I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

He reservado este hotel porque cerca del centro y dotado de spa con sauna. El departamento de spa estaba en mantenimiento desde hace días (dijeron). Muy caro comida en el cuarto y desayuno (aproximadamente €20), que descubrí no incluido en la estancia. Por eso nunca comí en el hotel. El personal amable y dispuesto a proporcionar cualquier indicación que sea necesaria para la estancia. La ubicación de este hotel es bastante central. La habitación está tranquila y la cama cómoda... Me he dormido muy bien.

Otelin temizliği çok güzel , girişte upgrade olmasını beklerdim 3 günlük bir konaklama 2 oda almıştım , sorulmadı bile en köşe oda verildi, buna üzüldüm oda ***et temiz güzel , diş fırçası mevcut değil 5 yıldızlı otelde diş fırçası peşinde koşmak hoş değil, havuz spa imkanı çok iyi , kahvaltı güzel , güzel bir otel genel olarak .

Otele ilk geldiğimde rezervasyonumuzun görünmediğini söylediler ve resepsiyondaki arkadaş acentelerde takılmış olabileceğini belirtti,acentelerle iletişime geçerek rezervasyonumuzu buldu,ilgi alaka en üst düzeyde,otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyoruz,temizlik,odaların genişliği çok iyi,açık büfe kahvaltı çok geniş seçenekleri barındırıyor,burada tekrar kalmak isteriz

كل شئ تمام ماعدا العزل في السقف ضعيف يعني الغرفه الي كنت فيها اذا فتح الماء في الحمام اكرمكم الله الذي في الطابق الاعلى منه يزعجني هذي الملاحظة الوحيدة

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und einer ruhigen Lage. Selbst die Zimmer zur Waldseite sind sehr angenehm und sorgen für erholsame Nächte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Lage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sich das Hotel an einem Hang befindet, rund 10 Minuten mit Taxi vom Zentrum entfernt. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr gutes Hotel, das ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Останавливались на 1 ночь по пути из Тбилиси в Каппадокию, брали 2 номера. Отель находится в спальном районе, высоко на горе. Без автомобиля добраться будет проблематично. Отель городского типа, территории как таковой нет. Парковка на улице перед отелем, места достаточно. Номера нормальные, свежий ремонт, правда в одном номере местами присутствовала плесень на стене в коридоре. Есть тапочки, халатов вроде бы не было. Большой балкон, большая кровать. Удобный матрас и подушки. Завтрак включен. Такая альтернатива классическому турецкому завтраку: на большой тарелке - подносе с разделением много всего, но по чуть-чуть: картошка фри, сосиска и кусочек обжаренной колбасы, отварное яйцо, нарезка помидор-огурец, зелень, перец, маслины, сыр, масло сливочное, мед, варенье. Свежайший хлеб, чай - без лимита. Мы хорошо отдохнули и с новыми силами поехали дальше. Спасибо First Joy Hotel.

الغرف جميلة والإطلالة زجاجية جميلة لكن يعيب الاطلالة انها نافذة بفتحة محدودة وليست شرفة الإفطار متواضع اجمل ما في الفندق في الاستقبال الاستاذة ميسم، متعاونة جدآ وذوق في التعامل اشكر الفندق على اختيارها
