it was such a nice experience staffs. glad we chose this hotel for a staycation. breakfast menu was very nice not to stimulating but have a variety of quality options. you will not go hungry as the vacinity offers a variety of restaurants and cafe also a conveniently located mall in front of the hotel itself. the staffs are accomodating and very friendly.

The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

I liked the hotel, my room, and the beach was great however it had a feeling that it was descending into decrepitude. The gym was very shabby. There was no central bar or shared lounge area to mingle (temporarily closed). To get a drink I had to go into the Chinese restaurant which was then impossible to work on my laptop with a casual drink as I had intended. At breakfast it was quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever had and the eggs were also dubious. Toast was make your own but there was no toaster - only some grilling oven that would take 10 minutes to make your toast - less than ideal once you had already put your food on your plate....

All personnel were honest, kind and pleasant to deal with. From the Security Guard assisting as to park, bell man who had a great smile, front desk handling our paperwork professionally and the room attendant prompt in supplying our needs. The check out process and time was seamless.

Amazing place right at 100 islands. You can see the islands in the distance.

Mi esposa y yo nos quedamos en el hotel Awesome por unas pocas noches y fueron muy impresionados, gran hotel con servicio excepcional. El hotel se encuentra al norte de la playa de Urbiztondo, a pocos minutos a pie de la playa, a todos los cafés, restaurantes, etc. La habitación era excelente, muy agradable, con calidad de la TV, el baño y lavandería (utilizan gel de baño gratuito paraben, etc.). La recepción de Shaina nos ha comprobado en el hotel y nos ha hecho un trabajo fantástico, un servicio muy eficiente y amigable. Un par de puntos para la información - La piscina no estaba accesible porque habían hecho un trabajo, sería bueno saberlo antes de reservar. El gimnasio es excelente, y grande con todo el equipo y los pesos que necesita. El único descenso es que está situado en el área de la base y es un poco oscuro, iluminación más brillante habría sido mejor.

Servicios muy profesionales y amables. Accesible al mercado de Lingayen. Buena ubicación. Estaré en este hotel de nuevo. Muchas gracias por su excelente servicio y hospitalidad (desde los guardias de seguridad, limpiadores de habitaciones y despachos frontales).

Everything was fine from service to resort itself but the parking experience was terrible. They lack advance planning since we booked on peak days. They lack communication in handling guest to make sure all staying guest have a parking space.

Highly recommended! Staff are courteous and kind. Not too crowded resort. First thing we did upon check in is to check our room and if we need to replace it. We booked 2 rooms but need to ask replacement for one of our room due to aircon water leak on the floor. They are kind enough to replace our room. The rooms are cold and clean. Breakfast is okay. Need some enhancement in the future. Overall we love our stay and the kids enjoy their pool and beachfront.

Java hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was the fact that they did not have any elevators which was difficult for some friends who have difficulties going up several flights.
