I requested the waiter to verify my guest status with the front desk, explaining my stay was registered with my passport. However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status. Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters.
