The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was staff knocking three times to clean. If check out is at noon, please don’t knock to see if we are out and you can clean the room. Ask the front desk. That was very bothersome. Otherwise, it was a good stay and things felt clean and we felt safe in this location.

Just an overnight stay as we have a flight next morning. Liked that they have a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms were located in different blocks and ours was quite far from the lobby thus not easy if you have many big luggages.

晚上到店已經八點多，前台一個老太太對於攜程的訂單似乎不信任網上全付款。研究半天遲遲不能安排，問這問那。這是頭一次碰到這種情況，浪費好多時間。網上價格比門市價格貴了不少。酒店很新，類似國內的快捷酒店，色彩明快現代。全封閉的窗户，但隔音一般，夜晚公路的車聲有些吵鬧。大堂全天有水和咖啡，休息區漂亮。在公路旁，適合臨時落腳。

Pro: Very functional room, they provide plates bowls and all the pot tools in pantry, all you need is just ingredients. TV channels are great. Con: $10 charge for parking. breakfast ran out before ending. front desk employees can not figure out billing issue.

Pet friendly, full size refrigerator which was nice compared to the those little ones enjoy the large room. Will keep us coming back every time thanks for the great stay

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately].

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

Great place to stay when traveling to/from airport. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool and hot tub area, and had lots of breakfast options. Helpful staff answered all my questions. Also had shuttle service to/from airport so very convenient. Would definitely stay here in the future!
