This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

Recientemente nos quedamos en el Hilton DoubleTree y nos impresionó la calidad del servicio, especialmente de un miembro del personal llamado Halil. Desde el momento en que me inspeccioné, Halil fue arriba y más allá para asegurarme de que mi estancia era cómoda y sin estrés. Era increíblemente cortés, atentos, y realmente útil, ya sea que ayudaba con las direcciones locales, haciendo recomendaciones, o asegurar que todo en mi habitación se cumplía las expectativas. Su profesionalismo y su amable deseo han hecho una impresión duradera y han aumentado realmente la experiencia global.
