Whether enjoying the scenery from the property or heading out for outdoor activities, the location is perfect. The service was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and attentive to guests’ needs. Check-in was smooth, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for a hassle-free experience. If you’re looking for a lakefront getaway with a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

El entorno del hotel es muy bueno, muy limpio! La sala tiene muestras de salchichas y salchichas, muy magnífico, y una cafetera y agua caliente gratis, que es muy importante para volver de menos de 40 grados desde fuera!!! Pero!!! I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. El hotel está en el lado opuesto del puerto de la compañía de cruceros que se excursionan seis horas y ocho horas al día. Hay restaurantes y tiendas de regalos alrededor. 5-9 El punto de partida del autobús gratuito circula en la ciudad también en el otro lado de la calle del hotel. El hotel tiene microondas en cada piso. El alabamiento especial es que el hotel le da un alojamiento especial a 12 puntos de antelación (los huéspedes que llegan en el autobús en su mayoría son 9-12 puntos). La relación precio-efecto del hotel es la más valiosa.

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

La posición geográfica es superior, cerca de la estación de tren, justo en el centro de la ciudad, fácil de llegar allí. El desayuno estuvo bueno. La desventaja es que no es demasiado viejo, el inodoro está bloqueado, pero afortunadamente, la habitación es ruidosa, no la más silenciosa. La relación precio / rendimiento no es alta, lo que va en detrimento de la firma de Hilton.

Strategic location hotel, near airport with airport shuttle, and affordable price. Some restaurant nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast complimentary. Room spacious, clean and nice.

El hotel es un hotel muy nuevo, pero hay una cantidad de ropa y lágrimas que ya están presentes en todos los muebles, puertas y paredes. Aunque la limpieza es como se esperaba, no existe aislamiento acústico, por lo que fue difícil dormir cuando podía oír a cada vehículo fuera tan alto como si estuviera al lado (y nuestra habitación estaba en el piso más alto). El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. It’s quite close to the airport and the price is perfectly affordable. Although the hygiene was not as good as I expected, I would love to stay here again next time.
