Room was clean and amenities were good. Had sufficient utensils and cookware for warming/preparing food. Bathroom supplies were above average and adequate. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Enjoyed out stay there. Only gripes are location is down the hill from the popular attractions, so had to climb up to go to those places. We didn't mind, but could be tedious for other, especially when there's snow; and our room was towards the back of the building with the gas station next door, which was busy and created a lot of noise. Other than these, the price was decent and close to bus stop.

We were so happy for our night of staying in this hotel. The room was amazing, not to mention the beautiful bi-level room that we got. The facility was so clean, the bath, the beds, the crews all were amazing. Looking for our next trip and staying in this hotel. Totally happy to recommend.

Buen hotel. Las camas son muy cómodas, la recepción y el servicio super. El hotel necesita refresco, pero todo el confort está en la cita. Está muy bien situado entre Gatineau y Ottawa. Hay un estacionamiento interior por 14 dólares. Muy bueno hotel.

Es realmente un gran hotel en Montreal, ofrece aparcamiento gratuito en comparación con el aparcamiento de $30 en el centro de la ciudad. Los restaurantes alrededores son perfectos! Definitivamente volver!

Los obsequios para niños fueron un detalle muy agradable si se viaja en familia. Otros huéspedes deben tener en cuenta que existen dos opciones de estacionamiento: 1. Estacionamiento propio (más económico) 2. Servicio de valet parking (más caro). El personal de estacionamiento nos indicó que había muchos autos y nos presionó para entregar las llaves, sin ofrecernos la opción de valet parking. Si bien el hotel está bien mantenido, aún se encuentra algo antiguo. Si viaja con niños pequeños, es posible que necesiten ayuda para alcanzar los lavabos o el jabón, etc. En general, una estancia agradable.

Las mejores cosas son la vista y el personal. También encantadora ubicación. Muy cerca del puente de caminar que conecta Gatineau a Ottawa. Personal super amable, amable y útil. Ambiente demasiado pobre mirando con un olor de productos de limpieza que huele. La Linen se lavó pero una gota de sangre tintada en ella (sólo tira la maldita cosa). También, demasiado caro para lo que ofrece sin posibilidad de cancelar o modificar.

It is very clean hotel. Feels like recently renovated. Good location in Gatineau. Closed to casino and many restaurant.

Pls note we went to this Hotel for a long weekend gateway with another couple. The check in process was easy and friendly. On our way to our rooms we noticed the corridors could have used some vacuuming, not a great first impression. Our room smelled musty and could do either an update, there was no safe in the room so we carried our valuables with us. The bathroom towels looked really uninviting in a greyish hue that once was white. The hard mini container shower gel was impossible to get out. The grounds and outdoor facilities were great, we used the pool and the Kayak on the lake. We also had a wedding party next door that kept us up till the wee hours, not very considerate at all.
