La ubicación es excelente. Nuestra habitación es muy agradable, con botellas de agua gratis y albornoz. Nuestra habitación tiene vistas a la playa de Newtown. Se necesita un pase para la playa, que está a solo 5 minutos a pie. La playa de Newtown y sus servicios son geniales, con una temática bohemia. Hay varias tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. El personal es amable y servicial. El desayuno es excelente. Gracias al personal del comedor, Mico, quien nos regaló un pastel de aniversario durante el desayuno. La ubicación está cerca de nuestro lugar de culto. No nos proporcionaron una toalla de baño y la pequeña está muy desgastada y no nos dieron loción. Cuando llegamos después de nuestro viaje, el hotel cambió su nombre a Mercure, quizás por eso, porque tiene el nombre de Belmont en las toallas. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y recomendamos el hotel.

The place is clean and complete amenities. The staff is accommodating and friendly including the security guards and the maintenance team. They have their own laundry, cafeteria and convenience store inside the building. It is also safe here because the gate is accessible with the keycard and well guarded. I highly recommend this place.

Estaba buscando un lugar barato para alojarme con servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, ya que iba a llegar en un vuelo temprano por la mañana, así que hice una reserva. Quedé muy satisfecho con el amable hombre que me recogió y me ayudó con todo, desde llevar mi equipaje hasta conducir. Aunque la furgoneta era pequeña, era cómoda y tenía aire acondicionado. El desayuno también está disponible a un precio económico, lo cual es bastante bueno😊 Hay un centro comercial y Jollibee a 5 minutos a pie, por lo que la accesibilidad es buenaㅎㅎ También puedes comprar mangos en una frutería cercana y comerlos en tu habitación. ¡Recomiendo este lugar como un lugar rentable para alojarse en su primer día en Cebú!

Al registrarme, el recepcionista me miró largo rato y no dejaba de preguntarme qué tipo de habitación había reservado. La página web de reservas solo indicaba habitaciones dobles, sin especificar el tipo. Era la primera vez que veía un mostrador tan poco profesional. Preguntaban a los huéspedes qué tipo de habitación querían incluso después de mostrar el certificado de reserva. El hotel ni siquiera tenía información. La piscina se veía preciosa desde fuera, y era agradable tomar fotos, pero el equipamiento de la habitación era un poco viejo y olía a humedad. El desayuno también fue bastante normal. Llovió cuando fui a un masaje. Mi marido pidió prestado un paraguas al personal de recepción para recogerme, pero el personal dijo que había paraguas en la habitación y nos pidió que volviéramos a buscarlos. Un grupo de empleados charlaba y se reía en la puerta. Obviamente, había muchos paraguas en la maleta, pero no quisieron prestárselos e insistieron en que volviéramos a la habitación. No fueron nada amables, y además dijeron que si no llovía mucho, no necesitábamos paraguas. El personal de recepción perdía cinco minutos revisando la habitación justo cuando estabas a punto de salir. Nunca he conocido a nadie esperando a que el personal de servicio revisara la habitación en recepción. Era una pérdida de tiempo. Estos servicios e instalaciones me hicieron sentir que no estaban al nivel de un hotel de cinco estrellas. Incluso el servicio y el desayuno del hotel de cuatro estrellas en Cebú eran mucho mejores. Si vuelvo a Alona Beach, creo que encontraré mejores opciones. El precio es de cinco estrellas, pero el servicio y el trato no lo son. Quienes quieran venir, que se lo piensen dos veces.

Exceeded expectations. Will book again Clean new great staff expect to pay no more than 300 pesos to airport using grab. It's advertised they have no hot water. Not true we had very hot hot water.

This is  the real MBS of the Philippines! Top rated from comfort, quality, efficiency,hospitality and very spacious rooms and friendly staffs! Foods for breakfast and in the executive Lounge are superb and sumptuous! You will never feel hungry with your stay and accommodation!I would like to thank their manager ma’am Sherryl who entertained me and upgraded my room to signature room with King Bed as I checked-in late from the airport!Sir Renei who oriented and assisted me to my room!Sir Jaycaro who assisted and accommodated me together with ma’am Leona at Executive Lounge 23. My sunset time was never wasted with happy tummy and unlimited wine, beers etc.Ma’am Divinagracia ground staff and all the staffs of the property for the respect and hospitality in each corner of the resort! This is the best among the best 5 star ⭐ hotels I’ve been staying so far! No doubt and definitely I’ll come back! All the kind gestures of all the staffs are appreciated! Kudos to the Team👏👏👏

👍 What works well •Location: It’s very conveniently located near Mactan‑Cebu International Airport (just a 5-10 minute drive) which makes it a good choice especially if you have a flight early or late. Staff & service: Many guests report friendly, helpful staff and good service. For example: “Staff was friendly, accommodations were clean and secure.”  👎 What could be better •Noise: A recurring complaint is that rooms facing the busy road are noisy, and the windows don’t always block out the sound sufficiently. •Room size & condition: Some rooms are small (especially the “studio” type) and furniture or fixtures are described as dated. Example: “rooms and bathrooms are tiny.” •Breakfast & food quality: While breakfast is included in many stays, some guests mention that the food quality is mediocre or basic.

The location is quite hidden and isn’t easy to find unless you look it up on Google Maps. We were lucky to check in around 1 p.m. because our room was already available. They said we were being upgraded to a studio type; however, we had requested a one-bedroom since we are on our honeymoon. Instead, they gave us a room with two beds, so we just pushed them together.

My overall stay is good. The hotel’s location is ideal. Staff are pleasant.  Things to improve: no slippers. Free water refilling station would be good. The beds are not attached to the headboard and easily moves out of place.  I just noticed for two nights out of the four nights I stayed, There were loud noises that’s coming from outside the room from several people who seemed to be casually discussing, laughing and hanging out and it went on for several minutes. That was already 10pm and it was distracting.

I spent most of my time in Cebu at the hotel because the facilities were amazing, and the hotel has private beach access. It's pretty far from Cebu City, but the staff are incredible. Highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a resort vibe.
