The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

El servicio es muy bueno, se puede decir que cualquier solicitud se satisface en el momento oportuno y el sabor de la comida es mucho más grande que se esperaba. La única sensación que necesita mejorar es lavar el cabello y cambiarlo. En la actualidad, esa marca no es muy útil.

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, room service was very good, but the so called WIFI didn’t work for my entire 3 days stay, that was very disappointing but I sorted my data out to stay entertained, the house keepers are good but can do better, they take tea cups and glasses to the bathroom sink to rinse and put back for you, without proper washing. Hygiene needs improvement, other than that, It’s not bad.

房間非常不錯，大廳和餐廳的裝修也非常棒，檔次很不錯，迷你吧，泳池，中餐廳全都有，總之非常滿意啦，下次還住這裏。

No hay manera de utilizar la tarjeta de crédito de Visa o Master de China, hay diferentes tipos de habitaciones que pueden elegir, hay restaurantes que pueden comer, pero es poco selectivo. El desayuno es relativamente único. El precio es muy barato. Sinal Wi-Fi inestable, básicamente estoy en la oficina del restaurante, donde el mejor señal.

El servicio es excelente: hay servicio de cambio de moneda, servicio de taxi, traducción china y piscina caliente. Comida deliciosa: tres comidas de autobús y verduras gratis al día!! La habitación también es limpia y saneada, buena ubicación, muy cerca del aeropuerto! No hay que preocuparse por la seguridad, todos los compatriotas, este hotel parece ser un lugar de reunión chino, ha estado aquí durante días, y la gente de la tienda que vemos también es china, vive en el hotel como en el interior, ¡muy seguro, muy seguro, tranquilo!
