Природа,погода и сам отель понравились настолько,что мы продлили проживание в нем-и не пожалели!Завтраки,СПА центр и такой чистоты и дошеаногр отношения вы в Бакуриани не найдете.За четыре дополнительных дня мы объехали все окрестности,детские парки,изучили узкоколейку Кукушка и поднялись на вершину посмотрели Бакуриани с высоты птичьего полета

The hotel is definitely the best option in Borjomi. Among the strong sides of the facility I can highlight really good breakfast with lots of fresh and tasty options, fruits, desserts and egg varieties. Also, I really enjoyed the pool and spa, variety of saunas and everything was clean and tidy. But there were some flaws unfortunately: the hotel didn’t provide the bed I requested, the room was quite old and tired with air conditioning barely working. And finally, the bath robe was dirty. But can recommend anyway.

We booked this hotel for the first time through Trip.com. The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child. It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby. Check-in is only after 3 p.m., and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass. This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil. Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty. Also, body lotion and some toiletries are not provided unless you ask the cleaning staff directly. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and quality for a 5-star hotel.

房間設施少了點，住的房間沒有電視，不過總體來説酒店外邊環境很不錯，游泳池也很不錯，可以看到石頭城，推薦

Чудесный отель в историческом здании, полностью навевает атмосферу 19 века, рядом центральная улица и парк с бюветом. Завтраки выше всяких похвал, дополнительно в отеле есть спа (включен в стоимость), который тоже стоит обязательно посетить. Останавливались в день рождения, сделали приятный подарок в виде бутылочки вина ❤️🍷

Это конечно не 5 звезд. Очень маленький номер. Очень холодно. Очень сильно пахло постоянно неприятно. Отдельный большой бонус-спа. Это да. Но для такого маленького города неоправданно дорогой отель. Без вида на крепость.

Tuve un problema cuando me ingresé, donde la reserva previamente pagada no se identificó a través de Trip.com, y el hotel insistió que su reserva autorizada se hizo sólo a través de la aplicación de reserva. Después de varios intentos, se llevó unos 20 minutos, la reserva finalmente se encontró. También me di cuenta de que todas las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, por lo que se recomienda comprobar el tiempo antes de reservar, porque la ubicación depende en gran medida de la atmósfera. Había un olor de humo que vino de la próxima honor de la habitación, y algunos prisioneros parecen usarlo para fumar, lo que me obligó a abrir las ventanas para ventilar la habitación. Las condiciones del hotel son muy estrictas y las multas son sobreestimadas; hay una multa fumadora en el cuarto y también un retraso en el registro de salida después de las 12:00. Una experiencia de tamaño medio en general, y espero que la gestión mejore el sistema de recepción.
