Excellent host. Excellent stay. Excellent services. Excellent customised support. I booked the stay for one night for my family of 4 that includes 2 grown up children. Before we checked-in, I asked the host several questions on their location and distance to related tourist attractions. He replied perfectly. He even prepared sweet desserts for us as i requested for it given it was a Chinese traditional winter solstice day during our stay. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Yabuli vicinity.

雪季想找個能安心賞雪、方便滑雪的住處，這棟別墅民宿直接戳中所有需求，住完真心安利！民宿藏在雪色深處，整棟別墅被厚雪覆蓋，院子裏的木柵欄、露台的藤椅都裹着白雪，推窗就是茫茫雪林，清晨能看見陽光灑在雪地上泛着金光，傍晚圍坐在露台賞落雪，連風都帶着靜謐的美感，不用刻意找景點，在民宿裏就能沉浸式感受雪景。 衞生條件無可挑剔，床單被罩是乾淨的純棉材質，摸起來柔軟親膚無異味，衞生間乾爽整潔。 服務更是貼心到骨子裡，提前溝通時管家就主動問是否需要幫忙訂滑雪票，價格比現場買划算不少，還細心告知滑雪注意事項。入住當天有免費車接車送，從滑雪場到民宿全程無縫銜接，司機師傅還主動幫我們搬滑雪裝備，全程熱情又周到。住店期間有任何需求，發消息都秒回，夜裡想加床被子，管家很快就送來，細節處滿是温暖。 設施配套超完善，別墅空間寬敞，房間佈局合理，床品舒適睡得香，客廳大沙發適合一家人圍坐聊天。衞浴是恆温花灑，熱水充足出水快，全屋Wi-Fi信號滿格，還有專門的滑雪裝備存放區和烘乾架，濕滑雪服晾一晚就乾透。加上免費接送和便捷的滑雪票預訂服務，省去了不少麻煩。 這趟雪季之旅因為這棟民宿變得格外舒心，環境、衞生、服務、設施全在線！ 並且管家🍎和🦖人都超級好！服務也特別棒！還有送我們去雪鄉玩的小段司機也非常nice！給我們介紹了一路！很好玩！！

Best hotel and best host ever in Yabuli ski area. You feel like you're staying with your own family, you feel the warmth that you could never have if you stay in any other hotel. The house is beautiful and very cozy, also it's a family business so the whole family welcomes you, makes sure you have the most pleasant stay as you could. The host would pick you up from train station, and even take you up the ski slope, show you around, always there to guide you, and contact you to make sure you're safe and sound even after we already checked out, left the house, we still feel like the connection is still there. This is by far the best experience i ever had while traveling, it's not just about the place you visit but also the people there, this family represents the best of people of Yabuli. 100% recommend!!!

Rara vez comentar un pueblo, pero esto realmente se recomienda para todos. En primer lugar, la salud es muy buena, es muy buena! En segundo lugar, el jefe es el pareja y el esposo, con calma y hospitalidad, en tercer lugar, su familia tiene una caja de hierro y barbacoa, la agrupación y la reunión de amigos ofrecen comodidad. Su hermana está un poco fría, el jefe también le entrega medicamentos gratis, realmente bueno

The room was big with just some basic 3 queen sized bed . There was not event table and chair to eat food or do some simple work in the room . We had we eat on the floor. The butler was great who offer station pickup service , the station drop off service is chargeable , they help to book taxi to the Yabuli west station which costed 60 yuan

Muy bueno, a través de la ventana, depende del lago de mirtilo y el farmacéutico, y es muy bonito. La comida de su casa es también deliciosa. La única debilidad es que la máquina de aire acondicionado fuera de la pared o el sonido de la cocina afecta un poco el descanso.

從雪鄉開往亞布力的途中隨便訂的這家酒店，並未過於期待，沒想到很驚艷。管家提前電話確認到店時間，入住時間比較晚，給同行的小夥伴們都免費升級了房間，大家都很意外也很温暖。地理位置屬於度假小鎮，雪景中錯落的木屋別墅拍照就已經很出片了，窗外就是絕美雪景，彷彿置身於歐洲小鎮。去滑雪場也很近，車程十來分鐘，酒店提供的套票比自己現場單獨購買優惠很多，另外提供免費早餐、滑雪場接送引導、雪服租賃等一站式服務，非常方便。周邊餐飲吃飯也很多選擇基本沒踩雷，管家小哥哥又帥又熱情，有問必答有求必應，房間整潔舒適，服務滿分。總而言之是一次非常棒的入住體驗。一定會推薦給下次過來這邊玩的朋友，蒜鳥妹妹代表湖北的朋友給你們酒店點個贊👍
