I love the breakfast spread! The room is beautiful! The room servives is excellent.

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

Honestly an outstanding, almost perfect hotel, save for some minor things The good: - amazing gym, with squat rack, bench press, free weights, attached some pictures. It even has lockers and showers. This was perfect on rainy days. - amazing reception and general hotel service, always very helpful and efficient. - best breakfast I've had in all of Central Asia. Think salmon crepes, beef tongues, and a large variety of delicious meals. - clean, comfortable rooms. - great location, with Navat and Fazia restaurants only 300m away. The bad: The restaurant had pretty bad service in my opinion: 1- I called to get room service (which is extensively advertised as 24/7) on day 1, and they hung up on me because I didn't speak to them in their language. There is no other way to order 2- On day 2, I figure I'd give them another chance and personally went there. They kicked me out saying they had to prepare for some party. So overall I never got to try it except for the breakfast. On the flip side this led me to walk to Fazia and Navat, both of which are excellent restaurants.

De hecho, la habitación está relativamente limpia y la ropa de cama también está relativamente limpia. Pero las toallas son un poco duras. La habitación es relativamente pequeña. El cepillo de dientes, el agua y la higiene requieren servicio. No hay instalaciones inteligentes en la habitación. Hay muchos tipos de desayuno, pero los chinos solo pueden comer una cantidad limitada. Sólo puedo comer sobras, huevos, frutas y croissants todos los días. En general, un hotel con un precio tan elevado no se corresponde con el servicio. En general parece un hotel económico recién construido en China. Como mucho son 3 estrellas y media.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Ruhig. Gute Umgebung. Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ist fantastisch und mit schönem Ausblick auf die Berge.

Хороший отель. Чистый номер. Матрасы заменили по требованию на мягкие . В номере прохладно , но стоит обогреватель. Отличные завтраки . Большой бассейн , сауна и хамам отличные. Понравилось качество массажа

Отель открыт в 2026 году, поэтому вся мебель, сантехника и тд новое. Постельное бельё белоснежное, матрас и подушки удобные. На ресепшен приветливые сотрудники. Завтраки нормальные, ходит приветливая девушка и приносит кофе/ чай. Рядом находится супермаркет 24/7. Близко к отелю расположен ТЦ. Главная площадь и др достопримечательности в 15 минутах ходьбы. Отель от души рекомендую!

This was my second stay at the hotel and I would not recommend if you are sensitive to smoke smells. The hotel seems to cater to many Chinese tourists whom seem to smoke quite a bit despite the hotel being non-smoking. Management should try to fix the problem. When we complained; they said there were no more rooms and offered no solution. Only when pushed they claim they would help, which was only an open window, and it did not make a major difference. Also location is sub optimal, you needed a taxi to go anywhere meaningful. Also hotel seems quite dated but basic amenities were there. Simple breakfast.

great service. it's my second time staying this hotel, my wife and daughter came with me, hotel offered an extra bed for free,which should be 25usd. though we didn't need it. really appreciated!!
