UUsuario invitadoPara ver VAC, el hotel está frente al parque Luogang. Es muy conveniente caminar y hay muchos lugares para pasar el rato y comer. El hotel es muy nuevo y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Es bastante satisfactorio solo para ver el espectáculo, pero los alrededores aún no se han desarrollado, no hay muchas otras tiendas y la comida para llevar está relativamente lejos.
El check-in es muy rápido, solo 1 minuto como máximo. La señora de la recepción preparó cuidadosamente souvenirs, una pequeña bolsa de fruta y una caja de macarons. Cogí el tren de alta velocidad a la mañana siguiente y desayuné en el hotel. No había muchos estilos, pero era pequeño y refinado. Yo mismo agregué los fideos y la carne estaba muy sólida.
En general, estoy muy satisfecho y volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

UUsuario invitadoOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel.
The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right).
While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly).
We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking.
Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later.
I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever.
Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure.
Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience.
The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings.
This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

La recepción fue profesional y el servicio de mayordomo personalizado fue muy atento. No tuve que preocuparme por nada. Mención especial a Jane. Hice algunas solicitudes previas como más agua, habitaciones en la misma planta y elección de almohadas, y todo lo organizó perfectamente sin necesidad de recordárselo. Realmente fue muy responsable. He experimentado muchos servicios de hotel, pero este fue el primero con tanta dedicación, responsabilidad y profesionalismo. En segundo lugar, el diseño del hotel es atractivo y las habitaciones están muy bien mantenidas, no se ven viejas. La iluminación es excelente, muy brillante, y todos los botones de control están claramente etiquetados. La relación calidad-precio es muy alta. La próxima vez que venga a Hefei, definitivamente elegiré este lugar de nuevo. ¡Lo recomiendo!

UUsuario anónimoFor a three-diamond hotel charging almost 400 CNY per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large panoramic window overlooking a pleasant row of trees. There was also a nice tea table, which made the room feel cozy.
One detail I genuinely appreciated was the care given to the old tree in the garden. Seeing it supported with an IV drip system was both unusual and heartwarming—it showed that someone actually cares about preserving it instead of simply replacing it.
However, a surprising number of small issues gradually added up and affected the overall experience.
I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub turned out to be rather small and leaked unless a disposable plastic liner was used. There were no bath salts, bubble bath, or any other bath amenities, while the shampoo and shower gel bottles were only 50 ml each.
The room initially had only one 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. I had to call the front desk to ask for regular 500 ml bottles and tea. There was neither tea nor coffee in the room upon arrival.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was almost no meat except pork baozi. Boiled eggs were available, but there were no traditional soy-marinated eggs. On the positive side, the purple sweet baozi were delicious, and the sliced melon was excellent—the rind had been completely removed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, two of the three desserts were stale and overly dry, and some cherry tomatoes still had black spots around the stems.
The biggest issue, however, was coffee—or rather, the complete absence of it. There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee at breakfast. In fact, breakfast didn't even include tea or plain drinking water. I honestly didn't expect that the rarest item at a hotel breakfast buffet would be... water.
For someone staying in a smoking room, a cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures that makes the morning better. Unfortunately, that small pleasure never arrived. Maybe coffee is considered a luxury item here.
Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious and clean rooms. But hospitality is often about the little things, and this hotel missed quite a few of them. I would consider staying here again only if these service details are improved.

PPani_LenaEl hotel es un hotel acogedor y con un personal atento y amigable. Elegir un cuarto sin olor a tabaco, y realmente era sin olor. La ubicación es tranquila y el desayuno se sirve en la mesa en el área de comedor. El único lado de mi estancia fue el comportamiento de algunos huéspedes inconsiderados que llegaron a medianoche, gritando entre sí y mirando la televisión por unos cuantos 2-3 horas. Lo informé a la recepción, pero parece que el personal ya estaba dormido y no pudo abordar el asunto de inmediato.

PPeterchen****La suite de Lulu residente está muy cerca del edificio principal. No se puede decir que la habitación tiene ventanas en todas partes y es vista por todas partes. Desde la reserva del hotel, el director del hotel Jax se ha comunicado activamente, recomendó el plan de viaje, muy bueno. Todo el personal de servicio del hotel es muy educado y muy entusiasta. El hermano pequeño que conduzca un tractor debe ir al Lago Chiang. Corríamos a las 6 de la mañana, si no hay nada malo. El desayuno del hotel es muy rico, vivía tres noches y no se repetirá la comida principal todos los días. Yo tenía un trato a las 8:30 p.m., luego quería una hora y media antes, no hay manera de cambiarlo y está llena. Después de hacerlo, la sensación es muy valiosa. Todo el hotel vale la pena verlo bien. Además del Parque Cultural Huangshan hay una ruta de campo hacia Lu Village, hahaha
