El hotel está bien, pero la electricidad sigue cortando Me quedé en total 3 noches y la electricidad se desconectó 3 veces El segundo día se apresuró por casi 3 horas. Por lo tanto, la gestión del hotel no ofreció ni una compensación ni siquiera por esto y sigue diciendo que no es del lado del hotel !!! A pesar de que el gobierno dice que los hoteles tienen excepciones al plan de ahorro de energía. También cómo es posible que el hotel 4 estrellas no tiene generadores!!! Muchas otras cosas buenas sobre el hotel pero no puede mencionarlo debido a que esta cuestión es tan frustrante El hotel es agradable para las familias El equipo de animación está bien a pesar de los limitados presupuestos que tienen. La variedad de alimentos es sorprendentemente grande en el restaurante principal Condiciones de la habitación está bastante cansada

From Reception experience to our journey in staying there, the place is amazing as usual and the staff like Joseph and Sameh in the reception to the chefs with their amazing food and great smiles while serving it. Not my 1st time there and definitely not the last.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en zorgt ervoor dat je je meteen welkom voelt. Het eten is echt super lekker en maakt elke dag weer een feestje. En dan de locatie, zo dichtbij het strand – ideaal om elk moment van de dag te genieten. Echt een aanrader!

I recently stayed at Porto Sokhna. On a positive note, the service was good and the staff was helpful. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to several issues: Location: The unit was quite far from the beach. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was below expectations and needs serious improvement. Noise: The central AC units were very loud and disturbing, especially at night. Furniture & Maintenance: The furniture condition was poor. The sofa bed was broken and wouldn't open properly, and the wardrobe was loose/falling apart. Overall, while the staff does a good job, the management needs to focus on room maintenance and hygiene before I could consider staying here again.

The food lacks variety, and its quality does not justify the price. There is also a need for improvement in pest control, particularly organic solutions for flies. More attention to these areas would enhance the overall experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Superior Room has very small Balcony and very tide view, The Beach is faraway, you need 10 mints walk or to use golf car for the beach, Mr. Mohamed Khalifa (i think) was very helpful at check out

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.
