Hoteles con Gimnasios en Provincia de Teherán, Irán

It was nice staying there, I booked for 7 nights but I only stay there for 4 nights, due to the tension there. So, I go back to UAE urgently because I'm afraid they might cancel all the flights. I tried to request for refund for the remaining days but to no avail.

Un hotel de 5 estrellas en Irán. Muy buen servicio, muy cerca del centro de exposiciones. El desayuno es muy completo. Hay un restaurante iraní al lado, y los platos se adaptan más al gusto chino. El único inconveniente es que el gimnasio no abre todos los días, ni por la mañana ni por la noche, solo en horario laboral. Y tiene un cargo adicional.

La habitación estaba bien, sólo vieja. Las instalaciones son decentes en todos los aspectos, pero son bastante antiguas, y recuerdan a cómo era China en los años 1990. El saneamiento y el servicio son buenos y hay dos botellas grandes de agua mineral al día. Es que el servicio en el restaurante es un poco confuso, llegamos a las 6 de la tarde y tuvieron que esperar hasta las 7 de la tarde para abrir.

We reached early in the morning it was our first time in iran ever we decided to ask your staff early checkin he denied right away on my face which i completely understand hotel booking was for 2 days however we were so terribly tired my mom slept on sofa she couldn’t hold it at the reception i asked them i can pay extra i can even pay for one more day please just let us, We had alot of bad experiences from tehran airport till your hotel But after reaching hotel we had a hope to get better once we sleep but we were asked to wait for long which i understand again, But your staff at the hotel i swear literally i could feel no humanity least bothered people my felt so so so helpless they were not even looking at us I myself work in customer service been 7 years until i travelled around world but never have i ever had this bad experience and scamming, Somehow i begged your staff please let us rest we are really not feeling well my mom is sleeping there everyone is coming and looking at her being her son it was so devastating, Somehow we got our room we were trying to sleep ac wasn’t working properly in room my have heart problem, Due to alot of things happening to us she said she is not able to breathe because we didn’t rest that much decided to go and eat something we came back my mom wasn’t feel well again until we decided to leave the country same day , We packed our stuff and went downstairs asked your staff we would like to check out she said wait she made us wait for so long for no reason i kept asking almost felt like crying that what did we do please give us our passport we want to leave this country and never return, by the i was waiting there earlier that in your hotel there is taxi service one guy sits there i asked him i have this much of money i need to airport how much money do you think i need he took my money and said this is how much money you need 8 notes of 50000. But when we were leaving one of your staff at the hotel approached me i will help you with texi and took my bag i felt ok there is sign of humanity atleast, I had 16 notes of 50000 left in my pocket before sitting i asked this hotel guy how much i have to pay him this is how much money i have he took my whole money and said you have to pay all if it i was surprised and shocked said guy inside earlier told me you will have to pay 8 notes only why i have to pay 16 notes He was like driving is saying so we cannot helo i was like ok take i gave all money to driver my mom started crying and said see how they scammed us he took few notes from that gave it to your hotel staff and both were smiling, My mom literally cried till we reached airport saying we never been this bad to anyone imagine coming to country to and leaving same day just because no sign of humanity was seen I pray for your this country and people from this country gets better Thankyou for your best service And thank your entire hotel staff from our side for being this nice to their customers I pray that I never get chance to see them again even my mistake Especially the guy who was there very early morning i hope we don’t see him ever again, I have alot to write but i myself working in customer service i know me letting my heart out here would not make any difference to your staff And one last thing this was 78th country to travel so far i have never left any country same day spending so much of money and leaving same day was literally so bad They could see me my mom falling apart but none of your staff approached us or while checking out none of them bothered to ask us didn’t you check in this morning you already leaving is everything ok in your room or any kind of communication I feel like writing so much but i better stop my self here and pray no one son in this world go through the same pain that i have been by looking at my mom seeing her suffering Thankyou once again

Hemos tenido un tiempo maravilloso y una oportunidad maravillosa de alojarnos en Espinas Palace Hotel, uno de los hoteles más lujosos y elegantes de Teherán. El hotel está ubicado en el norte de la ciudad, con una vista impresionante de las montañas y el horizonte. El vestíbulo es magnífico, con una gran escalera y una hermosa lámpara de araña. El personal es muy amable y servicial, y me hicieron sentir bienvenido y mimado. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, con una cama tamaño king, un sofá, un escritorio y un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño era moderno y limpio, con bañera, ducha y artículos de tocador. La habitación también tenía un balcón, donde podía disfrutar del aire fresco y del paisaje. El hotel ofrece conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, que fue rápida y confiable. El hotel dispone de varios restaurantes y cafeterías, donde podremos degustar diferentes platos y bebidas. Nos gustó especialmente el restaurante Laton, que sirve platos iraníes internacionales y modernos. La comida era deliciosa y bien presentada, y el servicio atento y profesional. El Sunset Cafe también fue un gran lugar para relajarse y tomar un refrigerio o una bebida. La cafetería tiene una zona para sentarse al aire libre, donde podemos contemplar la puesta de sol sobre la ciudad. El hotel también cuenta con un gimnasio, un spa, una piscina y un centro de negocios. Utilizábamos el gimnasio todas las mañanas, que contaba con equipos y entrenadores modernos. El spa era muy relajante y relajante, con una variedad de tratamientos y masajes. La piscina era grande y limpia, con tumbonas y toallas. El centro de negocios estaba bien equipado y era conveniente, con computadoras, impresoras y escáneres. Ventajas: El precio es muy alto y hay otros hoteles detrás del mismo precio, es mucho menos como Xi Moo. La habitación es muy limpia, aunque no muy grande, pero 2 personas son suficientes. El desayuno del hotel es bastante rico y la variedad de alimentos que puede elegir es realmente mucho! Deficiencia: ¡Un poco lejos de la estación de metro, caminar a la estación de metro por unos 15 minutos!

Al lado del aeropuerto Imam, Remis y Lexan están conectados. El ambiente del hotel es bueno, el vestíbulo es muy luminoso y espacioso, la habitación es relativamente pequeña, el desayuno es normal y es principalmente conveniente para los traslados.

We were somewhat dissatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we asked for an early check-in, and the hotel allowed us to check in early without mentioning that it would cost €40. After we were already in the room, a staff member told us to go back to the reception, where we were informed that we either had to pay €40 for the early check-in or give up the second night of our stay—which had already been paid for in advance. We reluctantly agreed to this, but we were unhappy with how it was handled. Then, during check-out, they tried to charge us the €40 anyway. After a long discussion and the involvement of multiple staff members, they finally let us leave without paying the early check-in fee, as they had already taken away our second night. This is not acceptable. Guests should be clearly informed of any extra charges at the time of check-in—not surprised afterward and put under pressure. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and disappointing.
