Tuvimos una estancia estupenda en Residensi KLIA. Necesitábamos un lugar donde pasar la noche durante una larga escala con nuestra familia de tres niños, y este hotel fue perfecto: estaba cerca del aeropuerto, era bonito, limpio y estaba cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. El personal se comunicó muy bien, el wifi funcionaba de maravilla y el aire acondicionado también. Además, pudimos pedir comida fácilmente a través de Grab. Nos pidieron un depósito en efectivo que nos devolvieron inmediatamente al hacer el check-out. Las habitaciones eran tal como se veían en las fotos y tenían todo lo que necesitábamos. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveremos a alojarnos aquí la próxima vez.

However, I was quite disappointed with the room cleanliness. I noticed insects and some spots/stains on the bedsheet and mattress, which was quite unpleasant. Cleanliness is very important for a comfortable stay, so I hope the management can improve their housekeeping standards. Overall, the facilities and location are good, but the cleanliness definitely needs attention.

This hotel is very close to BLUE LAGOON, making swimming very convenient. The facilities are good, the room is well-ventilated, but the shower water is a bit small. This is not our first time at Admiral Cove Avillion however the first Superior room with Seaview (1501); wow with the setting sun view..Love it! Pleasant experience overall. This hotel is children-friendly with good facilities and amenities around as well as good food though mostly open towards the evening but fast food outlets like mcD and Starbucks etc are a drive away at Waterfront City. Our appreciation goes especially to Amy the guest relations assistant and Dalina with their ever smiling demeanor and kind support while attending to us. Somehow our hp couldn't connect outgoing calls but Amy was ever willing to let us use her hp, kudos Amy! Thank you.
