Lovely hotel but would really benefit from being updated. No air-conditioning, although pushing my luck, a mini fridge would be a huge benefit for patrons as well... Beautiful location, lovely area, will return, but please clean the windows so I can see out of them!

I really had a pleasant stay. Everything about the hotel was relaxing and although I didn’t sleep well (due to being in a different bed to my own) there was nothing I could complain about. Staff were great, breakfast was ok (selection of cooked breakfast, pastries, toast,cereals & fruit) and you’re greeted with that famous cookie! :)

Arrived quite late but check in was fast. Gentleman at the desk was lovely, sorted out my parking for me and made sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was decent. Was a lovely size and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The only issue i had was unfortunately being placed next door to inconsiderate guests who were borderline antisocial right into the very early hours. Had this not been the case I would have slept very well. I’ll definitely be looking to book and stay again in the near future.

My wife and I stayed for three nights to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay was exceptional and especially all the staff who couldn't do enough for us and with a smile and good humour. The service was spot on as was the food in the restaurant, we ate there on all three nights and enjoyed top cuisine, wines and beers. A special touch was the 'Happy Anniversary' slate with a couple of coconut ice sweets! The breakfasts were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, although we found the bacon just slightly tough but totally edible. Superb poached eggs! As a comment fresh fish would have been a nice addition at breakfast although smoked salmon was available. The bed was very comfortable and the room spotless and with most of the facilities one would expect. It would have been helpful to have a non-slip mat for the bath as well as a grab handle for safety. Also soap dispensers next the shower would have been helpful. As the summer is extremely hot (2026) air conditioning was very welcome! The spa facilities were lovely too!

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

Pasó una noche. El hotel de 87 años era más viejo. No sé por qué, no hay muchos huéspedes claros, la recepción nos da una habitación negativa en el primer piso, la vista general, si se da la habitación arriba, es bueno. El hotel tiene una piscina interior, no hay ventanas, no hay mucha gente. Hay un enorme campo de ejercicios de golf al aire libre. Está bien para los huéspedes de golf.

El hotel es un poco fechado, pero por el precio que pagamos, fue un buen precio. En términos de ubicación, fue genial para nosotros como nos invitamos en un boda en el Castillo de Leeds y este hotel estaba literalmente alrededor del rincón. El personal era amigable y útil. Nos dijeron que era muy agradable, especialmente la piscina. En el cuarto de baño, el agua es muy grande, y el agua es muy grande. La habitación estaba bien en cuanto a limpieza, algunas zonas perdidas y insectos muertos que podrían haber entrado por las grandes ventanas. En general, nos alegramos de nuestra estadía y lo recomendaríamos.

This is a lovely hotel with extremely spacious rooms and en suites. The Orangerie dining room has a lovely outlook onto the peaceful grounds. Although we didn't have an evening meal there, we did enjoy the breakfast. The staff were extremely accommodating with our delightful little son/grandson of ten months and deserve praise for their hospitality. We were there for a wedding at the nearby Beacon Hotel (four minute drive or 20 minite walk with a pram) so it was incredibly convenient. As its a spa hotel, I felt obliged (!) to have a wonderful massage which although £110 was well worth it! A 20 minute walk takes you to the charming Pantiles area of Tonbridge Wells which had lots of eateries and was very unusual - quite unexpected. Everything about the hotel was great value. It could do with slightly updating in decor but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Tuve una buena estadía en esta propiedad. El edificio parecía histórico, pero dentro de las habitaciones, la renovación y el equipamiento eran modernos y estaban limpios. Me hospedé en la habitación 15, que era una de las habitaciones más pequeñas y me pareció un poco apretada. Después de haberme hospedado en tantas propiedades que requerían una tarifa de estacionamiento de £10 a £15 por noche, realmente aprecié que haya estacionamiento gratuito en la calle justo frente a la propiedad hasta las 8 a. m., o estacionamiento fuera del establecimiento (que no está demasiado lejos) hasta las 11:30 a. m.
