Acabamos de regresar de una estancia en Village at Breckenridge Resort. Nos alojamos en un estudio ”Premium”, habitación 4304, creo, en el tercer piso del edificio principal. La ubicación ofrece un excelente acceso al final del Pico 9, quizás a 2 o 3 minutos a pie del elevador. Esta fue, de lejos, la mejor parte de la experiencia. Aparte de eso, lo que obtuvimos por el precio no valió la pena. Aquí hay algunas cosas con las que no estábamos contentos:  - A mi llegada, a pesar de que me habían asegurado varias veces (sin que yo preguntara al respecto) que mi habitación estaría garantizada para un check in a las 4 pm (la hora de registro publicada), tardó 45 minutos en llegar a nuestra habitación. Esperábamos que hubiera estado listo un poco antes y así llegamos a las 3:45, así que en realidad esperamos una hora.  - Aunque su reserva puede incluir estacionamiento, puede que no esté en el sitio, por lo que es posible que no tenga acceso a su automóvil. Esto nos sucedió y nos hizo saltarnos un día de esquí al final de nuestra estadía debido a la logística de conseguir nuestro automóvil. Tuvimos que obtener nuestro automóvil 2 veces durante la operación de decir: una vez, tardó 45 minutos en llegar, y la otra tardó unos 25.  - Algunos miembros del personal fueron perfectamente amables y serviciales. Desafortunadamente, gran parte del personal con el que interactuamos evitó el contacto visual y parecía más interesado en socializar entre ellos que en ayudar a los invitados.  - La recepción parecía bastante desorganizada. En el check-in, parecía que no había ”proactividad” para preparar nuestra habitación. Tuve que avisar 3 veces antes de que la habitación estuviera finalmente lista. Las 2 veces que pedí obtener mi automóvil, la primera vez que no solicitaron mi número de reclamo (implicaban que ya sabían qué automóvil era cuando llamé) y recuperaron el automóvil equivocado, y la segunda vez que dijeron el el auto estaría disponible en 10 minutos. Cuando bajamos 15 minutos después de mi llamada, ni siquiera habían pedido que recogieran el automóvil del estacionamiento remoto.  - Nuestra habitación ”Premium” no era nada especial. Si se tratara de una habitación premium, no estoy seguro de qué esperaría de una habitación no Premium. Pensaría dos veces si valdría la pena el costo adicional de una habitación Premium. Resumen: No nos volveremos a hospedar en el Village at Breck Resort nuevamente; por lo que obtuve por el precio exorbitante que pagamos, no puedo justificar que me quede allí nuevamente.

En general, me quedé aquí una noche en los puntos de Bonvoy y me quedaría aquí otra vez. La ubicación es muy conveniente para la calle principal y el resort Breckenridge. Fácilmente caminable para ambos. Estaba en un estudio rey que era muy espacioso. Había una cocina completa pero sólo uso el refrigerador. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación. El hotel también ofrece un transbordador al resort, haciendo algunos parques, incluyendo la gondola. El hotel dispone de una amplia sala de esquí y de snowboard, lo que ayuda a mantener la habitación sin acceso a la herramienta. Starting with the positives, the front desk customer service was outstanding! Camilla, Elizabeth, Lauryn and Kyle were very nice and offered a lot of help when I was looking for a room with a good view of the mountains (we were given 3 rooms only the last one had a decent view). Our room, a 1 br villa, was large enough for 6 people with 2 pullout couches, and was huge for 2 people, which was fine by me. Facility was clean and safe, and has a great location, perfect for dining and shopping and hiking. What I wasn't impressed by was that it was difficult to get a room with a view of anything other than the buildings in front of us. The lower floors that we saw had terrible views (4th floor was pretty good but not fantastic), and I was disappointed by that. Also, if housekeeping staff would have come in once or twice during the week to remove trash/recycling that would have been nice. Of course, we could have called to request that, or take it out ourselves, but I'd appreciate not having to do that. This facility was rated ”5 star Elite” by Interval International, and really doesn't come close to that description. All in all, a good place stay if you know what to expect before you get there. Customer service rates a 5, rooms rate a 3.5 for me due to the views.

We've stayed in a variety of accommodations for our ski trips. This was our first trip to Breck and Colorado. We were thrilled with the convenient location of Crystal Peak Lodge. Upon arriving around 1pm on a Sunday, we were pleased to learn our room was ready and we could check-in. Directions for check-in mentioned checking in at One Ski Hill, but the desk at Crystal Peak was staffed, and the person who checked us in was lovely and helpful. Our early check-in allowed us to get out on the lift a day earlier than expected. The ski lockers are the most conveniently located of any lodge we stayed in. You walk right out from the first-floor storage with your skis, and you're steps away from the lift. There is a restaurant (Sevens) located at the lodge next door that provided a free breakfast with our stay. We also went there for dinner one night and dessert another night. The gondola to town is just steps outside the first floor as well. It was a convenient way to get around. We took the free shuttle home each night as you could summon it by an app and were given a nearby bus stop and time estimate. We did not need a car at all for our stay as we skied Breck every day. We used Epic Mountain Express and Summit Express to get to and from the airport. Our kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, and pots/pans, and our room had a spacious layout. We didn't expect our two-bedroom unit to come with a bonus room and a third full bathroom. The bonus room had a pull-out couch, dresser, and pocket doors for privacy. So our sons each had their own space. Laundry detergent is provided. We used Instacart for delivery from the local grocery store, City Market (which you can shuttle to and from). I took the gondola down and walked to the grocery store one morning for a few extras. On average, our shuttle wait was about 10 minutes. We had some aggravation during our stay with a few things that weren't working in the room. Two of the blinds couldn't be adjusted, the microwave light didn't work, and the towel bar fell off the wall. Maintenance was very responsive and visited several times in an attempt to fix our issues. The issues were not fixed. Finally, later in the week, we experienced water leaking from the unit above us. After several attempts to fix this, management felt terrible. Again, they were very responsive in their attempts to fix issues. When we asked what could be done due to the consistent interruptions to our stay, Andrew from the desk over at One Ski Hill made sure we were compensated quite fairly for our troubles. Despite any aggravation we experienced, the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff and management, as well as the convenient location and comfort of the room made this a great place to stay with a family, particularly teens. My kids loved going to play pool in the lobby. It was so easy to get around. And Breck is an amazing mountain.

¿Qué bonito alojamiento en The Lodge en Breckenridge? ¿Quién no quiere despertarse a esas vistas después de dormir en la cama más cómoda? ¿Qué viajero frecuente no está impresionado por el paquete completo de acondicionamientos que tienen estas habitaciones? El restaurante Traverse ofrece una experiencia de comedor memorable con un delicioso servicio de comida y atención. Apreciamos todos los cuidados y tratamientos que se ofrecen durante nuestra estancia: desde Rhonda, el gerente del hotel, las habilidades de bienvenida y gran concierge de la equipo de recepción, el eficiente y detallado mantenimiento y mantenimiento de la tripulación manteniendo el lugar inmejorable y ¡No hay nada que ver con la experiencia de nuestros amigos de Traverse, sino con un buen restaurante con vistas al mundo!

Nos quedamos por una noche, y me alegra que no fue más que eso. En primer lugar, el buen personal en el check-in y en el check-out, el lobby y todos los espacios generales son maravillosos. La ubicación es hermosa. La piscina se veía sorprendente como estaba en el interior/en el exterior.
