El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, muy agradable restaurante. El baño es promedio y vio mejores tiempos, agua caliente 24/7. Las habitaciones premium tienen AC pero sin nevera. No hay una mesa de café sólo consola estrecha a lo largo de la pared que se puede utilizar para almacenar algo. El guardarropa es sólo una caja grande con una sola caja y varios pegajos de ropa fina. Conexión estable de la mujer.

Went down to the counter to extend my stay for one more day, was told that it is ok as long as I pay before 1300. when I went to pay at 1300, I was told that the hotel is full and I have to check out.When I check back at Trip.com I saw that there are other rooms avaliable but I was not even given that option. It would have been ok if I was told that it was full and I cannot extend. I am now stuck at the lobby and will have to look for another hotel.

The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help — they truly make you feel at home. I was also very impressed by the top-notch security throughout the property, which gave me complete peace of mind during my stay. The hotel is clean and especially the spacious bathrooms are a plus. TV is in the room. The only thing is the location, it’s right next to the main road and above a betting bar and a local market right outside. Wouldn’t recommend for female single traveller. But there are securities who helped us carry the bags and also at night going to the airport they helped us carry bags and „escorted“ us. For 15USD an airport taxi can be booked. The travel distance to the airport is 20-30 minutes

Booked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided. Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request. Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price. Airport taxi usd90 to&fro. Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.

Very clean,the customer service was awesome from reception date to departure.The environment is full of trees🥰if you are in love with nature.not far from Airport,it's about 30/45 minutes drive away.not far from the city either with amenities so close.I only missed on swimming since there were functions on on both days and very busy especially the swimming pool area.All in all.a perfect place to stay.

The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!

Le pregunté, si es posible, que nos dejamos a 12. Dijeron, está bien. 11.55am los anillos de teléfono y lo que puedo decir ... . Pero la regla es, que debo dejar a 12. ¡Muy mal! Es la quinta vez que estoy en ese hotel Hoy no es posible una habitación más pequeña. Si me encuentro primero, nunca volveré!!! Muy mal!!! ¡Tengo que llamar a la recepción cada vez, porque el cerradura no funciona!
