The hotel needs renovation and food quality needs improvement, in addition to, there were no variety at all for the drinks menu on the beach , the pool and the lobby. When we ask even for hot drinks nothing except black tea , anise and coffee , and for fresh juices 2 or three items and that is it .

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

I highly recommend this resort for a family stay. The team is very friendly and welcoming. The sandy beach, wide variety of food, and beautiful green areas are big plus points. A golf cart is available to assist with distances, and a shuttle (taftaf) runs every 15 minutes to and from the beach. Housekeeping is excellent and consistently maintains a high standard.

El lugar es tan bonito, la habitación es tan bonita, la habitación es tan limpia, la comida es tan limpia, el mar es arena, no hay rocas, y nos hemos disfrutado tanto, y todos los mundos sin excepción son muy, muy colaborativos.

The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. My only reservation is regarding the food—it falls short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing, leaving us feeling bloated and requiring digestion aids afterward.

Location is very good from Cairo ~1:15 hours. Sea water is shallow and boring for swimming. Staff are super friendly (special thanks to Mr Mohamed, the resturant manager). Facility is clean and prestigious but with few resources (one swimming pool, and one resturant). Service is very good. Nearby supermarket, but pharmacy is faraway. Not very friendly for baby strollers/wheelchairs.

La struttura sarebbe da rinnovare, cosa che stavano facendo parzialmente quando ero lì. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Si può arrivare dal Cairo con un autobus e quindi è comodo per chi non ha l'auto come me.

La habitación es muy grande, el equipo es relativamente viejo y sencillo. El desayuno y la cena son buenos. El hotel es de todos los habitantes locales, muy amigable, hay una organización de actividades por la noche, muy bien. El día siguiente, nuestros hijos se han enfermado y han causado fiebre. El hotel y los médicos han recibido medicinas gratuitas. También nos han presentado los hospitales del Cairo. Muchas gracias. En El Cairo, no nos preocupamos, también fuimos al hospital para ver. Los médicos del hospital aceptaron el diagnóstico y el uso de medicamentos por los médicos del hotel. ¡Los niños se recuperan completamente el día siguiente, ¡muchas gracias! Por cierto, ni los médicos del hotel ni del Cairo nos discriminan porque somos chinos, ni siquiera nos ponen a la boca deliberadamente, ni siquiera aceptan nuestras exigencias de inspección del virus, que es difícil de apreciar en este nuevo período de terror de la epidemia coronaria. ¡Muchas gracias! Tomé muchas fotos del hotel muy bonitas y no puedo cargarlas de alguna manera. Ver si puedes cargarlas después de volver a casa. Muy recomendado el hotel, el desayuno no es caro.

El hotel nuevo abierto, con campo de golf, piscina, etc., es el estilo de decoración más recientemente popular. La zona de la habitación es grande y el cuarto de ropa separado. El desayuno también es muy delicioso, y me comí una fruta de la leche blanca madura ～ por primera vez que me siento deliciosa 😋. Los servicios de recepción, habitaciones y salones están bien, y el personal del club de golf está vestido.
