«This very nice spacious flat is located on beautiful Villach main square with many coffee shops, restaurants and stores. The only problem is that there is no close by parking, so to off-load our car, we had to temporarily park on Freihausgasse and walked twice from our car to this flat, which is some 200m one way. Then we had to move car to large overnight parking which cost 1.80 euro/hr.»

Es liegt unweit vom Hauptbahnhof. Also wer öffentlich anreist, hat bei dieser Unterkunft nichts falsch gemacht. Es gibt in der Nähe Kurzparkzone. Diese sind auf 3 Stunden beschränkt. Außer von Samstag auf Sonntag. Zimmer war sauber, und es gibt eine gute Klimaanlage. Late Checkout ist nicht möglich. Es gibt nichts, Negatives zu bemängeln. Wer kochen will, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche.»

The car rental process was smooth and the staff were generally helpful. The vehicle was clean, but there were a few scratches not mentioned beforehand. Pickup took longer than expected, and communication could be improved. Overall, the experience was decent for the price, though there is definitely room for better customer service and efficiency.
