Hoteles con gimnasio en Distrito de Coímbra, Portugal

A superb historic property under private management and ownership - actually, in the ownership of the same family for over 400 years altho’ now a member of the Small Luxury Hotels marketing system affiliated with Hilton. The property in its adjoining Gardens are a destination in themselves, along with the nearby (400m) Santa Clara monastery. They may be sufficient for some visitors, but it’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Coimbra and it’s main historical area. Arthur Wellesley - aka Viscount Wellington - was a visitor during his Iberian campaign, so you’re in good company.  Staff are superb and obviously hand picked by the owner. The receptionist when I arrived (Evening of Sunday 16 February) was simply the best I’ve ever experienced, Singapore, Bangkok and Tokyo included.  Genuinely fascinating to talk to about the history of the building and some of the previous guests (famous but  ‘passed’ celebrities so no confidence is breached).  Best to stay in the rooms in the main building if possible, if tales of the previous occupant intrigue. Although the spa Is impressive – up to best Thai standards - and I guess the adjoining spa rooms may be equally good. Overall, an absolute gem that far exceeded expectations.

El hotel es acogedor y familiar, el mostrador de recepción fue amable y acogedor, Fátima en el mostrador de recepción fue genial. El desayuno es buffet intercontinental y tiene una variedad de opciones además de excelente sabor. La cena es menú a la carta y el chef es excepcional. No utilizamos la piscina al aire libre porque hace mucho frío, pero el spa y la piscina cubierta estaban bastante bien, el jacuzzi estaba fuera de servicio. En general, la ubicación y los servicios fueron bastante buenos, definitivamente merecen otra visita.

The hotel reception was poor, no effort was made to inform us of the hotel’s amenities or location of the amenities. The port wine at the reception was on display but was never offered to us or the other guests. The cleaning staff were very friendly, congratulations. The heating unit was located outside near the window of the room and was surprisingly loud. The worst of all was a male guest using the sauna and steam room while completely *****! Shocking lack of hygiene!!!

very well located hotel, in front of the beach and close to all relevant tourist attractions, as well as entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants. Service and concern for guests is a constant. Hotel with great facilities, spacious rooms, well decorated common areas in a very cozy atmosphere. Heated pool on the top floor allows a stunning view over the beach and the ocean at the rhythm of the sunset.

Hotel clean and we stayed in family room with 2 rooms connected. From hotel you can walk to see beach and hotel in the center so many restaurants around. Specially in another side of hotel have 2 restaurants with Luzzo pizza restaurants supper nice!

Servicio eficiente. Instalaciones bien mantenidas. Desayuné que fue agradable, buena variedad y productos de buena calidad.

Hoteles en la playa, con un excelente desayuno, personal muy agradable y profesional, piscina, sauna, hidromasaje y gimnasio. El almuerzo en el restaurante del hotel estaba en la parte superior. La selección de los vinos es cuidadoso y el vino blanco de la selección de Santa Victoria es bastante agradable. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Destaco o super atendimento no restaurante, chegámos fora de horas e ainda nos atenderam, obrigada. Em contrapartida, o pequeno-almoço é muito fraco a nivel de qualidade/variedade - falta de leite quente, não tinha marmelada nem carcaças, que é um pao tão tradicional da zona, as panquecas pareciam plastico, enfim... deixou um tanto ou quanto a desejar. Quanto ao Hotel em si, tudo dentro do normal, nada a apontar. Obrigada.
