El entorno general del hotel es bueno, las condiciones de la playa son especialmente excelentes, cerca del marcador de Diane, la ubicación es muy conveniente. Cuando la marea sube por la mañana y por la noche, se puede ver fácilmente el sol saliendo en la playa. El paisaje es muy bueno, y la manzana de desayuno de autobús también es muy bebido. La decoración y la instalación de las habitaciones son realmente un par de años, pero son normales y las instalaciones públicas son relativamente completas. Sólo en esta cómoda y cómoda playa, me gustaría volver a quedarme. Espero que el hotel no tenga grandes decoraciones, pero la hierba se actualizará a tiempo y la experiencia será mejor.

Beautiful setting, but poor value for money Nomad has a beautiful tropical environment, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself feels rather dated, while food, drinks, spa treatments and activities are all quite expensive. In my experience, especially the food quality did not really match the prices. The hotel app was also frustrating, as many activities and dining options were displayed but could not actually be booked through it. The beach is beautiful but public, with frequent approaches from beach boys, so it feels less private than I expected. My main disappointment was the front desk. Trip.com incorrectly showed a 12:00 PM check-out instead of the hotel’s 10:00 AM policy. Trip.com later admitted this was their system error, but I still found the way the front desk handled the situation rather unfriendly and dismissive. Overall, the environment is pleasant and most staff are nice, but at this price point I believe there are better options in Diani with newer facilities, better food and better overall value. For a similar price, I would choose another resort next time.

The construction uniqueness is a breath of fresh air all on its own. The individualism of the rooms/cabins essentuates and hightens the level of privacy and relaxation. Even though it is lined across the coast with various other quality hotels, I still got a sence of a private beach with white sand and breath-taking views. The private pool and the two private jacuzzies either side of the pool with sun lounges also added an exequisite luxurious touch. The FOOD...Oh my God! High quality stuff. Very friendly and welcoming Staff (Elizabeth especially, the waitresses and the bar staff were very kind and accommodating) The room/cabin facilities and layout was the sort of attention to detail i always notice first everywhere i vacation and LalaGalu was exceptional The Monkeys, yes, the monkeys - were more or less part of the 'furniture' during day time - Absolute lovely stuff! TWO-Hotels-in-One (BOXO and Galu) One is a container construction and the other is stand-alone wooden structures - something you won't see anywhere least not everyday. It was not a 5-Star for me, It was a 10-STAR stay for me.

Me alojé muchas veces, hotel muy recomendable. El medio ambiente, el saneamiento y las instalaciones son todos de primera clase. El servicio de la mayoría del personal fue muy bueno. Esta reseña negativa se debe a que el hotel no encontró en el sistema la reserva de una de las tres habitaciones que reservé, a pesar de que les mostré mi reserva. Uno de los miembros del personal de recepción incluso me pidió ver mi historial de pagos. El resultado final es que el hotel finalmente recuperó todos los pedidos en el sistema. Por un error del hotel, tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en este viaje. Siento que es muy grosero que el personal del hotel verifique mi registro de pago cuando ya presenté mi pedido. Espero que la habitación del hotel se disculpe.

I want to congratulate the Chale Island Resort and its team for their impeccable service. Everything was superb. I enjoyed it so much, every day for the past 6 days! Pick up of luggage in a other hotel days before my stay, no problem! Perfect service. Pick up and drop off at the airport, perfectly on time! Service always with a big smile, and always at your service. The room was very clean every day during my stay. Lot's of food or restaurant choice. I enjoyed the wide variety at breakfast. Really an excellent place to rest after an intense safari trip ;-) And what about the views, sunrises, sunsets, you name it, breathtaking... Went diving, so many thanks to my buddy Evans for a great morning of diving around the island... This was the perfect stay to end my adventure in Kenya, a big ASANTE Chale...

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

Unser Aufenthalt war gut, aber einige Sachen müssen verändert werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön direkt am Strand, nur leider kann man nicht wirklich an den Strand gehen, weil dort viele Händler bereits lauern und einen wirklich arg belästigen, um möglichst viel Geld zu machen. Die meisten Gäste bleiben deswegen in der Anlage. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war ruhig und schön gelegen. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und das Essen in den Restaurants war sehr abwechslungsreich und wohl schmeckend. Leider habe ich auch einige Kritikpunkte, der Sportraum ist in einem sehr schlechten und dreckigen Zustand. Ebenso ist der Tennisplatz und das Equipment so stark heruntergekommen, dass es keine Freude macht dort zu spielen. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn ist salzig und hat meine Haut stark geschädigt. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und machen ihren Job gut, aber manche üben ein bisschen Druck aus, um mehr Trinkgeld zu bekommen. Das empfand ich als störend. Wir haben sehr viel Geld für unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt, da möchte ich erwarten, dass die Anlage absolut in Ordnung ist und die Mitarbeiter mich nicht bedrängen, um mehr Trinkgeld zu erhalten. Es sollte auch mehr durchgegriffen werden, was das füttern der Affen und Bushbabys betrifft. Die Affen sind eine Plage zu den Essenszeiten und werden fleißig von Gästen gefüttert, was die Lage verschlimmert. Mal abgesehen vom Tierwohl, werden die Tiere so immer fordernder, öffnen Taschen, kommen ins Zimmer durch die Fenster, immer auf der Suche nach etwas zu fressen.

不知道為什麼完全沒人提到備品簡陋這件事，比如沒有一次性拖鞋，水也是保温壺裝着的沒有一次性的瓶裝飲用水，到了晚上如果超過12點洗澡水會變冷，要放水十幾分鍾才有熱水。不知道是不是整個蒙巴薩的酒店水過濾系統都一坨屎，水超級無敵鹹，跟海水直接飲用沒什麼區別，連服務員都説刷牙最好用純凈水。 因為一價全包，所以酒店基本都是歐美人多，我們住那兩天一箇中國人都沒看見，吃的也就那樣和別的酒店差不多，其實在蒙巴薩還是不建議這種包餐的，因為外面餐廳可以吃海鮮更好吃。唯一好處就是酒水免費，哪怕雞尾酒也是免費，所以很多歐美人喜歡在那喝酒。晚上也有表演節目。

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

I've had a great stay in Safari hotel! There was a bit of a problem with my reservation but they took care of it the best way possible. The whole staff treated me like a family member. They were super helpful for anything I'd need. Special thanks to Jackson who really took care of me making sure it was alright. Thank you guys and I hope to see you all again!!!
