The hotel is nice, the rooms are big, the mattresses are soft, and the facilities are very good for families, there is a children's playground and a swimming pool. I personally don't like the parking location because it's quite narrow and initially quite confusing. I also dislike the breakfast because the food options are very few. maybe for the next order I will not include breakfast. Very good and strategic location.

Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to other travelers. One of the biggest advantages was its excellent location, as it is directly connected to a shopping mall. This made it extremely convenient to enjoy shopping, dining, and other services without having to travel far. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. El hotel era muy limpio! La arquitectura es hermosa con una combinación negra y blanca de color y una estructura elegante minimalista. El servicio fue sorprendente! El personal también es muy amable y útil! ¡Puedo decir con confianza que es una de las mejores 4 estrellas en semarang, y merece ser en la lista de 4 estrellas selecciona!

Como se ha mencionado en mi anterior revisión, el hotel mañana ofrece una excelente experiencia y unas instalaciones de envejecimiento. La estancia fue buena la comida fue sorprendente, pero tengo que decir que en la clase de cuatro estrellas del hotel en el centro de la mismarang hay muchas otras opciones, así que siente libre de ver a los primeros pero no deje el nuevotel completamente fuera de su lista.

Alila is a nice hotel , but being a city hotel lacks the personal touch . A personal request made at the time of booking from my husband was ignored, which was disappointing. Aside from waiting 1 hour for our luggage to be delivered to the room and the front desk not responding to an enquiry to pay a room upgrade. The hairdryer is so sad for 5star hotel, i hope you change it. It’s works but it very difficult to use, even when you put up the hairdryer is off, so basically you only can dry the front hair. Modern hotel should have modern amenities as well. Too tired to raise a complaint so i just leave it there. everything was ok. Breakfast is good 👍 Most of the staff is friendly. Is not bad but not that good .

Este hotel en Semarang es realmente uno de los mejores! Tiene una fantástica gimnasia y una variedad de restaurantes grandes. El personal siempre es amigable, sonriente, y lleno de felicidad, haciendo su estancia aún más agradable.

Nos alojamos 4 días en este hotel (del 28 de diciembre de 2023 al 1 de enero de 2024). 1. El segundo día antes de irme, le pedí a la recepcionista que le dijera al servicio de limpieza que limpiara nuestra habitación, y también me quejé de que el baño de nuestra otra habitación (reservé 2 habitaciones) siempre estaba inundado de agua. Cuando regresamos al hotel a las 10 p.m. Parece que nuestro baño no ha sido limpiado, parece que solo han cambiado las toallas. Vi que la toalla estaba rota y descolorida, y que la ducha todavía estaba inundada de agua cuando me duché. Después de volver a quejarme con la recepcionista, vino el técnico a arreglarlo, y a las 23.15 vino también la ama de llaves a limpiar el baño. 2. El cuarto día por la mañana, también nos quejamos con la recepcionista de que el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación 129 no estaba frío, pero no vino ningún técnico. Hasta las 3 de la madrugada no pudimos soportarlo porque en nuestra habitación hacía mucho calor y pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación. Pero la recepcionista tantas excusas, y no fue hasta las 4 de la madrugada que nos dieron otra habitación. Esto es muy malo porque no pudimos dormir en toda la noche del 31 de diciembre de 2023 al 1 de enero de 2024 a las 4 am. Debido a esos problemas, le pedí al hotel que nos reembolsara el pago del cuarto día porque no pudimos dormir bien debido al mal servicio.

This is my third time staying at Metro Park View and the experience was very good as always. The staff were kind enough to allow me to check in after 12 pm without having to wait until 2 pm because the room was already ready. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade which was really appreciated. The service throughout the stay was excellent. The staff were friendly helpful and professional. Since I stayed during Ramadan the sahur breakfast was also very good with a nice selection of food and everything prepared well and on time. It made the early morning meal comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean comfortable and well maintained which made it easy to rest after a long day outside. Overall the hotel atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. The location is another big advantage. There is a Ramadan bazaar right next door which is very convenient during the fasting month. Around the hotel there are also many cafes and places to eat so it is easy to find food or just relax outside. Honestly I cannot think of any complaints or negative points about this stay. Everything was smooth and pleasant. If you are visiting Semarang I would definitely recommend booking this hotel.
