Un hotel muy al estilo americano; suena música americana por todas partes. El desayuno también es predominantemente americano, ¡lo cual es fantástico! ¡Me encanta la comida americana! 😆 Una ventaja del baño es que tiene ducha, ¡perfecto para quienes no les gustan las bañeras!

The hotel is stylish, though on the pricier side. The room is spacious, and I especially liked the Bluetooth speaker, which allowed us to play our own music. The bathtub, along with the provided bath salts, added a nice spa-like touch. However, there’s no water dispenser, and even small bottles of water come at an extra charge (100 yen). The pillows were quite small and not very comfortable, which made it harder to get a good night’s sleep. The location is also a bit far from the station, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling with luggage or heavy bags.

Excellent! they will clean the rubbish and give you clean towels every other day. The spa onsen is artificial though, but giving you a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy. It is quite surprising that we can access all of the amenities in this hotel with this price. Most of all, you can enjoy the view of the sparkling star outside.

Pictures advertised don’t match up to what was received, filled in a booking for 2 adults and a child however the room was not made up in accordance to the picture showing 3 beds in the advertisement. When we asked they required a payment for this. When told they were misleading they very firmly advised “thank you for understanding. Sorry if you want the extra bed you have to pay” After reaching out to trip.com customer service they asked us to pay for the bed and would reimburse us. Bed was eventually made on our second day when it was previously a sofa. Hotel was unremarkable apart from being perfectly located in Nagoya station complex.

Location is great, the view is amazing, there arent much facilities in the hotel, but the shopping mall below the hotel has everything you need, and the food there was good, but there are only 2 escalator can get to the ground floor from the hotel, quite time consuming, but overall still recommended

This is the best hotel I have been to in Nagoya. Location is 100%, right above all major railways and such a life saver for tourists in the most ‘maze-like’ Nagoya station. It is wonderfully connected by express lift, and the staff pays attention to details. I left my credit card in a shop, while panicking the reception staff helped me with phone calls and follow up and managed to retrieve my card back. I will definitely recommend this to everyone travelling in Nagoya.

A fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.
