I have been staying here on and off since 1995.... Always loved it, even when it was a ”rustic/vintage” motel. Now....WOW! So beautifully remodeled and completely spotless clean! It is aesthetically modern but still feels beachy and comfortable. As always, the staff are helpful and friendly, really lovely folks! The only thing I would suggest is a ”Swiffer” type dry/damp mop in the room for beach sandy floor touch-ups in the evenings, or for those who prefer to just exchange towels during their stay, rather than have the room made up daily. It's a 10 minute drive or short shuttle trip to all the best Provincetown has to offer, while being in a quiet relaxed setting. I can't wait to come back with my dogs and family!! So pleased with my stay!!

Very conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you.

We love this place so much that you will need to come here to experience yourself. Warm hospitality, cozy vibes, free snacks, fruits, tea and coffee and a well functioning kitchen to cook light meals. Quiet neighborhood and lovely view from the window. Bird singing to wake you up and you can chill all day in the house if you don’t have plans lol.  Nancy中英都能溝通，在這裡留宿三晚受到她暖暖的款待，鄉村風格的擺設和設計相當有溫暖，來這裡會想要一直拍照，如果是春天來，風景應該會更漂亮！位於哈佛和MIT中間位置，走路皆能抵達，附近商店餐廳選擇多，下次若還來出差或是觀光，優先選擇這裡！

Si está buscando un lugar rentable, este es el lugar. Después de todo, Boston es muy cara e higiénica. Las instalaciones generales también son relativamente antiguas, especialmente el aislamiento acústico es deficiente. Sin embargo, está rodeado por la Universidad de Boston. Hay muchos restaurantes asiáticos, comida china y coreana. Es muy conveniente. Es simplemente Chinatown. En términos generales, lo pides. Si no es muy alto, definitivamente puedes quedarte allí para ahorrar dinero y comodidad.

El hotel está muy bien, y el parque de coches es muy grande, ya que hay un parking abundante, lo que significa que a menudo puedes estacionar tu coche justo a tu puerta. Una cosa que me preocupa es que esto fue publicado como haber incluido el desayuno... pero me dijeron en el comprobado que no ha sido el caso desde la pandemia. Yo lo reservaba porque había publicado desayuno como he estado en Hyannis inesperadamente... así que esto fue una vergüenza que no fue correcta

Average hotel. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful to recommend nearby restaurants. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The room was clean but the air conditioning unit had a mind of its own. There were no additional security locks on the door other than a deadbolt. One was completely unlocked and another one would not open with a key card. The free breakfast was below average avoid if possible.

This hotel was pretty good. The staff were kind. They let me know this is a new hotel, so they are still working out some kinks. There was some difficulty with check-in due to their computer system. Besides that, there were no issues. The heat worked well, which was a relief. There is no youtube or netflix on the tv, which I was not used to, but there was cable so we did watch some tv.

Superbly located on Amherst commons, just a short walk away from the Amherst college campus, and the town center is also just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished in a charming small town New England style. The restaurant serves excellent food. A very pleasant place to stay when visiting this charming college town.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made a huge difference. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to help with local recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I’d definitely stay here again!
