Plan improvisado desde Kl el domingo por la noche. Nos pasaron de una habitación king/queen de lujo a una habitación familiar. Espacioso. De alguna manera simple y práctico, el calentador de agua funcionaba y el inodoro podía tirar de la cadena, lo cual es muy importante. El inodoro no estaba equipado con un cubo de basura, probablemente por culpa del mantenimiento de la casa. Es un hotel viejo y anticuado. Pocas cosas estaban rotas, la recepción fue cortés pero no amigable. A mi marido le encanta el hotel porque no era demasiado grande, comparado con nuestra estancia habitual en PD en Avillion. Los puntos positivos serán la playa privada y algunas piscinas y toboganes. Volveré a reservar para la próxima visita por su sencillez.

This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort.

Had a wonderful stay at Avillion Port Dickson. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful sea views, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the sunset view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The staff were warm and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Este resort es increíble y una experiencia fantástica. Es una visita obligada en Malasia. Si aún no has ido a Dubái, este lugar es una buena opción. El ambiente es ideal para parejas. El servicio es excelente y el desayuno buffet ofrece una gran variedad de opciones. Me gusta la habitación con vista al mar porque da directamente a las vistas ilimitadas.

At first because of low occupancy but they try to do buffet breakfast for us and the sauna above a year never open but finally they on for us to use and it functions well. Beside sauna have jacuzzi seem dirt on it n long time not been used.

El personal es, en general, educado y amable. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos desde el momento del aparcamiento hasta el registro y durante toda la estancia. La habitación es estupenda. La piscina es bonita. A los niños les encanta. La vista es relajante. La comida es buena. Sobre todo en el lugar donde se alquila una bicicleta, el personal es muy amable y atento. Mi hijo no sabe montar en bicicleta, pero el personal nos ayudó y nos guió con paciencia. ¡Buen trabajo! El paseo en buggy es muy práctico y no hay que caminar mucho. Simplemente quédate y relájate. Sin duda volveremos.

Este es el mejor resort para familias con niños pequeños. Mis niños realmente disfrutan de la piscina infantil y el fácil acceso a la playa. Los padres pueden enfriar en el salón de piscina escuchando la canción de batalla, no demasiado alto para los niños y realmente levantando el humor. Tendrá que visitar de nuevo la próxima vez.

Estado: 2D1N La villa es muy espaciosa, limpia y bien mantenida, y ofrece una combinación perfecta de lujo y confort. El hotel dispone de una piscina privada en el interior. We stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking. However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too. Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid. We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop.
