Очень чистый и уютный отель. Номер огромный с большой мягкой кроватью. Туалетная комната-выше всяких похвал! Всему персоналу отеля большой РАХМАТ!!! Все наши просьбы были удовлетворены мгновенно. Очень доброжелательная атмосфера. По поводу завтраков-столовая всё таки заточена под китайских туристов. Ходили на завтраки только 2 дня, благо рядом много вкусных и разнообразных мест. Отличное расположение отеля, слаженная и чёткая работа всего персонала. Чистый, просторный номер с ежедневной уборкой. Однозначно, в следующий приезд к вам! Большое спасибо за уютные 7дней в Бишкеке! Aunque está un poco lejos de la ciudad, puedes llegar al centro comercial Bishkek Park en unos 20 minutos en taxi sin atascos. Recomiendo especialmente el spa adjunto al hotel, ¡que es increíble!

El hotel está situado en una ubicación muy céntrica en Bishkek. Cerca hay bancos, museos, tiendas, cafés y restaurantes que sirven diferentes cocinas del mundo. A veces hay problemas con la electricidad y el agua caliente. Internet en general es bueno, pero hay fallas por algún motivo. Está limpio y te dan dos botellas de agua cada día. ¡Lindo!

The place is very comfortable, and easily accessible to the major city sites, stores and restaurants! Breakfast has many options, and their is even a casino inside!

La habitación era grande y tenía todo lo que quería. Tomó un depósito para minibar pero minibar no estaba realmente lleno, que fue extraño- pero el depósito se devolvió. Gran desayuno, hermosa zona de piscina exterior y gimnasio decente

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.
