El día de la llegada, el receptor me dijo que no podían ver mi nombre en su sistema :( después de esperar por sentarse allí en la recepción, Decidí pagarles por un día para comprobar en el refresco y descansar después de un largo viaje de ultramar. El día siguiente me devolvieron y me dijeron que recibían mi confirmación de trip.com. Por último trip.com debe enviar información a los viajeros tan pronto como el libro del cliente se envía y paga.

Muy bueno, recién renovado y lo más importante, muy flexible, las habitaciones de la tienda 1 y la tienda 7 se pueden coordinar y organizar. La comida también es deliciosa, ¡subí de peso viajando por negocios!

La habitación estaba completamente equipada con todo lo necesario y la limpieza era excelente. Las tres comidas al día también eran muy típicas del gusto chino; es raro encontrar auténtica comida china aquí, así que fue una experiencia fantástica. El servicio también fue muy cálido y acogedor; la casera fue muy amable e incluso nos ofreció dos tés con leche de cortesía. También ofrecen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. ¡Este hotel es muy recomendable! 👍

El hotel está situado en una excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Es un hotel moderno que es limpio y tiene excelentes instalaciones. Sin embargo, los servicios en la recepción y el restaurante Koriko & Co son 4-Stars. La recepción siempre está llena de personas, y usted pasa mucho tiempo esperando que el personal se presente. La comida en el restaurante y las variedades son excelentes; comí principalmente los platos locales (comemos desayuno diario y cenamos en varias noches con amigos y familiares), y mis gusto de Lagos pueden detectar los días en que los platos son superiores (debe ser los diferentes chefs) comparado con otros días las comidas fueron calientes y deliciosas. Deborah es una joya verdadera y añadirá un enorme valor a la marca del hotel; su puff-puff es una perfecta 10/10.

The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

Ambiente agradable, cerca de todos los servicios y en una ubicación céntrica. Me recogieron en el aeropuerto, un servicio incluido estupendo, y el buffet de comida y el servicio de lavandería también incluidos fueron un detalle muy considerado. Solo desearía que no se permitiera fumar en la recepción del hotel. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

The hotel is geared towards the Chinese travellers. The food and the set up. The good thing is the hotel provides shuttle transport to and from the airport . Also free meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
