestas nos brindaron informacion de la isla que nos fue de mucha utilidad. El desayuno muy completo y los espacios se encontraban impecables e todo momento. Un excelente lugar para descansar dentro del paraiso de Ilhabela. Seguramente volveremos. Gracias

O hotel está mais para pousada, muito simples, estrutura básica. Apartamento grande, para até 5 pessoas, banheiro bom, camas boas. Mas com pouca privacidade, a janela dá para a varanda que serve de circulação para acesso aos demais apartamentos. Tem uma piscina, uma área externa agradável, mas não tem alimentação além do café da manhã. Então, se você quiser um petisco ou bebida, não tem, ou leva de casa, ou pede de algum restaurante que a recepcionista passa o número do WhatsApp. O café da manhã é muito fraco, pouca variedade, o espaço não comporta os hóspedes.

Queremos parabenizar o hotel Mercedes pela maravilhosa experiência que tivemos em nossa hospedagem. Tratasse de um lugar de aproximadamente 60 anos de existência em meio às muitas águas de Ilha Bela. Podemos dizer que o Mercedes é como um refúgio para todos os que desejam tranquilidade, conforto, boa comida, ótima infraestrutura, localização privilegiada, limpeza impecável e que não abre mão de simpatia e alegria para com seus clientes. Nos sentimos acolhidos por uma grande família e não somente como hóspedes pagando por algum serviço. Por isso não podemos deixar de ressaltar toda a atenção e cuidado oferecidos pela Paula e Daniel da recepção (fizeram toda a diferença, eles foram com certeza o cartão de visitas do Mercedes), o Bryan e o Roberto Penedo do estacionamento foram muito prestativos e ágeis sempre. O que dizer do time da cozinha? O café da manhã é completo, eles fazem uma tapioca de peito de peru, que faz vc ficar com água na boca, e o bolo de laranja então? Maravilhoso! Até o cafezinho expresso deles é delicioso. Já o pessoal do restaurante Eme House nos deixaram impressionados (os garçons de lá certamente são guias turísticos disfarçados de garçons pq as dicas que recebemos enquanto provavamos seus deliciosos pratos foram diferenciadas! Não podemos esquecer da camareira que que estava sempre a nossa disposição, uma fofa, pena que não guardei o nome dela. O sr. Alécio que cuida da limpeza da piscina é um ser humano notável que gosta muito do que faz, valeu a pena conhecê-lo. Não podemos nos esquecer do time da noite, sempre atenciosos e prestativos, com dicas valiosas para que nossa estadia continue tranquila e agradável. Infelizmente não consegui guardar o nome de todos aqueles queridos mas posso afirmar que o Mercedes é um lugar diferenciado que trata seus hóspedes com singular atenção. Sobre as tarifas, achamos justas e compatíveis com os serviços oferecidos. Quanto as piscinas, são otimas, quente ou fria vc escolhe, nós preferimos a do deck, junto ao solarium que tem aquela paisagem de frente para o mar, um lugar esculpido pelas mãos de Deus. Já estamos com saudades! #clientesatisfeito!

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro histórico, mas, tranquilo. Mesmo tendo ficado em.um.quarto standard, era bem confortável. Todos os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Piscina muito boa. Restaurante com pratos deliciosos. Fazendo a reserva direto com o hotel, nós , ofereceram a opção de meia pensão que vale muito a apena. Pequeno ponto para melhora': deveria haver uma ducha próxima ao estacionamento.

Fantastic pousada with great views of the ocean! Quiet location, out of the way of most island traffic. There are only a few suites so it feels very exclusive. Breakfast included was a huge spread. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero por las noches que no quieres conducir en ellas tienen un pequeño restaurante con precios razonables.
