Lo que nos gustaba: El hotel dispone de amplios espacios públicos y es muy amplio, con una zona de baño separada, zona de ducha y zona de baño / vanidad. Esto hizo que se preparara y utilizara las instalaciones para dos ppl más fácilmente. La habitación también tenía un refrigerador. El hotel está situado en la estación principal de trenes y a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses (Rooseveltplatz), muy bien para viajar a Antwerpen y a través de Antwerpen. Para el check-in y el check-out previos, ofrecen bloques privados gratuitos para su equipaje. A través de él es el primero, primero sirve y no tienen que muchos de ellos (no tuvimos problemas con la instalación de un bolso de 40l, un bolso de 28l y un bolso de tote en un cubo de almacenamiento de tamaño medio). Pequeñas cosas que no nos gustaban, pero que podemos hacer: La habitación no tenía cocina ni muelle, etc. Nos dejaron una botella de agua, pero no estaba claro si era libre o no. La zona alrededor del hotel es un poco escéptica (muy tranquila en la noche), pero decentemente pequeña. El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren, pero más lejos de la antigua ciudad. Es un buen paseo 20-25 min a esa zona. Nos queda bien caminar, así que no me importa mucho, pero es más allá de algunos otros hoteles.

A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

Stay was much like others mentioned. Hotel is very new, 24/7 reception, onsite gym and reasonably sized rooms. Some personell doesn't speak Dutch, which is not acceptable to us, please do some effort to learn the language of the country you work in please. The braided, black, tall lady was very friendly. Also a shout out to the breakfast kitchen team, coffee should always come with a small treat. The only very big negative for us was that we put in the special requests that we preferred a quiet room on the back side of the building. We even followed up with an email. Only to be assigned a room on the front of the building when checking in. That is very annoying. Especially since there were rooms available on the back side, which we got assigned after complaining. NOT OK! Had a good stay, nice rest, and didn't mind the 5 mins walk to the metro for the city center. Expensive supermarket nearby was also a plus.

Hotel brillante! Situación central, aparcamiento cerca y útil con ubicación y mapas. La habitación era excelente, super limpia, moderna, instalaciones de té y café. Los cocktails en el bar con snacks en la noche fueron hermosos. El desayuno era fab! ¡Los niños amaban hacer su propia estación de waffles! ¡Definitivamente recomienda este hotel!

El Hotel Hyllit está muy bien ubicado, a menos de 5 minutos de la estación de tren Amberes-Centraal. Su ubicación permite acceder directamente al centro histórico de la ciudad a pie, siguiendo una línea recta. La recepción fue muy agradable. Me recibieron profesionales muy profesionales que se tomaron el tiempo de explicarme todos los servicios disponibles en el hotel, desde el minibar hasta el Emerald Lounge, e incluso cómo acceder al restaurante de la azotea y al centro de salud. La habitación que me dieron estaba muy limpia y contaba con diversas comodidades, como televisión con canales internacionales (francés, inglés y alemán), cafetera y teléfono.

Qua ligging perfect hotel. Qpark handelsbeurs om de hoek.  Het hotel kan wel een kleine opknapbeurt gebruiken. Op veel plekken is het schilderwerk aan onderhoud toe. In de badkamer waren ook wel een paar opknapplekjes. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.

An excellent chain hotel in Antwerp. We were delighted with everything – the room amenities, its design, and especially the service. Special thanks to the receptionist for his friendliness and prompt, professional service. We would be happy to stay here again.

All my stay in the hotel was perfect. The only problem was the television in my room not functioning. But i was offered a free breakfast which was ok for me

前台雖然衹有一個人，但服務很好。幫我安排了安靜的房間。早餐也夠豐盛。房間乾淨衞生，電視可以連手機，有電水壺。衹住了一晚，商務出差的居多，非常安靜。地理位置很好，可以步行3分鐘到火車站，到老城區火車一站4分鐘，直達歐洲最美中央車站（見圖）。火車到布魯塞爾機場也衹有20分鐘車程

Tenemos una gran experiencia en este hotel. La habitación era increíble, el personal era muy amable. Tal vez fue necesario esperar por el servicio de la habitación para traer una botella de champán. Excelente servicio. Recomiendo reservar el servicio valet muy fácil!
