room is very comfortable, all amenities provided, breakfast has a variety of choices, check out time at 12:00 is a plus, staff at day time are very helpful, staff at night time gave us an attitude which felt surprised to encounter under the Marriott name, convenient store & Donki just across the street, convenient location to go around the city

I would have given an Excellent rating if not for their poor wifi connection. We did not have wifi for both of our room for most part of our 4 days stay due to their ”technical” issue. I find it amazing that this problem was not even resolved within 1-2 days. However, the layout and cleanliness was excellent. Room was huge and squarish with separate shower and toilet. The washing area was like an island top separated out from the bed area and it was spacious. The hotel is about 10min walk from Nagoya station and you will walk past Yanagibashi Central Market.

It was wonderful stay in Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. The building is not new and the room isn’t new but everything is good for our stay. We enjoyed Western and Japanese breakfasts during our stay. One thing that impressed us is that the hotel started breakfast at 4 am in the Nagoya marathon day.. So, it wasn’t expected. Thank you for the hotel. The room service menus are typical Nagoya specialties. Even though the food prices were a bit high, we had to order the foods because we couldn’t walk around after marathon running.

Le habría dado 5 estrellas de no ser por el ruido de los trenes. Aun así, recomiendo a quienes no les guste el ruido que se alojen en el hotel. El ruido es bastante soportable y fue sorprendentemente terapéutico ver el Shinkansen y los trenes locales desde mi piso (planta 23). La ubicación es privilegiada, ya que está justo encima de Takashimaya, Uniqlo, GU y cerca de la estación JR, el metro y el AirPort Express. Opté por el desayuno y disfruté de la variedad que ofrecía. Sin olvidar que me permitieron guardar mi equipaje durante 3 noches antes de mi estancia. ¡Me encanta su flexibilidad!

Fue una estancia agradable. Alquilamos una habitación triple, ya que tenemos un hijo adulto joven. La habitación del hotel debe ser amplia y cómoda, ya que las tiendas de Nagoya cierran entre las 19:00 y las 20:00, y este hotel sin duda cumple con la descripción. El baño tiene una curiosa puerta magnética que da acceso al inodoro y a la ducha. Se proporciona cepillo de dientes, peine, sales de baño (en mi habitación hay bañera) e incluso una toalla. Lo que más nos gustó fueron sus almohadas. De buena calidad. El único inconveniente es que las persianas, tanto de día como de noche, no aíslan totalmente el sol de la mañana, ya que los laterales aún pueden recibir luz y aquí el sol sale bastante temprano. Un hotel muy práctico.

I do love the hotel. Spacious room, stylist. The staff was very nice. Convenient location and service are very attentive. The reasons I didn’t give five stars as the followings: 1) the room was clean on the surface only, for example the back of plate didn’t clean and I found my others leftover behind the sink 2) no options to purchase the cake they served 3) the facilities are not for kids under 16y

We had a great stay at Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel with our family and really enjoyed our time there. The location is hard to beat — it's right above Nagoya Station and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, department stores, and shopping malls. It made everything so easy, whether we were heading out for sightseeing, grabbing a quick meal, or doing a bit of shopping. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after a busy day exploring Nagoya. The hotel itself was very well maintained, and everything felt clean and welcoming throughout our stay. The staff were also great — friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The only small downside was the parking, which was a little confusing to figure out at first. Some clearer directions for hotel guests would make the experience even smoother. Other than that, everything was excellent. Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and lots of dining and shopping options right at your doorstep. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Nagoya! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐

¡Una estancia absolutamente increíble con Indigo! ¡Superó mis expectativas! Reservé el Hotel Indigo para una excursión de un día a Shirakawa-go, pero lamentablemente mi viaje se canceló inesperadamente. #1. Ubicación: Llegué a la estación de Nagoya desde la estación de Tokio en tren bala (1 hora y 50 minutos) y cambié al metro hasta la estación de Inuyama (40 minutos) en un tren exprés de primera clase. Desde allí, tomé un taxi al hotel (unos 12 minutos en coche y 25-30 minutos a pie). #2. Este hotel tiene una ubicación muy agradable, a 2 minutos del lago y a 5 minutos del castillo de Inuyama. Si te gusta una escapada tranquila, esta es la mejor opción. #3. Experiencia de llegada: Salida muy rápida y sin contratiempos. Me sorprendió que el hotel no pidiera depósito ni garantía con tarjeta de crédito. Me asignaron la habitación 426 en la 4.ª planta. #4 Tamaño de la habitación: Habitación súper espaciosa (más grande que la del Conrad Tokyo). Cama king size, colchón, almohadas y mantas muy cómodas y suaves, y dormí muy bien hasta las 9:00 o 10:00 todas las mañanas. Cuenta con ducha independiente, lavabo, inodoro y lavabo, ideal para parejas (privacidad) o para quienes viajan solos. Cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias, como minibar y cafetera. #5. Tienen un bonito y amplio baño termal ”Onsen” interior/exterior que disfruto todas las noches. Es gratuito. #6. Se proporciona ropa para el Onsen en la habitación.

Although this is an old hotel but I would say it is much better than many new 4 star hotel in term of room amenities and cleanliness. Especially the free drinking lounge at the firth floor which is huge, quiet and clean. Furthermore there is direct limousine bus to this hotel from Nagoya International Airport. Location wise it's just 400m from Fushimi station and this make it easy to travel to most of the tourist attractions. The only downside is the room we booked is a bit too small for 3 adults with 2 medium luggage. I will highly recommended this hotel for those who plan to visit Nagoya!
