Just had a pleasant stay at Dafam Hotel in Pekanbaru, Indonesia for 6 days. One of the things I loved most was the spacious room; plenty of space to move around and relax. The wide window gave me a stunning view of the city, including a clear shot of the iconic bridge, with no tall buildings blocking the view. It felt open and peaceful. The location is super convenient; just across the road there’s an Indomaret for all your quick needs, and I found a few coffee shops nearby serving really good brews (yes, coffee lovers, you’ll be happy here). On top of that, the hotel staff were wonderful; always helpful and ready to assist with anything I needed during my stay. Overall, Dafam Hotel offered a comfortable, scenic, and convenient stay. Would definitely come back to Dafam Pekanbaru

The hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

Service was efficient—staff members were attentive and quick to assist with any request. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips. The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

Es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel con mi familia para una boda. La ubicación es excelente, aunque está en la avenida principal, donde suele haber mucho tráfico. ¡Tomar un Grab es una opción imprescindible! El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial. Para mejorar, el hotel necesita modernizar y pulir algunos muebles y equipos para que resulte más atractivo para los turistas.
