Great location and the location has beautiful view. Such a good place to get a rest after a long day. Recommended place, but please change the bedsheets regularly, thank you.

Here are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top.

Buenas instalaciones con playground y piscina. Excelente para la salida familiar. Breakfast with a lot of variety.

La ubicación es fácil de encontrar porque está al lado de JavaMall. Aparcar un coche requiere bastante esfuerzo y el carril es un poco estrecho. El menú de comida es bastante variado. La limpieza de las habitaciones del hotel también es bastante limpia con aire acondicionado adecuado. Resulta que las habitaciones para no fumadores son bastante limitadas, por lo que no podrás conseguir la habitación que solicitaste.

I love this hotel so much, the staff are amazing and helpfull, the bed and pillow are really comfy. The room accros mine at 10pm was open their talked loudly and i complained to front desk,and the staff immediately asked them to closed their doors so i can sleep, thank you ciputra hotel.. and the location also the best

En general, es una agradable experiencia de estadía en LK Pandanaran. Sin duda me gustaría pagar por el dinero que me queda aquí. Lo que puedo ofrecer aquí es áreas para la mejora del Hotel Operator. Había un ligero fuga en el conector de cabeza de ducha. El menú de desayuno necesita más variedad que auto repetir diariamente, y la frescura de la salada/verde puede mejorarse. Todo no es un rompecabezas. Situación, limpieza, servicio, instalaciones - son todas buenas. Repetiría mi estancia aquí la próxima vez.

Very good hotel! I would come again. Great location, and great service. Morning breakfast offers varied options as well. Room was big with comfortable bed and pillows. However, it is not perfect. I suggest the hotel management to do deep and chemical washing of the toilets. My room toilet looks grimy and the grout was yellow and dirty. Better care need to be looked into. As for the location, it definitely in a good location. However, it is not a tall hotel with only 5 levels. Hence you will be able to hear the sounds from the road, as well as calls to prayers (as early as 4am). Also, the hotel is next to a big field, and hosted some events. At 6am, they were hosting some exercise group and their microphone was loud. It was not a good nights sleep. Suggestion for the hotel to upgrade and insulate the windows. All in all, I would come back again though. Hope to see many upgrades in the future.

Kamar deluxe ada di lantai 2 bangunan seperti rumah di cluster dg naik tangga biasa. Saya dapat kamar paling ujung no 256 . Pulang malam gelap sekali agak menyeramkan Krn banyak pohon-pohon besar dan lampu penerangannya kurang terang. Samping bath up tidak ada pembatas kaca sehingga kl mandi air nyebar bisa kena handuk jg lantai jadi basah dimana mana
