En el alma de Antwerpen se le ofrecen bonitos apartamentos de estudio a un precio amable. Ideal si tienes que estar un poco más en la ciudad para trabajar. Abajo en el café de café se puede desayuno muy bien y hacerles un café delicioso. El servicio es muy amable! La ubicación es excelente. Bienvenido a la casa de baño. Nice recepción / habitaciones / bar. Habitaciones de tamaño adecuado, limpia, rosca blanca en camas cómodas. Pequeña, pero nueva habitación de ducha. La casa de baño es una buena máquina de café de calidad. Niños baños gratuitos de calidad. No hay mucho espacio para sentarse / refrigerar y el bar cerra a las 8 pero no un problema importante como lugares para comer y beber hasta la medianoche en 50 metros, sin embargo silencioso.. Tres estrellas y mejor que las cuatro estrellas que nos quedamos en Bruselas.

Pésima gestión del personal del hotel. Reserve a las 9 de la noche avisando de mi hora de llegada y tras no recibir ninguna respuesta a mi petición de llegada cuando llegó al hotel me encuentro la puerta cerrada y la recepción vacía. Me pongo en contacto con los supuestos números de atención al cliente que hay en la puerta y tras más de 20 min de llamadas consigo que me respondan. Me dicen que no saben como se les ha podido pasar ya que al haber reservado a esa hora recepción debía estar abierta y haber respondido a mi petición. Conseguimos hacer el check in y cuando entramos a la habitación la calefacción no funciona. Sin más hacemos el check out y esa misma tarde me encuentro un cargo de 150€ por supuestamente haber fumado en la habitación, cosa imposible ya que ni mi pareja ni yo fumamos. Me pongo en contacto con ellos para decírselo y me envían unas fotos supuestamente de mi habitación en las que aparecen varias colillas. Una pésima gestión de todo el hotel ya que estoy pagando una multa por parte del hotel de dudosa legalidad por alguna equivocación de algún trabajador. En mi habitación no se fumo mientras estaba ocupada por nosotros. Por lo que hay dos opciones, algún trabajador estresado fumó en la habitación tras ser dejado por nosotros, o algún trabajador se equivocó al dar el número de habitación en el que se había fumado. Casi un mes después seguimos sin solucionar el malentendido.

We LOVED this hotel, and wish we’d been able to stay much longer. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was lovely, but oh, oh, oh, the private terrace was HEAVEN! After negotiating stairs for the past two weeks to our rooms at various inns and hotels across Belgium, my husband could finally relax and not worry about tumbling down a staircase. There was only one step down to the room area. The front desk personnel were cheerful, knowledgeable, and very responsive to our needs. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. Best of all, it is super quiet here, even though the hotel is literally one street over from Grote Markt and all the attractions in the Old Town. We packed in a lot of sight-seeing, museums, and even visited the Diamond District before we had to leave. We would highly recommend Hotel Rubens.

Recientemente me quedé en este hotel cerca de Antwerpen Central y el centro y estaba muy satisfecho con mi estancia. La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren y el centro de la ciudad que ruina. La zona también era muy limpia y segura. El personal es muy amable y útil, y me sentí bienvenido, y las habitaciones estaban espaciosas y cómodas, con todas las instalaciones que necesitaba. Fue agradable volver a una habitación limpia y acogedora después de un largo día de exploración. Puedo recomendar este hotel a todos los que buscan una agradable estancia en Antwerpen. ¡Estoy ansioso por volver a vivir aquí en el futuro!

Stayed here for almost 3 months on business assignment so place was chosen for me. Definitely chose somewhere else to stay in Antwerp. I scored it a 1 because actually the front of house staff are really good, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Here goes the rest ……. Hotel is located between 2 building sites not their fault but links to other issues which are the hotels fault. So the noise from the building sites and also the road if you are staying in a room on road side is awful from around 5 in the morning through to about 11pm This resulted in me having to not only sleep wearing ear plugs but also taking sleeping tablets. Don’t expect a good sleep. A colleague was staying at the rear of the building and unless you are on a higher floor then the noise from the smoking area with people talking and drinking is also deafening. I had a spacious room with a mezzanine floor which was roomy but very tired and need of a revamp. The huge issue with the room is the heat. The shower room is upstairs so fills the bedroom area with steam and the window downstairs only cools the living area, or fills the room with fumes from the traffic on the road. The hotel advertises air conditioning and there are units in the room but they refuse to turn them on even with requests. This is just being cheap and rude. Again due to the noise from the road and building sites it’s impossible to sleep with the window open. So not only limited sleep but a very hot n sweaty night. Then the internet connection….. oh wow ! It does not exist. Again the hotel advertises free fast Wi-Fi but it’s shocking. Impossible to connect and watch anything. Myself and a number of my colleagues complained only to be told there is no issue. I did a speed test and shared with the hotel only to get no feedback. I also shared with a friend who works in IT and he said it’s simple ….. they pay for a really cheap package so it can’t cope for a hotel. Of course the hotel staff say it’s no problem because during the day all the guests are out. If you get a room for 20 euro a night it’s probably ok but any more than that go somewhere else

La única crítica es que la organización de viajes no ha anunciado previamente que el uso del aparcamiento era el Euro 19 al día, y que, en última instancia, pagó la mitad. Además, no había información sobre los servicios del hotel en la habitación (caja fuerte/desayuno/telefón/luz/televisión/televisión remota/limpieza)

Buena ubicación y una habitación (limpia) que cumple con todos los requisitos para un viaje a la ciudad. El concepto de auto check-in y agarrar y pagar las bebidas usted mismo no es realmente lo mío. Como resultado, un nivel mínimo de dotación de personal, lo que influye en el ambiente del vestíbulo. TENGA EN CUENTA que cuando reserva a través de Trip, aún debe pagar el impuesto a la llegada. Por lo tanto, el precio pagado en línea no está completo. En nuestro caso aún tuvimos que pagar 17€ por 3 noches a la llegada al hotel.

This was our second stay at August. Although we loved the first time, the second time left a lot to be desired for. The service level at this hotel is almost non existent. We arrived quite late after being stuck in traffic (around 9 PM), and we checked in and then around 9:15 came to the bar to look at the food menu. We were met with a very unfriendly waiter who had no interest in answering any questions about the menu or anywhere nearby to eat telling us that he had only been here for six weeks and didn't know anything, most importantly he did not tell us that the kitchen closed at 9:30 PM. So we deliberated about whether to eat at the bar or go elsewhere (bear in mind, there aren't many places to eat near by as they all seem to close early on a Sunday). When we came back at 9:30, the waiter told us that good that we wanted to eat but too bad the kitchen was now closed and he seemed to be taking a joy out of it. We were told by him when asked that there was no room service for food. Only drinks were served as room service. Considering it wasn't that late, this hotel should have some facilities in place for a light snack for guests. Also, at the reception, we complained that we were not told by the guy that they would be closing soon and they told us to try deliveroo. In the end my husband asked them if there was anything we could have that didn't need to be cooked, we were given some fruit which we ate and went to bed. I had written a complaint to their manager and they replied after 22:30 to tell me that if I was still hungry, the hotel actually does provide pizzas! News to me as I was told there was no food. No manager was to be seen and we never heard from anyone after I made a complaint about the incident. This spoilt our stay, especially when we had detoured to stay here. Our room was lovely. Although the room's bathroom door makes a lot of noise. Anyway, it would be great for staff to know the options they have for food for guests, someone should follow up after a complaint is sent and if there is no food option, perhaps the hotel should have a deliveroo account which can be charged to the room should there be any need to order food at 9:30 PM after kitchen closes.

Si bien es cierto que las habitaciones no eran muy grandes, eran más que suficientes para pasar varios días visitando la zona de Amberes. Las habitaciones limpias y la estancia agradable. Al desayuno le echamos en falta tostadas y más embutidos, pero por lo general cumple con buena nota. En lo que destaca es en su ubicación que es inmejorable, en frente de la estación de tren de Amberes y con un montón de restaurantes en frente. La TV de nuestra habitación no funcionaba y aunque intentaron cambiarnos a otros en la que funcionase la única que tenían disponible tampoco funcionaba. El sitio es agradable y por su ubicación lo recomiendo totalmente.

Los buenos de este lugar son que es un antiguo edificio en un paseo fácil y agradable de la nueva galería de arte de Anvers y del centro de la ciudad. La habitación era fresca y cómoda y el aire condicionado era un ahorro clave - si dejaras las ventanas abiertas habría ruido de tráfico. El hotel recomienda reservar un lugar en un garaje cercano, QPark, que incluía un pago anticipado de 20 € por noche por las dos noches que estuvimos. Sin embargo, lo que el hotel debería habernos explicado, pero no lo hizo, es que hay un segundo más obvio aparcamiento pagado en la misma proximidad inmediata (APCOA). El hotel reúne todo lo que pueda uno desear para pasar una estancia tranquila; desayuno estupendo, habitación silenciosa; personal amable y servicial; es cierto que está algo alejado del centro, unos 20 minutos caminando, pero el paseo es agradable, y si no quieres caminar hay un bus gratuito cada 20 minutos que te deja en el mismo centro (Grand Place) en 7 minutos que se coge al lado del hotel en frente de la estación de tren (pregunta en recepción). También hay un Carrefur City muy cerca. Es cierto que es algo caro, pero la calidad se paga...(por ello la relación calidad precio entiendo que es normal)

El hotel De Witte Lelie es un hotel encantador en una hermosa ubicación central en Antwerpen. Cuando comprobamos a mi hija podía elegir una habitación de las que se le ofrecía: era su cumpleaños. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy agradable. La habitación era más grande que esperaba, super limpia y tuvimos una vista maravillosa sobre el MAS, que era un absoluto más. No hay nevera en la habitación, pero la posibilidad de conseguir cubos de hielo en el lobbyBreakfast fue un poco básica, pero con las restricciones de COVID y también teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos, fue más que aceptable. El estacionamiento también fue fácil (nota no encontré el ascensor para subir, pero ya que sólo teníamos un troleo, las escaleras estaban bien). Y me encantó la ubicación: a unos 15 minutos de Groenplaats, a 5 minutos de ”'t Eilandje” y a 20 minutos a pie del palacio deportivo, donde fuimos a una exposición. También fue un buen paseo al palacio deportivo como fue a través de Parkspoor Norte. La próxima vez que tengo para ir al palacio o la arena de Lotto, definitivamente consideraré quedarme allí otra vez. Línea de abajo, por el precio que pagamos, este hotel fue excelente. Un consejo más: Reservé directamente en el hotel y eso fue más barato que a través de otros sitios web de reservas

A no frills but okay hotel. Location is good as trams stop both in front and on the side of the hotel and bring you to the city center or Sportpaleis (only 4 stops). Staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is surprisingly varied with many choices, normally in this kind of ”budget” hotels there is not much to chose from but this was great. Room was very simple but good. I only felt the mattress was way too soft with a pit in it, but I must say I slept better than expected. All in all convenient if you need to visit the Sportpaleis for a concert or just want to stay a night in Antwerp for a reasonable price. Although the surroundings of the hotel ook a bit rough, the people staying in this hotel were all very normal and decent. Parking in front of the hotel is free which is also a benefit

Descobrió este nuevo hotel cerca de la Estación Central. El hotel está destinado a una estancia más larga, aunque sólo me quedé una noche. Las habitaciones son apartamentos de estudio con cocina. Mi habitación tenía una cama Murphy (primera vez para mí) y era muy cómoda. El hotel también tiene un equipo de gimnasio muy agradable y pude hacer un entrenamiento de intervalo en la cabina de tren de alta tecnología. Para un nuevo hotel, el personal era sorprendente, tan amigable y útil. Si me quedaba en Antwerpen otra vez, me quedaría definitivamente aquí.

Las instalaciones del hotel son deficientes. Los ascensores están desconchados tanto por fuera como por dentro. La primera habitación que nos dieron no tenía luz en el baño. Pusieron una lámpara con su mampara por lo que no se veía ni para cantar. Además apestaba a humedad. Pedimos cambio y nos dieron la habitación de al lado. Ésta no olía a humedad porque tenía una ventana abierta, lo que nos pareció normal. Ilusos. Cuando llegamos a medianoche y quisimos cerrar la ventana no pudimos. Estaba estropeada. Desafortunadamente en recepción no había nadie aunque nos dijeron que estaban 24 h. Nos aguantamos con el ruido de la calle. Nos quejamos al hacer el check-out y nos ofrecieron desayuno gratis pero no nos podíamos quedar. El trato del personal fue amable en toda ocasión pero no hay que mantener las instalaciones en óptimo estado. La limpieza mejorable. Hay zonas del baño que no se han limpiado bien. El lavabo tiene un desagüe enorme y sin embargo se atasca el agua.

Lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero servido por el tranvía al lado. Habitación deluxe amplia, cama grande, baño grande. Los hoteleros hablan inglés francés español. El desayuno era correcto y muy bien. Poco bien: ascensor muy viejo y muy caprichoso. Muy bien decorado para Navidad.

La habitación es pequeña con instalaciones sanitarias abiertas. Sala limpia, sólo el piso era un poco polvo. Bella para una estancia de noche. No habíamos reservado desayuno porque era bastante minimalista. Teníamos sandwiches deliciosos en una cocina cerca. El hotel esta muy céntrico todo queda prácticamente andando, a 4 minutos de la central de trenes de Amberes, justo fuera del hotel esta la estación del autobus Flixbus que lleva y trae del aeropuerto, el centro de la ciudad está a tiro de piedra, justo en la esquina esta una tienda Jumbo con precios accesibles, las habitaciones son pequeñas, cuentan con cafetera e insumos para preparar café, secador de cabello, plancha y tabla de planchar, nos alojamos en la habitación 103 con vista a la opera, el desayuno es muy bueno consta de huevo con tocino, fruta fresca, yogurth, café, té, pan recién horneado, insumos para preparar sandwiches, frutos secos y cereales, ademas se cuenta con opción a preparar waffles, el único inconveniente que durante 6 días solo nos colocaron 1 botella de 500 ml de agua en la habitación y que en el comedor muchas cosas se encuentran colocadas bastante altas y resulta algo incomodo para personas de estatura baja, como sugerencia sería bueno que cuenten con personal que hable español ya que cada vez más las personas que hablamos este idioma visitamos Europa y sería un alago que nuestro idioma se vuelva internacional.

Het was fijn dit verborgen pareltje in Antwerpen te ontdekken en te genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt om de dag te beginnen. De vriendelijke medewerkster die ons begroette en bediende, verdient alle lof. Dit doet echt deugd. Relax. Blij dat we dit gevonden hebben. Geweldig om nadien volledig ontspannen de buurt te verkennen. Schitterend!

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีAntwerp Centraalแค่ข้ามถนนเลยค่ะ การเดินทางสะดวกมาก ถ้าเดินทางด้วยรถไฟก็แนะนำเลยค่ะ ห้องพักกว้างขวางมาก มีไมโครเวฟให้ มีกาน้ำร้อน เตารีด ครบมาก พักแบบห้อง 4 คน เป็นเตียงควีนไซส์2เตียง นอนสบายมาก แถมมีห้องทานข้าวพร้อมโต๊ะทานข้าวให้อีก 1 ห้อง ประทับใจมากค่ะ อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่พื้นที่เล็กไปหน่อย พอคนเยอะจะไม่มีที่นั่ง ตอนเช็คอินทางโรงแรมให้เลือกช่วงเวลาในการไปรับประทานอาหารเช้า แต่นั่งเกินเวลาก็ไม่เป็นไรค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักมากๆให้early check-inด้วย รอบหน้าใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ😊

Estancia perfecta, habitación impecable tanto en comodidad como limpieza y amplitud. Atención del personal de recepción de 10. Desayuno perfecto, variedad, calidad y servicio. Tengo que hacer una mención especial hacia Xavier, trato exquisito y atención inmejorable, se necesita gente como el hoy en día. Localización del hotel perfecta, en el centro, muy cerca de todo, tanto de zona turística, estación de tren como de zonas de restauración. Sin duda ha sido un acierto el hotel, si algún día volvemos a Amberes repetiremos seguro.

THE BEST HOSTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN . More of a hotel/temporary living space. I found myself distrcted from sightseeing to spend time in the public areas. It was amazing - the decor, the facilities, the books, the communal work table for digital nomads, the compemporary furnishings, the stylish bathrooms, super kitchen ( with named plastic boxes for ythe fridge) plants and flowers, the roof terrace, the internal gardens, the green walls, the extras ( free quality ontap teas/coffees, the towels, the ear plugs etc) , the bicycles for rent and the super efficent and helpful staff. I didin't try the restaurant but the breakfast looked good. . I am looking forward to visiting their new venue in Liege and , when it is open - Brussels

El hotel está muy cerca de la calle peatonal Meyer y es tranquilo por la noche. El diseño y la decoración del hotel son exquisitos y el agua caliente es muy buena. Hay que pagar unos euros en impuestos y tasas durante la estancia en la tienda. Se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar andando a la estación de tren.
