I arrived here from Manchester on Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day we had planned our check out, I travelled with my husband and my baby. We had many plans for Christmas however this took a turn. My baby was crawling in the room & one of the legs of the table fell on top on her as it was just holding on and the leg of the table was not screwed on properly. We spent our Christmas in the hospital watching over our baby.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for rest. The rooms were surprisingly big, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and clean. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind. I’d definitely stay here again.

Front house staff at check in and out was lovely. Had to wait on someone for the bar a few times. Coffee was so bitter and strong in the morning I couldn't drink it.

We had a lovely and peaceful weekend at this hotel. One of the best places not far from busy Edinburgh to enjoy a day together with the family. The service is outstanding, and the staff is polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the SPA area with the warm swimming pool and sauna. We will definitely come back to get some relaxation in this place.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Spacious room. Gym was large. Outside exercise area for pickle ball & basketball.

Un hotel muy bajo en el tono, no es muy bueno encontrarlo. Tenga cuidado con el barrio escocés 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 en la puerta de la tienda, y las escaleras tienen una señal con el nombre del hotel, olvide qué cara es específica y puede prestar atención. Del tren, puedes tomar el autobús local a la estación de automóviles de San Ano o más cerca de la estación de Grannie Clarks Wynd, el hotel está al otro lado de la carretera.
