El personal administrativo es excelente, servicial y se esfuerza al máximo. El servicio de limpieza fue extremadamente incompetente el primer día que no nos limpiaron la habitación. Cuando la limpiaron el segundo día, quedó perfecta.

Very well located, the Hyllit Hotel can be found less than 5 minutes away from the Antwerp-Centraal train station. It is located in such a manner that you have a direct access to the historical centre of the city by foot, following a straight line. The reception was very nice, I was received by very professional people who took the time to explain every commodities available in the hotel, from the mini-bar to the Emerald Lounge, and even how to access the rooftop restaurant and the health centre. The room I was given was very clean, with different amenities available such as a TV with international channels (French, English, German), a coffee machine, and a phone.

Situado en las inmediaciones de la estación de tren, muy cómodo si viajas por este medio. La atención estupenda y las instalaciones confortables y modernas.

¡Excelente ubicación cerca de la estación central de Amberes, autobuses y tranvías, así como del Meir! Tener una cocina bien equipada ayudó a ahorrar dinero en salir a comer; puede resultar muy caro. Tiendas de comestibles a 2-3 cuadras. Las instalaciones de lavandería en el lugar fueron muy apreciadas. Camas cómodas. Buen nivel de limpieza. Me he alojado aquí antes y definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente en mi próxima visita a Amberes.

El hotel está muy bien situado, está justo al lado de la estación central y esto ahorra mucho de las dificultades con el equipaje! El hotel dispone de un buen servicio, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. La recepción fue claramente superada y requiere trabajadores adicionales, aunque la chica que trabajaba en mi llegada hizo un trabajo fantástico a pesar de algunos guías de viaje particularmente aburridos que molestaron la atención! La habitación no estaba a la altura de la limpieza estándar. No hay protector de matrícula! - Esto debería ser motivo de amonestación sobre cualquier otra cosa. Si me quedé en un establecimiento de cuatro o cinco estrellas sin protector de matrícula, me negaría habitualmente la habitación. El balcón de mi habitación no había sido limpiado durante mucho tiempo y había una raya de cenizas que fluía junto con los botas de algodón y los envolturadores.

Absolutamente fantástico. Personal amable y deliciosos cócteles en el bar de abajo.

A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

En general, la experiencia del check-in fue muy buena, pero había demasiada gente, así que la cola era bastante larga. El aparcamiento del hotel es para escanear matrículas. Si necesita entrar y salir varias veces, puede solicitar directamente en recepción un ticket de 24 horas. La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, así que tendrá que conducir si quiere ir de compras. La habitación es amplia y limpia, y es muy cómoda.
