La habitación está bien, aunque un poco vieja. Las instalaciones son suficientes para un hotel de negocios. Sin embargo, el desayuno es un poco decepcionante debido a sal (durante mi tiempo de visita), pero el ambiente para el desayuno es bueno. La ubicación del hotel es también buena para los amantes de la comida de la calle.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

El hotel es muy antiguo y no tiene ninguna medida de seguridad. El desayuno es por debajo del estándar no espera mucho. El spa es genial. Buena para el relex.

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

Over sudah sangat baik, namun Fasiltas area merokok tamu yang perlu jadi perhatian fihak Management dan Pengelola Hotel agar bisa di improve, terutama area restorant saat sarapan dan lorong koridor lantai room non smoking yang tercium bau asap rokok.

the room is clean, the bathroom is decent, the air conditioner is very cold, the TV is a smart TV

location is strategic, close to shopping centers and renowned dining places. the room i stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of food options served. overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay🫰🏻🫰🏻

Room was good with reasonable price. no mini fridge in the room as clarify in advertisement.
