On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Buscaba alojamiento en Lagos, viajando desde Londres, para una estancia de dos noches. Me resultó difícil encontrar el hotel debido a la dirección imprecisa que proporcionaba su sitio web. Al llegar, me encontré con un recepcionista que no hablaba inglés, por lo que tuve que usar una aplicación de traducción para comunicarme. La habitación que me asignaron estaba bien cuidada; sin embargo, no tenía suscripción a canales de televisión. Además, la ausencia de intercomunicador en la habitación implicaba que cualquier solicitud de servicio requería bajar dos pisos hasta la recepción. Se hizo evidente que la clientela principal del hotel probablemente consista en visitantes chinos o asiáticos en Nigeria, lo que sugiere un posible descuido al atender a una clientela internacional más amplia. Como aspecto positivo, el hotel ofrecía wifi gratuito, piscina y zona de estar. El proceso de salida fue excepcional, ya que el hotel me proporcionó un conductor y un vehículo para transportarme al aeropuerto, un servicio que valoro muy positivamente. A pesar del precio algo elevado, volvería a considerar este hotel. El hotel se encuentra en una tranquila urbanización, ofreciendo un ambiente tranquilo y sin ruidos, aunque también carece de música ambiental. Recomiendo a la gerencia que considere implementar opciones para ver televisión, contratar a un miembro del personal local con dominio del inglés y diversificar su menú para incluir cocina local.

El hotel está situado en una excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Es un hotel moderno que es limpio y tiene excelentes instalaciones. Sin embargo, los servicios en la recepción y el restaurante Koriko & Co son 4-Stars. La recepción siempre está llena de personas, y usted pasa mucho tiempo esperando que el personal se presente. La comida en el restaurante y las variedades son excelentes; comí principalmente los platos locales (comemos desayuno diario y cenamos en varias noches con amigos y familiares), y mis gusto de Lagos pueden detectar los días en que los platos son superiores (debe ser los diferentes chefs) comparado con otros días las comidas fueron calientes y deliciosas. Deborah es una joya verdadera y añadirá un enorme valor a la marca del hotel; su puff-puff es una perfecta 10/10.

The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

I booked a room here at short notice and was amazed by the speedy response from the team. They were able to arrange pick up from the airport when I arrived in Nigeria a day from completing the booking. Pick up from the airport was prompt with the driving personnel maintaining contact from the point of booking before I arrived in Nigeria to the point I got into the car. The manager greeted me on arrival and via email with details of facilities available at the hotel including how to access WiFi. I was impressed by how seamless and efficient the whole process was compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

Viajar a Nigeria y elegir este hotel de jardín Shu es demasiado valioso! The hotel's location was very convenient for my trip, and the facilities and facilities met a good standard. The staff (although some have attitude issues) were also polite and welcome throughout my stay.
