Amazing hotel for Cebu travelers! The location is perfect — right in the city center and within walking distance to Ayala Mall. There are also great restaurants and spa/massage salons nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One small area for improvement would be the breakfast, especially the bacon 🥓. It looked and tasted like it had been reheated several times and had lost its appeal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. 4.9/5.0 👍👍👍

I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. For that reason we only stayed for one night. Staff very friendly and attentive and the location is well positioned between the airport and the downtown.

Reservamos las 4 noches en el hotel porque está a poca distancia del centro comercial Robinson y de otros restaurantes. Reservamos el hotel principalmente para dormir, porque nuestros tours comenzaban muy temprano en la mañana. La reserva incluye el desayuno, pero como salimos para realizar excursiones antes de que abra el desayuno, el personal nos preparó amablemente sándwiches y cafés todos los días para llevar. La habitación está limpia y es cómoda como en las fotografías. Reservaría este hotel la próxima vez. Por cierto, recomendamos el masaje tailandés Thewi cerca de allí.

La ubicación es excelente. Nuestra habitación es muy agradable, con botellas de agua gratis y albornoz. Nuestra habitación tiene vistas a la playa de Newtown. Se necesita un pase para la playa, que está a solo 5 minutos a pie. La playa de Newtown y sus servicios son geniales, con una temática bohemia. Hay varias tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. El personal es amable y servicial. El desayuno es excelente. Gracias al personal del comedor, Mico, quien nos regaló un pastel de aniversario durante el desayuno. La ubicación está cerca de nuestro lugar de culto. No nos proporcionaron una toalla de baño y la pequeña está muy desgastada y no nos dieron loción. Cuando llegamos después de nuestro viaje, el hotel cambió su nombre a Mercure, quizás por eso, porque tiene el nombre de Belmont en las toallas. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y recomendamos el hotel.

Staffs are accomodating,they let us check in earlier,the room was big with a very nice view , near to all food establishment,breakfast buffet was good , near to mactan beach ,there's a free transpo going to the beach or you can walk since it's very near,which we did .i will definitely recommend this hotel and i will comeback for sure.

Estaba buscando un lugar barato para alojarme con servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, ya que iba a llegar en un vuelo temprano por la mañana, así que hice una reserva. Quedé muy satisfecho con el amable hombre que me recogió y me ayudó con todo, desde llevar mi equipaje hasta conducir. Aunque la furgoneta era pequeña, era cómoda y tenía aire acondicionado. El desayuno también está disponible a un precio económico, lo cual es bastante bueno😊 Hay un centro comercial y Jollibee a 5 minutos a pie, por lo que la accesibilidad es buenaㅎㅎ También puedes comprar mangos en una frutería cercana y comerlos en tu habitación. ¡Recomiendo este lugar como un lugar rentable para alojarse en su primer día en Cebú!

Hola. He estado aquí 3 veces ahora y siempre el personal ha sido amable y la habitación es limpia. Está cerca del centro comercial.muchos tiendas y supermercados. Si quieres un masaje, te recomiendo que lo lleves allí. 100% mensaje y tratamiento, no hay negocios divertidos

La habitación es muy buena, todo lo que se espera de un hotel de alta calidad. La piscina estaba cerrada, pero se dio acceso a la piscina del Club de Deportes de Cebu City - vale la pena ir, el restaurante del Club es muy bueno, la comida de primera calidad y el precio es tan barato! ¡Qué bueno que terminé con el almuerzo y la cena aquí en un solo día! Por ejemplo: “Personal amigable, alojamiento limpio y seguro.”  👎 Qué podría ser mejor •Ruido: A recurring complaint is that rooms facing the busy road are noisy, and the windows don't always block the sound enough. •Tamaño y condición de las habitaciones: Algunas habitaciones son pequeñas (especialmente el tipo de ”estudio”) y se describen como fechados los muebles o los equipos. Ejemplo: “las habitaciones y los baños son pequeños.” •Desayuno y calidad de los alimentos: Aunque el desayuno está incluido en muchas estancias, algunos huéspedes mencionan que la calidad de los alimentos es mediocre o básica.
