The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

I liked the hotel, my room, and the beach was great however it had a feeling that it was descending into decrepitude. The gym was very shabby. There was no central bar or shared lounge area to mingle (temporarily closed). To get a drink I had to go into the Chinese restaurant which was then impossible to work on my laptop with a casual drink as I had intended. At breakfast it was quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever had and the eggs were also dubious. Toast was make your own but there was no toaster - only some grilling oven that would take 10 minutes to make your toast - less than ideal once you had already put your food on your plate....

All personnel were honest, kind and pleasant to deal with. From the Security Guard assisting as to park, bell man who had a great smile, front desk handling our paperwork professionally and the room attendant prompt in supplying our needs. The check out process and time was seamless.

El lugar es nuevo y tener la tercera fiesta en el viaje. com puede conseguir mejor trato, como si sólo caminas en te pagará su precio regular muy caro como ellos justo al lado de la marina de la nave que va a cien islas, El hotel dispone de una habitación muy limpia y con una buena habitación de baño con cama, agua caliente y alta presión de agua, una buena oferta y una gran cuna suave y un buen toallado. Me quedaría aquí otra vez si volviéramos a los alaminos, que sólo lamenta que esta crisis de guerra afecte a las empresas y la vida de las personas.

Everything was fine from service to resort itself but the parking experience was terrible. They lack advance planning since we booked on peak days. They lack communication in handling guest to make sure all staying guest have a parking space.

Food is not what we expected ... like the sushi and udon its not really good taste you can taste like ginisa in there udon and the sushi they put wasabi on the bottom of it and they use normal rice so sticky ..😒
