La habitación es muy limpia con cama de rey cómoda con un marco de cama de madera rustica, un incendio y un tubo de jacuzzi, el baño tiene ducha/tubo más reciente con buena presión de agua, zona de baño puede utilizar una actualización. No hay A/C pero la habitación era bastante fría con ventilador de cabeza y ventana abierta en la noche; la habitación tenía 2 ventiladores adicionales que no necesitamos usar. Servicio de café y té en la habitación (con copas de té reales/cajón de té y cookies de té!), así como microondas y refrigerador de barras. Situación conveniente para caminar en cualquier parte de la ciudad, amplia estacionamiento justo frente al alojamiento y también disponible en la calle en Kilmorey Lodge. No hay restaurante en el hotel, pero cerca de muchas opciones de comida, 10% de cupón para el desayuno en Kilmorey Lodge, pero el desayuno estaba bajo la presión. Estaría aquí otra vez.

We had an incredible stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort in Banff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals. The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes. What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort. I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home. We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.

Las cabañas estaban limpias, la cama estaba bien, la cocina era pequeña pero estaba bien equipada. El baño es muy pequeño. Casi teníamos que retroceder para ir al baño o ducharnos. No creo que tuviera aire acondicionado y una noche hizo bastante calor. Las toallas eran bastante finas. Aun así, disfrutamos de las cabañas.

For 2 nights excellent .

Situación conveniente y aparcamiento pero el cuarto es pequeño. No hay microondas ni agua potable. No hay ascensores. Necesitará llevar el equipaje a una escalera si su habitación está en el segundo piso.

Wonderful stay! Loved the coffee and cookies! Cabins were perfect! I would give this a 10 star review but it’s just a little bit far to travel from Jasper and didn’t have any AC for those hot nights!!

It is a campground. We stayed in a family teepee that was ok. It is a challenge to get through the opening and unfortunately my wife was having a back issue. The bathrooms were ok for being for the entire camp
