Spacious room and conveniently located in city centre. Friendly staff. On site parking is limited but the meter parking is free of charge from 6pm till 9am.

Had to lug our luggage ourselves, no help. Room is small but comfortable and clean. Bathroom size is reasonable. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is quite central, we drive around. Parking is on street. And start paying after 11am, but free from 6pm to next day 9am.

Breakfast is good. Location is good. Receptionists are kind and helpful. Hotel booklet mentioned the filter water is available in the lobby area but receptionist asked us to go to restaurant area to get it. However, the restaurant staff were very rude to us and questioned us. We felt we were treated like a the thefts when we just tried to fill in the hot water in our water bottles. The hot water was only available from the coffee machine, which is very inconvenient and the restaurant staff thought we tried to steal coffees when we just tried to get the hot water. Suggest not to put the water machine in the restaurant area to avoid this problem again. Very bad experience to be treat like this.

I would rate this hotel higher if I could. Location was extremely convenient, and we were able to be at the airport check-in counter within less than 5 minutes from exiting the hotel. The room was spacious, the toilet was very clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and there was a water refill station on our level which was very convenient. There was also a luggage weighing scale at the first floor which allowed us to measure our luggage before we flew back. Overall a very good experience staying at this hotel and would strongly recommend for anyone flying out of Christchurch to stay here.

Those things stood really out: -Building style+size & garden very beautiful -Amazing Breakfast (incl special items like Dumpling, Noodles, Fried Rice, Chicken Breast) -Staff sooo friendly All the other things great too -Spacious clean nice rooms -Great bedding, slept well -Lots of Tea/Coffee in the room -Small Gym -Free parking -Nice location (very fast in city center) -yummy cookies at check-in 😆 -Very reasonable price during our stay

The hotel was truly amazing and a wonderful place to call home for a few nights. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything! Oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, utensils…everything! We were pleasantly surprised that there was a washing machine and dryer too! There is a working fireplace and the views were stunning ❤️Ours was the two bedroom villa; one room has a bathroom attached with a jacuzzi tub and the other bathroom is not attached to the second bedroom. This bathroom has a shower only, no tub. The second bedroom is actually two super singles joined together so you could possibly request for that configuration. We found that the shower stall in the smaller bathroom has a poor design as water flows from the shower through the grooves between floor tiles and makes the whole place wet. This was perhaps the only down side to this place. The good at the restaurant is reasonably priced and wonderful quality. The location of the hotel is strategic for trekking to the Rakaia Gorge and also for driving to Edoras (or Mt Sunday) where LOTR’s filming took place.

Hotel give is a really good deal for who have a stop in Christchurch. The location is the biggest selling point. This hotel surrounded by Christchurch botanic garden, Ild campus of university of Canterbury and nearby to riverside market. They friendly provided luggage rooms for customer to store their luggage after check out or before check in.

El hotel es muy agradable y ofrece un servicio amistoso y atento. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. El hotel también ofrece transporte aéreo, muy conveniente. El hotel dispone de una parada de autobús justo fuera del hotel, con fácil acceso a la ciudad, lo que hace que sea conveniente llegar a la ciudad.

Loved this hotel, it was very new and stylish. Ticked all the boxes, comfortable beds with nice pillows, we all slept well, big walking shower with great water pressure and a big TV. Nice view of the water too, however the beds were facing the wrong way to take advantage of the views.

Está convenientemente ubicado cerca del intercambiador de autobuses donde paran los autobuses y puedes caminar por el centro de la ciudad. La habitación en la que me alojé era bastante pequeña y no tenía ventanas, por lo que me sentí oprimida. Está bien si viajas solo y sólo necesitas dormir, pero no recomendamos quedarte mucho tiempo con varias personas. No tuve ninguna queja aparte de lo pequeño de la habitación y la falta de ventanas. El flujo de agua en la ducha parecía ser lento y me preocupaba que el agua se inundara en el inodoro, ¡pero resultó que no hubo problema!
