Cleanliness: up to my expectations. Nice and neat design. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. Location: wonderful, in the city center so I could reach many places by walking. The car park is confusing actually. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. Location: wonderful, in the city center so I could reach many places by walking. The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

The city is between Istanbul and Izmir. I stopped and I was happy for my stay. It was good specially with the Turkish hammam , free parking outside the hotel and good food . The only bad thing was the water of pool was a bit cold and WC in room smell bad. Thanks for hotel team.

Everything is perfect except food (lunch and dinner) quality and taste! Rooms are very clean and professional personnels. Surely I will arrange another trip there soon

Es un hotel que vamos a volver. Las habitaciones son limpias y los productos de cuidado personal más detallados. El personal era muy amable y interesante. El desayuno buffet abierto y el servicio del personal era bueno. Recomiendo. Nos alegramos de habernos acogido una noche. No podemos más alojamientos. Nos iremos de nuevo.

Klima bozuk odaya su bastı. Tanıtım ve yönlendirme yapılmadı

Big comfortable room. Nice man at reception found a bath plug for me and showed me how to get a bus ticket. Unknown to Google Maps, Bandirma's train station has been closed long since, so it's a bit hard to get out of. Quizás por eso el hotel no parecía muy ocupado.

Kendine ozel plaji var ve kalabalik degildi, sabah kahvaltisi guzeldi, surekli ruzgar olmasa daha guzel olabilirdi ayvalik merkeze 10 dakika suruyor, karadut suyu ikram ediliyor giriste cok cok iyiydi

La ubicación es bonita, la limpieza es bonita, la amplia es buena. No tienes que tomar una pensión media, la comida de bufete abierto era pequeña pero el gusto era bueno.
